AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. Have I said that enough? About a month ago, I had a slow leak tire fixed, drove in, while I waited... 15-20 minutes. Great Service.At that time, Steve told me that my 2021 Hyundai Palisade would need new brakes very soon. I finally called this morning, got an appointment for noon, and they were done this afternoon.I had previously priced this job... all four wheels... at two other places, including the dealer and the quotes were about 30% higher, with a lot of sleight of hand comments... "unless we find other things wrong, etc.." that made me feel like I would have no clear idea of the final cost.Steve was very straightforward and the price was exactly what I expected.The other people in the shop were also extremely courteous, on the phone and in person. I really can't say enough good things about this business. I will come back.Thank you very much!

Omg. Great customer service. Greg at the front desk was amazing. Came from out of town and had a blow out. Stopped at our nearest tire kingdom and was helped by Greg. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. Thank you

I recently called around to quite a few tire places in my area, and Tire Kingdom has the best prices, hands-down. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. You can tell they enjoyed being there. So many places push a bunch of extra things on you and here I did not feel pressured. The wait was fair and the work seems great. Will definitely be returning in the future!

The Daytona Beach store on Beville RoadI have known Matt for over 8 years and he has provided excellent service. If I ever had a problem, Matt was there to take care of it. He makes sure a customer gets a great value for their money. I will always go to Matt for service. GREAT JOB MATTNorman Miller

Tire Kingdom, Beville Road, Daytona Beach- this was my second visit to this store. Service was consistent with both visits. I needed an oil change and was able to get a same day appointment. The guys were great. They did a free tire rotation and changed the air filter. I appreciated no labor charge. They were fast and efficient. Bonus plan: I had my dog with me. They welcomed her with open arms! I will need tires before the end of this year and will definitely go to this store.

Would go to this place over any other! They do everything they can to fix any problems you have! The manager, Matt, he knows what he is doing and treats each customer that walks through the door with the same level high respect! Was able to watch a few customers come in while I waited for my truck. Don't have to worry about leaving with anything you didn't need in the first place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I had 2 tires and the way their customer service not only price matched but then looked around in my area, found cheaper tires and still best that price. They were pretty fast and efficient. They had amazing customer service, I'm taking my gf car there in the morning to get hers replaced!!

Highly recommend for oil changes! They had the most affordable rate after calling around numerous shops and included the tire rotation. Got us in and out in a timely manner. Great customer service!Thanks guys!!

This location is always good to me! They stay true to their appointment times and had me in and out quickly! Thanks to Johnny who did my oil change and windshield wipers today!

The guy at the counter tried to tell me that they don't have conventional oil there and never sold it in the meantime. I got 2 vehicles that I had done over there. And both used conventional oil. He was trying to push the higher price synthetic oil on me. So don't fall for it.It wasn't big country that I'd try to do that or the girl.It was that other guy he's always trying to push extra stuff on people

My kids and I were on a way to a cruise with only a couple hours to spare when we had car troubles. Instead of taking advantage of the situation , they helped us get out fast, and really helped us on the cost. I am forever grateful !

6 / 5 starsMy family was in a tight spot, van started acting up while we were on vacation and far from home. We needed to have the van checked out before our long trip home and thank God Tire Kingdom was open on Sunday. Took the car in and they were able to fix it asap and we were on the road home in about 1.5 hoursPros:+ There was a strong Christian spirit in the place. The head guy was extremely kind and very professional. Normally I distrust car places automatically but I knew I could let my guard down because they were trustworthy.+ While I was waiting there, an older woman came in who ran over a nail and they were able to fix her tire. After fixing it really quick, he told her 'no charge' and to have a blessed day.+ Also while I was there, there was this woman who came in very frantically and you can tell English was not her first language. She basically wanted to stop by and ask for advice on car buying but she was pretty frantic about it. The head guy was soo warm and patient with her and I was very impressed+ Open on Sunday+ Great service and transparency. There are two huge glass windows in the sitting area so you can actually see the mechanics as they are working on your vehicle. I've never seen that in a car shop before. It also gives you a clue as to how close they are to being done+ Prices were fairCons:- Only con is that there website and store advertise 'free alignment check' and the alignment check is $25

Traveling thru from Texas w/3 kids. We got a flat tire. I called & asked if they could take fit us in last minute. Knowing our situation, the guy over the phone said they close in an hour. Not knowing how long it would take to fix our tire, they could not help us.

