Been here 7 hours for 3 small things and you think first come first serve or get parts and in the mean time work on something else..had 4 other people come in after me and leave before me like what.if the dealership wasn't paying for this stuff I would do it myself and save time and stress..don't come here

My 18-year-old son had his 1998 Honda Accord V6 repainted there. They did the original color, Black Cauldron and threw in some body work all for an extremely reasonable price. Dante was able to fix my lower control arms (both sides), 4 wheel alignment, oil change, Eval purge solenoid, spark plugs, oil cooler/heat exchange, upper and lower intake gaskets, lower transmission torque strut mount within a DAY! My friends whom I drive with frequently even commented on the noticeable different in how much nicer my car felt when driving!

Horrible business and customer service!!!!. I bought a new $3,500 transmission with a full warranty from them they installed it in 3 days..2 months later they transmission went bad and they weren't going to replace it because he wasn't going to make any labor money to replace it. Finally they were going to try and replace it but came up with story after excuse of why it was taking so long and kept blaming the company he was getting it from saying that the girl he was dealing with had cancer and he had to wait on her for the transmission??. They said my transfer case was bad and it was going to cost me 1,400$ to replace. Craig went on vacation and forgot about my truck and I had to call to remind him that he said it was going to be ready in 2 weeks. It took them 4 months to finally replace my transmission and they did not give me a warranty on this one then told me my transfer case was going to be 2,200$ ???!! 4 months ago it was 1,400$. Craig told me he doesn't care if to fix the transmission and he's done with his business and customers and could care less because he was retiring. They also left my window down and it rained in my truck ruining the carpet. Do not trust this business!!!!Service: Transmission

Craig and Maria run a great business and do right by the customer with both fair prices and service as well. Was very happy with them when I took my vehicle in , and you can now add an equally happy neighbor who I just took to go pick her car after needing a mechanic since hers had retired. Can not recommend them enough

They are independently owned,mom and pop shop.Their honesty and integrity is priceless!Their brutal honesty is what I love the most.Wish there were more like them around.Thank you guys.If you don't get your vehicle checked by this company you will both miss out...go check this shop out you will never regret it.

They saved me over $1500 in repair cost. The first location didn't properly check my vehicle and tried to add on tons of unnecessary items. My dealer at Richy Autos recommend I come here instead. Great staff, excellent communication and easy to find location. I'll definitely be back and will be referring everyone here!

Sorry so late with review but Totally pleased with this company. I had a hesitation problem and Jon Hall and other shops could not find the problem despite replacing plugs, etc. Total automotive did not find the problem either right away but they kept plugging away. It turned out to be the computer sensor itself. I had them due a total rework on my car and have not had one problem since then. they will be my go to place if I ever need work again but quite honestly, after 18 months I'm still humming along in my 2006 PT Cruiser. Well done and highly recommended, which I have done verbally to my friends.

Took my car in cause it wouldn't start @ first when gas is added got it back they fixed a motor mount that had nothing to do with problem reported I asked if the issue with the gas was fixed and the response I got was I don't know I never added gas to it $600 and nothing was fixed.

I've done business with Total Automotive for over 15 years. Good honest mechanics(ok, auto techs, whatever) are hard to find, unfortunately. These are some of the good guys.

Very down to earth owner that understood my problem and fixed it the right way, the first time, for a fair price, trust is not just a word, it's a way of life, and that is what you get at total automotive, i won't go anywhere else, thank you Craig and Maria...we feel safe on the road!

Was very nice but kinda did what they wanted chared me unnecessary fees and didn't put the car bake together for whatever reason but they made sure I got all my product back just didn't like how the situation was handled being a first customer

Been there once a few months ago with an issue no body else could help me out with. The mechanic did some research on my issue and got it figured out and fix in a timly fashion. No compmaints bout this place at all. Freindly people knowledgable helpful. Great place have a diffrent issue with my truck nkw not related to what they did and will go back to them
