I recently took my car to Theresa's Garage for some repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They got the job done quickly and at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Highly recommend!

I moved to the area a couple of years ago and needed to find a good, honest garage to take care of my Outback. I'd received recommendations for Theresa's Garage and liked the idea of a female owned business. After my first experience I was commited. They are very busy because they are well qualified and thorough and efficient, but they are never rushed when talking about your specific needs. They are always reasonably priced and honest. The best mechanic shop in the whole Daytona Beach area. Been going to her for years! The only thing me and my ex wife agreed on was Theresa s Garage! Seriously, the team is thorough and knowledgeable. Theresa is extremely honest and caring. She hears me out concerning any situation and lets me know what repairs are immediate and which ones can wait. Her staff have great customer service. She is the only mechanic I trust in this community.

Outstanding repair shop!!! We recently moved to the area, and while I only needed an oil change and a couple of minor things, I wanted to find a great shop to start doing business with. When I searched my neighborhood Facebook group, many of our new neighbors raved about Theresa's. So that's who I called. Theresa, Tracy, Kim and every staff member I dealt with was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It may sound corny, but they really made me feel "at home." Their pricing was extremely fair and I never felt that they were trying to sell me any service I didn't need. There's a reason people write such great reviews for Theresa's Garage - they're just that good.

Brought car there they couldn't figure out the issue at all. I brought to the dealership mechanic and they knew the issue immediately when I described what was happening! And it was just that it needed new break calipers. Very nice people but they couldn't even detect this simple issue is concerning and i will never go back. They tried a few things that were completely off. I think people are leaving good reviews because they are so nice but unfortunately they aren't good and it's most important they can actually diagnose and fix cars.

I'm going to be blunt. The mechanics do good work. But honestly this place is just another business trying to scrape your money. Went here to replace my brake pads and they said you HAVE to replace the rotors too. Which is not true. Then the dude Said he was going to give me a good deal because they know what it's like to be a college student tight on funds. But still proceeded to feed me utter nonsense of everything else that's wrong like telling me my brake caliper was busted which it wasn't. Somehow after telling me they'd save me some money, they still got me up to paying the same amount they originally were going to charge for the "premium parts" which I knew they were going to do in some way shape or form. Oh yeah did I mention my calipers were fine? And at the end of the day, I ended up paying the same amount for only 2 brakes that I would've spent on all 4 brakes anywhere else. On top of the fact that I DIDNT need my rotors replaced. I could tell maybe 1 of them was bad due to the damage from the naked pad but the other was fine and they only did the 2. Kept trying to give me MORE stuff I needed to fix which I knew I didn't need to fix. And then after it's all said and done, he tried to say my car was pulling to the right when they test drove it and gave me a big stamped piece of paper to come back for another diagnostic. My car does NOT pull to the right. I checked everything myself before coming in. The only reason I didn't argue or make a fuss about the price is because I DID need it done immediately as I didn't have the time to do it myself and they DID get me in immediately after I agreed to pay so much (which is funny because before that they said I had to book an appointment 2 weeks out and now all of a sudden they'll get to work in 30 minutes?). Plus I didn't need someone being petty and breaking something else that wasn't broken. All in all, they do good work but honest Is so far from the word I would use here. I will never be coming back here.

Do not give them the slightest impression you aren't highly educated in how cars work unless you want to spend twice the price for half the work. They make you think they are here for the people but they'll squeeze every dollar harder than any other mechanic in daytona. I knew better but I wanted to test their integrity only to be sorely disappointed

Best Honda/Acura shop that I have been to in the six states I've lived. Honest and direct. I will drive over 5 hours just to know that Theresa's mechanics are doing the work.

Been going to Theresa's for about 6 years. Never had a problem with the people working there until recently. I was given attitude by the person working the phone. Not sure how I feel about this place. They advertise themselves as honest and trustworthy. I will let you judge for yourself based on my experience. We took our car in for a noise it was making when traveling at 30+ MPH. Was told it was a bearing and they had to replace the whole front housing. Then they said that they needed to change my front break pads too. And when they did front break pads, they also need to change the rotors because they will not only change the pads. They also said they needed to flush the break fluid. But here is where I take exception. They charged me 3 separate labor charges. The break fluid flush was $70.. more than the actual break fluid. I ended up paying $420 for labor. How much labor? The job took them 40 minutes. That's right. 40 minutes.... $420. I wish I made $420 an hour.. and I am a senior engineer with 30 years of experience. So use this info as you want. Me personally. I feel like every time I go to a mechanic I am bending over. I won't return, and will be sure to ask the next place I go to what their labor rates are and if they stack them. On a side note.. there were 2 other issues I would like to mention. We made an appointment. When I took the car in, I was told I would get a call back later that day with the estimate. I told them it was our only car, and I would need it back ASAP. I never received a call that day. They didn't even look at the vehicle. I only received a call the next afternoon.. after I called them. The second issue. We asked about having our headlights cleaned since they were dull. I asked for an estimate, and was told their detail guy would take a look and they would get back to me. They never did. When they called me to tell my my car was ready, I was told that I said to them not to do the headlights. Which was completely false. He literally told me I was lying. I asked if they could please do them and was told it was too late and they were closing. They called me 10 minutes before they closed, and I had to drop everything I was doing to go and get the car.

