I love this place, they have vehicles for every budget. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Car Factory. Tommy and Vlad are reasonable and fair with every aspect of getting you into the car you want. Manny is friendly, honest, and quick with getting the deal made, and the paperwork knocked out so you dont have to sit there all day like most other dealerships. I'd give them 6 stars if it were an option.

Recently, I purchased a 2013 Dodge Charger from Car Factory Auto Sales. I oversee a non-profit 501c3 organization, and the funds I utilized to acquire this vehicle have been entrusted to us by generous donors who support our cause. My experience with Car Factory Auto Sales stands out as one of the most seamless and satisfying auto-buying experiences I've ever had.Manny, the sales representative I worked with, conducted himself with utmost professionalism and transparency regarding the vehicle's history. An essential aspect of the buying process, often overlooked by those purchasing used cars from smaller dealerships, is the question: "Does it come with a warranty?" Manny, being a clear and honest source of information, met my gaze and replied with a straightforward "NO!"Many individuals, when stumbling upon their dream car at the perfect price point, tend to neglect this critical question during the purchase. "Does it come with a warranty?" This question holds immense significance because, much like my organization, affording a brand-new car with zero miles is simply beyond our means. As the Founder, I lack the time and resources to scour auctions for cars. Therefore, I'm taking a moment to express my gratitude to Manny and the entire team at Car Factory Auto Sales for dedicating their time to meticulously sourcing, transporting, and detailing a car for me to purchase and park at my home all within a mere two hours.For both myself and my organization, we extend our appreciation to the staff at this used car dealership for simplifying the car-buying process. Perhaps, someday in the future, we will be able to purchase a brand-new car. But for now, we place our trust in Car Factory Auto Sales. And if, by any chance, the car encounters any issues, the responsibility lies squarely on my shoulders. Purchasing a used car can indeed be a bit of a gamble. Manny was great, the owner seemed nice as well. Manny made my purchase extremely fast and easy. After test driving several vehicles on the lot I purchase a red Lexus GS350. I ve had it three weeks now. Even took it to an auto-mechanic shop to be evaluated. Nothing was wrong with it other than one simple sensor that cost me only $60 bucks to fix. I received my new plate extremely fast alsI. Overall the service at this dealership was 10/10 that it could be at a used car dealership! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place! Bought my car here a few months ago and they have always been accommodating to my car needs. Had a piece go out and they immediately fixed it for me when I brought it and paid. I ve received compliments on my car constantly from how pretty she is aesthetically to how clean she is under the hood. I look forward to doing business again in the future and continue to recommend others looking for a buy here/pay here to shop here! Thank you SO much! EDIT - F rating on the BBB page, and not accredited by the BBB. Just take a look at the ratio of likes on high rated reviews as compared to low rated reviews tells you all you need to know. My experience follows;Went to look at the black 1996 accord, listed for 3500. KBB value in the condition it's in puts it at 1k. After saying I'll put 1800 down on it, I'd be left paying 3400 on a car listed for 3500. This place is a repo scam. They expected me to pay it off in 7 months at 420 a month. I just turned in a BRAND NEW 2021 Corolla SE, that I leased in 2020, for 387 a month. If you like not being able to afford a car that is worth far less then they charge, then yea, by all means go here. Should have accepted my offer for 2k, cause thats the most you'll get for a car in poor condition, primer in the door sills, rusted engine bay, clutch needs replaced, head unit broken, rattling panels, etc. This car isn't even worth 1k. But they made sure to only post the good pics, from the good angles, neglecting to post the engine bay, because of the amount of things that need to be replaced. I'd rather lease a brand new car again, because at least everything is covered, for less than the price you want for that POS. Nothing in this review is false. All of it is 100% true, and if you go there, you'll see that.

Tommy and Manny were very easy to work with! My purchase needed a replacement window, and they made sure it was taken care of for me even when it cost them extra money. Also offered to help in the future with some maintenance mechanical work the vehicle will eventually need. Thanks Guys! Can't wait to camp in my new van!

Bought my car from here ! They are very helpful there , an they will work with you payment wise no matter your situation. Very nice an respectful an professional but also they make you feel like a family member, if you have any problems with the car or truck you got they will help you get whatever is wrong fixed . Good vibes , understanding an great people , Will buy here again in the future for sure .

Just paid off this vehicle the other day and just wanna say a few things on my experience. They were very helpful and understanding when I had issues going on and was struggling on my payment and worked with me the best they can. They were pretty professional the whole time around communication was great I never struggled to get ahold of them. The car is an amazing car and i love it more and more every day. I ve had little to no issues with the car besides things that are known to need replacement at a certain mileage.

