Amazing! Not many honest automotive shops out there, but Action is top notch. My transmission didn t sound right, and when I took my vehicle to my mechanic for other services I ask them to give me there opinion on my transmission. I was told there seems to be something going on and I took my Honda to Action Transmission. They looked at and said there wasn t anything mechanically wrong. But I sure do need some tires. LolThey could have easily sold me on an unneeded repair, but didn t. They didn t even charge me for their time to evaluate my vehicle. Thank you Action Transmission! If I eventually need transmission work completed, I know who I will be going to!!!

I paid them $900 to fix my transmission. Shortly afterward a transmission service light appeared and I promptly returned it to them. They said no worries.Two weeks later the transmission failed and I had to have it towed to them and they refused to fix it under warranty and simply left me hanging. No explanation. Didn't care at all. Not their problem.Find another company because they do not stand behind their work.Service: Transmission

We called Action in an emergency with our car as we are from out of town, and they helped us so quickly. They were so very helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend!

Check engine code indicated faulty third clutch solenoid. $50 part at Honda, $25 aftermarket. Action charged me $150 for it and $6 for a gasket.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Awesomeness! I thought I would be without my truck for almost a week due to the holidays and they had my transmission rebuild done within 48hrs!! Yep awesomeness for sure! Their price was slightly higher than another location but I definitely would have been without my truck for over a week as I was gonna be squeezed in. I highly recommend Action Transmission! Thanks for your hard work quys! Runs like a brand new transmission.

2008 chevy coloradotalked to the owner and right away I knew I was in good hands.told him trans is not going into third gear right away he knew what was wrong. he suggested a trans rebuild and valve body recondition.I did my research prior to calling and action transmission gave me the same information I gathered on my own.He tells me three days your truck will be ready. (i doubted the timing, I thought a week but to my surprise it was ready on the third day in the early morning) i was not ready for this.after driving the truck off the lot i felt a big positive difference with the way the truck drives now.the truck runs better than when it was new.highly recommend action transmission.*On time*Great fast service.*Really reasonable priceService: Transmission

About a year ago went by and spoke with Randy about building an E4OD to replace the C6 in my '78 F250. Rather than bringing him the whole truck, he decided to let me bring him just the trans (while I work at home on the conversion process). I told him what I was doing and what I wanted and he made it happen. When I got the trans back from his rebuild/upgrade, I had just a little more fab and wiring to take care of before the first ride. Then, after plugging in the controller and getting it initialized, I could not believe how much more fun my old truck is to drive now having TC lockup and overdrive!These people are great and I will use them again when the time comes for any of my domestic auto trans needs!!!

Action transmission is by far the most honest transmission shop I ve ever been to. Thank you so much for being honest and reliable. These people will tell you exactly what s wrong and are not out for just making money. they truly care and are very Thorough with their diagnosis

I bought a truck with a Suncoast 48RE Transmission in it that was less than a year old and less than 8k miles on it. Lost reverse and 3rd gear. Took it to the Action and they had the truck in and diagnosed quickly. He recommended a couple of upgraded parts for some insurance and after the rebuild it shifts better than it ever did from suncoast. If you need a transmission overhauled I would definitely recommend this place. Skip suncoast, he can get all the same parts but he actually knows how to put it back together.

Called around about a really bad transmission leak from my Overdrive servo. Called AAMCO and and they said not worth replacing nothing they could do except rebuild entire tranny ($2500.00) despite it working fine aside from the leak. Called Action Transmission and receptionist was very nice and helpful. I explained the problem got a quote to fix it immediately. Got there, immediately put the truck on the lift and had it repaired within a couple hours. Probably would have been even quicker if the leak was not right above the catalytic converter, as they had to wait for it to cool down. Mechanics were professional and friendly as well and my Truck is driving and leak free. Thank you, Action for repairing it the same day and now I can get to work!

They rebuilt my transmission a few years ago and couldn't have been happier with their service and attitude! It only made sense to go back to them for my rear axle service and still just as happy as the first time I went there!

I don't write on the internet ever, but this family was so honest with me that I felt it necessary.I have a 2010 Altima that had a check engine light come on, went to Autozone and they told me what it meant.I then went to a shop recommended thru my mechanic of 30 years who proceeded to tell me about the $2800 - $3700 cost for the rapair on a car with 180,000 miles!I looked for a 2nd opinion and went to Action.They not only showed me the data on what my transmission was doing they also told me the truth that if the car was theirs they would not do a thing.It's hard to find honest people anymore, everyone has an edge when $ involved even though those who prey on others would ask for honestly when it's comes to their lives, this family was truthful, how refreshing.Even though they didn't work on my car, when I need transmission work in the future I'll be back!Thank you guys for your honesty, you make the world a better place for it.

Never even made it to their place. Called in to see what they charged for a certain service and since I m a woman they instantly started telling me all the other things they were gonna charge me for and when I told them I knew what my vehicle needed they laughed at me. Any business that can t treat a woman equal deserves no business! Very unprofessional!

They repaired an f250 Diesel transmission and I am very comfortable. I think it is a family company but very dedicated to what they do. I went to the place on the recommendation of a friend. They don't know the place but they treated me very well despite my difficulty speaking. English. It's been about 3 months since the repair, everything works wonderfully.