Awesome service. Greg really helped us out. We were in and out in under an hour. Four tires and an alignment on one car and a tire on a second car. Highly recommend. Good deals

Let me just say, there are many tire Kingdom stores in the area. I am partial to this one. I manage this place and I love reading all these reviews from customers. I come to work every day because of you. Love you all. My staff here is amazing. Cj and Blake up front are the best I've worked with in my entire career. They work both in the front and back. Steve is my technician and can work on almost anything and takes care of your vehicle as it was his own and Jhonny, Brandon and Keith do your tires and oil changes and pitch in on almost anything. I love working here. Please come down and give us a shot.

What an amazing experience at this location, Steve and Gregg both greeted me promptly, what stood out was even though it was nearing the end of the day and there were 3 cars in the bay, they had a guy patch a tire for me, I think his name was Ben.... I'm truly grateful for this location. .

Everyone was so nice in friendly, I came in for a tire rotation and it got done in 10 minutes no wait! Serena was a great help and very kind as well, she provided me excellent assistance. I can definitely say this was the best and fastest service I ever had.

Went in for a tire last week, was told I had to buy 2. Okay, after that was being pressured into getting a wheel alignment and warranty for the tires.This was an extra 150 bucks+. I get the car out after being in there for 90+ minutes, and get back on 95 to go to Sam's club- I couldn't drive over 45 mph the car was shaking so bad!!!! I get off the highway, and my local mechanic is right close by. He says one tire had all of the nuts for the tire loose!! My mechanic said how did they do a wheel alignment with a loose tire? He doubted that they did. Mind you, this was for my ex-wife's car that i was doing it for her. God forbid something happened, the cops would've thought I did it on purpose. I won't be back, and my ex-wife and I are exploring legal options. Buyer beware!!!! I don't know the guys name who did the work on the car, but he's young and has glasses. Stay away!

From the time Serena answered the phone through the end of my emergency repair joe and Serena were AMAZING!! I was broken on a Saturday of a holiday weekend over 2000 mi from home and they treated me like family and my observation was they treated everybody that came in with the same professional attitude! ThankYou JD with the road master! SUPEREXCELLENT service ++

Wonderful staff and quick service! Came in with a belt issue and the manager Robert was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient! Prices are fair and I feel comfortable leaving my car in their care.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Worst experience ever the manager was extremely rude when I made him aware of some paint that came off my rims on 1 rim. He denied it. Said it was like that! I told him I took pictures outside before I walked in look at the pictures he refused to look at the pictures I asked him five times he finally looked at the pictures and said they're too far away? Then he argued and yelled at me while I'm a disabled man sitting in my walker then the assistant Mgr started yelling at me and he wasn't even there when my car was serviced. He even yelled at me while on phone with corporate and said he doesn't care. So I left the store after paying almost $1,000 then my car starts shaking all the way down the road I bring the car back and let him know he said he doesn't care he ain't doing nothing for me it took me to go to an Ormond Tire Kingdom for them to evaluate it and redo what the guy just did and found out that the store bent my rims on the inside didn't say nothing about it figured it wouldn't be found out! The Ormond location was OK. But now I have a bent rim one rim with paint missing off of it and the car still shakes a little bit at higher speeds. I hope corporate will take care of this issue and fire that guy because he does not care about customers or disabled people he just cares about money and hiding things to cover up a mistake instead of being a man about it! Don't waste your money or time at this location.

Took my car in this afternoon to repair my tire. I decided to do a walk-in and they took me right away. Joe and staff got me in and out within the hour. I thought I would need to replace the tire but all it needed was a simple patch. Joe waived the charge which made my day. Definitely coming back if I need anything else!

My tire was low..so I stopped by at almost closing time and Joe Greg Tommy went out of there way to help check my tire..They plugged it and I'm very thankful for there great service..I'll be back for my next set of tires.

Exactly customer service... They took the time to help me figure out what was best for my vehicle an made it happen . I would highly recommend this place for tired or oil changes.