These pictures are of our 2001 Honda Odyssey that Theresa has serviced since we acquired it in 2004 with 32,000 miles. The odometer is correct at 436,013 miles on April 24, 2021. Our 20-year-old Odyssey starts on the first turn of the key, purrs like a kitten, and doesn t leak a drop of oil. The results of following Theresa s advice on service and maintenance speak for themselves. We are proud to have had Theresa and her crew take care of our Odyssey and highly recommend them! What a gem of a business! In a world where customer service seems to have absolutely died, this operation renews your faith in businesses doing the right thing and even going above and beyond what is expected. It s like a throwback to a time when people actually cared about providing the best possible service they could. Thoroughly impressed by Theresa and her entire crew.Needed an oil change and saw reviews of this business on various social media platforms with glowing reports. Called yesterday just to book an appointment and mentioned that there was a faint chirping or whirling noise in the front of the car. The young man Maverick, Jr. recommended I come in immediately for them to check it out as there was concern it might be a bad wheel bearing.Despite the fact that I was not a prior customer, it was not even a factor in determining that they were concerned about me driving in what potentially could be a dangerous situation, especially in this summer weather with 100 degree plus heat index.Luckily I was able to head right over but when I arrived I saw the lot was extremely full and they were very busy. Regardless of that, they took the time to immediately take the car out for a test drive and diagnosed a bad harmonic balancer. Since they had to wait for the part, they provided shuttle service back to my work by the friendliest driver Dave AND provided the same service the next morning after the car was repaired and fully serviced.Needless to say the entire experience was stellar! Less than 24 hour turnaround time - from initial contact simply making an appointment to being safely back on the road. The whole time being treated like part of their extended family. What a refreshing customer service experience from start to finish.Feel confident in bringing your cars here for excellent work, honest quotes, no upselling, fair prices and exemplary friendly customer service. My wife and I have 2 older Toyota autos which we take to Theresa's for maintenance and other car care needs. Theresa and her staff continue to be competent, honest, very reasonable and a real pleasure to work with. They did a great job fixing my window, so i came back months later after my catalytic converters went bad. They charged me $900 to fix it. Gave it back to me TWO WEEKS LATER and the car couldn t even get back home. Took it back, they charged me $200 to fix something else. Now I m $1100 in the hole. They didn t charge me for labor, and i thought it was nice. Took it to another mechanic (because it was STILL MAKING NOISES) who let me see underneath it. No wonder they didn t charge me for labor. I wouldn t pay $10 for this welding job.

We've always loved Teresa's but our latest experience hasn't been good. We brought our car in to have a tire sensor replaced. We kept waiting for a phone call and finally we called. The car was ready and no one had bothered to call. The check light came back on almost immediately. We were then told we had to replace all the sensors and they had to order them and they would call us when they came in.We've been waiting for over a week for a call. Crickets. Apparently they're so busy, customer service is suffering. We're really disappointed.

This place was recommended by a coworker and a church member. They both gave rave reviews. I went to get a free car analysis, and she was very professional and so was her staff. Anyway she gave a very through diagnosis for my vehicle and explained that I should take it to another reputable auto shop, AAMCO. I actually had some work done there in 2021. Mike is excellent at AAMCO.

Great place for your auto service. Prices very reasonable, great quality work, friendly service, provides good advice and Theresa does not try to up sale anything. Took our Honda Odyssey in for several minor issues but she suggested to get the necessity items done and review some later. Also while you vehicle is there, ask for detail clean up by Randy. Came out of work at 730am to a dead battery. Called Theresa and she had Randy there in 5 minutes. He jump started me and I followed him back to garage. Eric tested my battery and found it to be bad. Ordered one and I am on my way out the door. No charge for the jump. A tow service quotes me $229. And they were only half mile from me. All my business will be done with Theresa from now on

Theresa said to just come in on a Monday morning. My electronics were messed up. They took care of me right away, found a nail in my tire and I got an oil change. All for $84. I was so happy. First time customer. I just bought a car and the former owner used this shop. I went in for a oil change and a basic safety inspection. The staff was friendly. There was a few things they found in the inspection but did not pressure to work. Gave the best recommendations in severity.While I was there another customer was there for her oil change as well. The staff was concerned about doing the job due to cars rust condition without having the correct parts to fix in a timely manner if needed. Again there was no pressure for the customer to do any repairs.In short if you want a honest no pressure shop. You dont need to look anywhere else. This is your shop. I know it is mine. Thank you for being honest and no pressure. You earned my future business.
