I am so thankful for the guys at the auto care center in Daytona beach walmart!!! They were quick to get me in and out and safely back on the road after a nail in my tire. They were friendly and very helpful to calm and assure me that they would take great care of my car and have me safe on the road to continue my vacation

Our tire blew. I called ahead, and the service department was so nice and understanding. They offered to stay until we were towed to Walmart. The gentlemen replaced the tires fast. Thankyou to everyone who helped us

Long story short I took my girlfriend car in to get an oil changed, after I was done waiting 4hr I drove off and I broke down. They didn t know what they were doing and I got it tow back to Walmart. Now Walmart corporate will be called. Very bad experience !! The best advice I can give you is DO NOT GO THERE. Very very poor service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Called Automotive, and THEY NEVER picked up the phone! Got transferred a few times to customer service, I hear them pick up and transfer AGAIN! This happened for 20 MINUTES!

Needed a battery, quote from O Reilly s was around $250. Walmart prices were $65-$130. Service was great.

Ron and the team are true professionals with great customer service and patience. I had issues and was a difficult customer but they helped me until the end with excellent and were very respectful.

I called and made a appointment for 4:00 I received a text message to confirm my appointment and when I called them back they said sorry we re closing we re short of staff!I said what s the point of making a appointment that I had to schedule with my work to leave early to make the appointment!!They didn t care even asking for the manager she said under staffed!!So if that s the case then why are you taking appointments that inconvenience us when we have to schedule around work or other things to get the appointment!!Not to mention she was rude and didn t even care that it inconvenience me!!!! Rude and disrespectful and not professional!!

Never again. Never. No services at all. 3 ppl changing oil on ONE car, while 10 -11 keys on board. They giving you 1.5 on oil but after 2.5 hours you still not in service.

The place is good, they are fast and friendly, but they always overfill my engine with oil. I went back and they gladly flushed and refilled it, but they put the same amount again!!I siphoned the oil at home cause I didn't want to go back with the same issue.The mech special in store is up to 5 qts of oil, and my car uses 3.5, I guess they just put the whole 5. Next time, we're just gonna have to make sure cause I don't want to damage the engine.

One customer has been here for awhile Was told it would be 2.5 hour wait which probably translates to 4 hours.

I went to have keys made, the cashier made the 1st one fine but she was busy had to do something else, the guy came in and made the 2nd & 3rd set of keys and messed them up. They did not want to replace it and I had to speak with a manager to get my issue resolved

Wasted 2 hours at walmart autocenter, Daytona beach today. Got there at 3:50pm and first they told me that they re not taking any more vehicles for repairs. The manager- Mercedes seemed to be having a good time chit chatting outside with some staff members smoking.When I mentioned I called in and was told to come in, they took my keys and told me to wait. All I wanted was a battery for my vehicle. Almost 2 hours later, they told me that their book does not show my hybrid Camry and they can not install the battery for me- keep in mind, when I called and provided my vehicle details, they told me to come over.The auto center sure needs some decent leadership, else they ll continue to waste customers time.

Most of Walmarts auto care in our area have closed down The closest one is more than an hour away so not good for emergencies

Everyone here is VERY friendly but I have to give a HUGE shout out to the wonderful amazing technician George!! Not only did he handle my issues personally after I told him what was going on but he went above and beyond to show me what he did and exactly what the problem had been. Walmart is very lucky to have such an honorable and decent man working for them and I will absolutely be bringing all of my vehicles there for him to work on when they need it. I hope his boss sees this and gives him a raise because he absolutely deserves it!!!Services: Battery, Oil change

I purchased an auto battery but didn't have it installed they was to busy for me to wait. The cashier was very knowledgeable and professional. Also, he advised me to take a picture of the receipt for warranty purposes. We all can agree that Walmart has disappearing ink receipts

I went to get tires for my wife's car. The associate said about an hour and a half. 4 hrs later they finished. Not sure why so long when only two cars ahead and two technicians. I had called earlier and tires were in stock so it wasn't lack of inventory. I gave it a three instead of one star because it's Walmart .

I got to this Walmart care center because the people actually know what they are doing and the people working there are polite. There are three people in particular that go above and beyond for the customer. The woman at the desk , George and I can't remember the other man's name but little Spanish guy. These three are amazing definitely recommend.

Went here to get the headlight lens restoration done on my car. Joe and Alex were quick and friendly getting my information and the work to be done. David, the guy that did the headlight restoration, was awesome! I watched through the service window as he did the work, treating my car as if it were his own. My headlight lenses were in really bad shape. Now they look Brand New! This service cost less than $30. They get an A+ and a big thumbs up from me!

Don t even waste your time and come here you are better off taking a gamble with the used tires on your car then deal with the unprofessionalism, and absolute circus they are running you come in and wait meanwhile the employees are arguing and screaming at each other or hiding behind the break wall smoking cigarettes hoping you will walk away just wasted 2 hours of my life department manager said she was looking for my tires that I paid and ordered instead she was B sing outside what a great bussiness they are running over there I suggest to go to literally any other tire place than hereService: Tires

Made the appointment online which is a good idea. You will get right in with the appointment. Shopped while waiting for the service. Good prices.

This place is pretty awesome and the service manager very honest. I haven't actually used this location but I have used Walmart before I haven't used this location partially because of the honesty of the manager I told him the situation I have a special import car and instead of just taking it in then after normal fees tell me they couldn't do it he told me right away so I hope to get some kind of service from them that I would normally get somewhere else like tires or oil change

While getting checked in for my oil change outside the two service workers were both smoking. I have very bad asthma and it made it my chest tight. Not the best way to start my day.

Always buy my tires from here and get my oil changed! They are fast and have courteous customer service! The prices are extremely reasonable for a High Mileage Oil Change! I will always get my tires and oil changes here!

My husband and I just spend our whole day cleaning our interior and exterior of our cars. When we were done we went to get a oil change from Walmart on beville road. We checked in and while waiting for the cars to be finished when went and picked up a few items from the store. When we came back I saw our cars were done but the workers had us waiting a half a hour to ring us up. (Taking people behind us and making it seem like our cars were not ready). When we got our keys and went out to leave there was oil all over our hoods, doors, door handles, floor mats... Anywhere the mechanic touch there was oil. Now we have to spend more of our time cleaning up their mess. I have rubber mats but my husbands carpet mats our stained now. When I called to complain the lady that answered said the supervisor was on break. When I asked for him to call me back and that I would like to place a complaint. She said it would be best for me to call back in 15 minutes becuase I wouldn't get a call back until like next year. Terrible service all around!