Treated us very well, car was a great value for the condition. There were some very small issues that should be expected for the price and age of the car. would recommend to a friend. Our son is very excited to have his first car !

I can not recommend this car lot. Manny is fine but the owner is very hot tempered and confrontational. He has questionable business tactics and business calls/chats go directly to him. There is no "business" line. The owner uses strong arm tactics to force the consumer to bend to his will and charge you "storage fees" while going back on his "promises"12/2/2023- It was exactly what we said was wrong! Bad alternator, sparks 1/3/5 were never touched, and the oil looks like sludge. Oh and the battery was short over 200 crank amps! Also there were wires that were not connected ANYWHERE near the alternator and they were bare. Talk about a car fire waiting to happen!

I have bought two vehicles from this company. We bought a suv then traded it back to them for a truck.when we went to look at the suv the ac was not working they fixed it before we made a commitment and said if we have any problems with anything to call and they will help. When we traded it back to them for a truck they had just got it back from the shop. The truck ran fine for a couple months and i had mechanical issues. ( nothing serious it was a sensor) When i talked to them they were more than helpful. We drove 1.5 hours each time and will continue to buy vehicles from them and recommend them. They were professional with me and my wife. We had our kids with us they were friendly with them also. Never had a payment issue or hidden fees they are upfront and honest people. Thank you for two great vehicles we will be back for more!!!!

The best car buying experience I ve ever had. I didn t want to deal with the extremes of a new car dealership, so it was a breath of fresh air when Tommy and Vlad helped me find the right car. I quickly realized this is no ordinary used car dealership, these guys are pros.Not only did I get a great deal on the exact car I was looking for, but they had an on-site mechanic that quickly fixed an issue I felt while test driving the car. I was in and out in no time and was treated fairly as a customer.I will definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family.Thank you Car Factory!

Bought a 04.5 6.0 Powerstroke from Car Factory. Truck was deleted, studded, had a bulletproof oil cooler, coolant filtration system, s&b intake, 5 turbo back straight pipe and a custom tune with 200k on it. I ve put 20k miles on it and have owned it for 10 months with absolutely no issues. I ve kept up on the maintenance and no matter how hard I beat on this nearly 20 year old truck it does not skip a beat. Not only did I get the truck for an insanely great price, the team at Car Factory made everything simple and easy. Straight business with no bull, and we re transparent from the start. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family and would definitely use them in the future. Thanks again guys!

I had a wonderful experience here finding the perfect suv for me! They had the best prices in town and the transaction was smooth. This has been the easiest dealership ive worked with and was in and out in less than 2 hours. The process was stress free and pleasant, and had excellent customer service. If you are looking for a great used car dealership then I highly reccomend them!

Unfortunately I didn t listen to the story that the car salesman told me at the time of purchase and take it to heart. He told me about a customer they had that came and bought a car and a few months later the motor went out. The customer came in livid and the owner told him that he didn t have to do anything for him and since he came in with the wrong attitude then he could get the h*ll out of his office. Well now it s almost 5 months later and the car I bought I still can t drive at night because the headlights won t work and the owner told me he would fix them at time of purchase and they never got fixed. The ac hasn t worked a month from getting the car and I paid him to fix it and it still never got fixed. The car shakes when you reach a certain speed limit and when you hit the gas white smoke comes from the tail pipe. BE AWARE of the lemons being sold at this lot. I would hate for this to happen to someone else. Especially when your weeks away from giving birth.

I can't say enough good about these guys. I booked a service repair through Tommy on FB Marketplace. Communication was stellar, concise and quick! I own a BMW Z4, so repairs can be incredibly expensive. This was a fraction of the price even compared to non-dealer mechanics. We scheduled for a Wed at 10am. Got there a little early and mechanic took me right away. Both Tommy and Brandon were super nice and friendly; I felt like I was just hanging out with friends while the work was being done. I can't believe how quick Brandon was able to knock out the repair especially considering his pneumatic wrench was getting repaired and he did everything by hand. Maybe an hour and half at most from start to finish. The result: suspension rides like a dream! I will be using these guys for all of my car needs. And the owner (Tommy) was so cool, I will def be using him if I'm in the market for another vehicle! Thanks a ton guys for an amazing job and fantastic experience. USE THESE GUYS!!!!

Our truck was up and down and then down and hopeless for over a year and has gone through just about every issue possible. It s also heavily customized and it s been difficult to find anyone willing to touch it for that reason. I can t recommend Car Factory enough. They re so responsive, keep you up to date on everything and never once made us feel we were being taken advantage of or overpaying. I don t think I ll go anywhere else or recommend anywhere else, for the first time in nearly two years this truck finally runs reliably. Thank you so much for getting my night rider back on the road!!! These guys are AMAZING and the turn around time is phenomenal.
