Gina is a rockstar and your get it done woman! I was so afraid of facing my AC issue due to it being quoted so high at the dealership. My only regret is not pulling into tropical auto air sooner. Gina was so helpful and even explained to me every step of the process as she was doing it herself! A wearer of many hats she is, and not afraid of doing the job herself! I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you Gina and everyone at tropical auto air for your help. I will be sending business your way!

They did coolant flush on my 2009 Mazda 3 today. ONLY $80!!I called every auto shops in Daytona beach and they all say $120.Tropical auto gives you HONEST and REASONABLE pricing.

Very honest and affordable mechanic. Marilyn the office manager is very kind, I felt I could trust them, after going to other places that always found so many issues in my vehicle in order to overcharged me! This place will be where I will take my vehicle from now on!

I went up to Gina s yesterday to have my AC recharged after having a new compressor installed in my vehicle. She was so nice! Very busy there, yet I tracked down Boss lady who had me pull my van to the door and started working on my ac immediately. She ran ac check added die and charged my system. Took about 45 minutes. Ac is working like new yet In a few weeks if it gets weak again she will check for a leak. Hopefully no leaks yet if there is she seems to be the one to find it. Great job..

I went to the dealership first to have my air checked. And they told me it was gonna be $1500 to fix but I went to tropical air for a second opinion. Come to find out it just needed to be plugged in. I appreciate their honesty and their loyalty. Great group of people highly recommended.

I had a great experience with this business. I called and described my problem the lady who I spoke with said come in I explained I was on my way to doctor appointments for myself and my boys she said no problem call after I was done and I did just that! She told me to come on and assess my problem, fixed it and they are reasonably priced. Awesome! No fuss, just fixed it! For this single mom convenience and affordability is what I need most not to mention the customer service was good also. .

Very kind and helpful. Went due to an over heating problem and she helped me out. Unlike other places she didn t try to make up things that wasn t there and accessed the problem in a timely manner.

Jena is good but her mechanics are good at rushing cars I had to return my car four times insane first the bolts on my tires than a lil shaking in my tire now they mess up my aluminum rim my mom paid $950 for my car this is wrong t

WOW. Ac started blowing hot on ISB at 4:30p on thursday. Went to Tropical auto air and they declared the compressor DOA. By 1:30p the next day i was on my way back to Atl! Great job!! Highly recommend!

This place is professional, & great customer service. Did a test on my AC with dye etc, & got not so good news. She did not charge me to test it & did it for free. I Never write reviews but was highly impressed with how this place handles customers. Let us come out and see what the problem was. I Highly recommend.

My car started running weird while I was visiting my daughter and family. I took it to Tropical Auto and was treated so nice and respectful. I was kept abreast of the diagnosis and cost of repair. Although they were extremely busy, my car was ready the next evening on Friday. I picked it up Saturday morning. Great service. Everything was honest and above board. I was and still am grateful because this was a trying time being 3+ hours away from home. I was also told about future work needed.

Do not recommend this service. They had my car for over a week when they said they d be done within a day. They lost my contact information so they could not get a hold me when it was finally ready. I did call pretty much every other day. They did not even fix the problem. Paid over 600 dollars for them to not solve the problem. Makes me wonder, did they even replace the things they said?!Service: Steering & suspension repair
