Came in for an oil change, took about 10 to 15 minutes. It was super quick. The guys were also really helpful informative and answered all my questions. Overall 10 out of 10. Highly Recommended

Wonderful experience in getting an oil change today. Quick. The attendant was knowledgeable and very helpful. Checked all the fluid levels and tires. Very happy and will return!

These guys are the best! Went in for an oil change at Take 5 Oil Change and Willie took care of me. Such a friendly guy and knew his stuff. He got me in and out super quick but still took the time to check everything over.

Every time I come to Take 5 it s always at least a 2 hour wait for me. I rather go to Firestone at this point. Sitting in my car and running the A/C for 2 hours because it s hot outside is a waste of time and money. Ive been to Take 5 at least 3 times to get an oil change and it s the same long wait every time. The marketing behind those ads about this being a fast service is false advertising

Excellent service. Called to make an appointment. They said no worries just drive in. Super fast 15 min while in my car. The staff were very pro and friendly. Thank you willie & ben & dylan & shawn. I had a $25 coupon. They honored it no worries. Overall excellent service

I personally love take 5 oil change which is why I came to this one. It was the worst experience. They had horrible customer service used sarcasm when talking Preston the manager on duty micro manages & speaks to customers rudely. He cusses at the crew in front of customers. Just the attitude of how he treats new customers was very unwelcoming & the way he goes about I will never come back to this take 5 oil change here in this town. I would recommend everyone to not go. As they ll be given wrong information on their vehicles that have nothing to do with oil changes & simply because of his attitude. I ve always had great experiences at take 5 oil change but this right here was the worst !

This place is awesome my car is literally driving so much better and quieter now. Timmy who was wearing Ben's jacket was great . He told me the vehicle I just bought from billy ballew motor sports had lossed my oil plug so much it was able to be taken off with his hand. He also told me they never snapped in my filters. Not only did he tell me everything he corrected all of it took pictures and a video so I can have proof of it all. It may be a wait but now I see why you wait because this place and the people that work there take there time and explain and try there best to fix any problems. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Wish I had 100 bucks to tip this kid because he literally saved me so much money and time. Anyone needing a oil change head to this location and look for Timmy and his crew. They possibly saved our lives.

Brandon really showed why he the manager here. There were a lot of issues and my wife and I spent an hour in line waiting for an oil change. He walked up to the car just before we were going to get directed in and said our oil change was on him for our patience and apologized for our wait

Super quick service. I was greeted with a cold bottle of water- so welcome on a hot Florida day. The reps we re all very courteous and understood when i explained I was ONLY there for an oil change and NO additional services or repairs. Guys were very respectful and do a great job on a multi point inspection of vehicle. I tool mothers car in to be done as well - If you call their main no it goes to a Corp line and they can at times offer you a discount. If you have your military vet ID card they give 25% off as well.

I pulled in, and all 3 bays were occupied, and 2 other cars were waiting. I sat for 15 minutes until I was pulled into a bay, as were the other 2 cars that were in line for the other 2 spaces. The associate that guided me in left and after 8 minutes I called to the associate at the next bay and asked where the man had disappeared to. She said said she would check, then he yelled from the next bay that he was taking care of the other 2 cars first. I didn't understand why all of the employees (6) were not able to handle 3 cars at a time. I just decided to leave without my oil change.

Employees we re awesome. Very professional. My battery died while I was there and they spent extra time getting it charged and running again. Highly recommend this location.

This place will change your oil in a decent time frame I think for me it took about 20 to 30 minutes because there was a line of cars. But I think I should only take about 10 minutes if there is no line. The staff is definitely courteous and friendly and they offer you a bottle of water when you get there.

Great service! Guys are great!Update: Imagine my surprise when my husband came home with a receipt that shows we were charged $49.99 for a cabin filter that was offered to him for $20 the last time he was there. I mean $29.99 more? That's a bit much....

i ve been coming to this place for over 5 years every 2-3 months with a military discount on EVERY receipt paper. All of a sudden today Mr. Preston the so called shop manager (of the day) was not honoring the discount without seeing an ID. If i have the discount on ALL of my receipts dated back WHY aren t you putting it on? Then i then tell him to put my doordash discount on and without hesitation he did with me NOT even giving PROOF that i doordash. SMH what a manager right? Silly guy.

Get ready to wait ... nice people but extremely busy so the 10 minute oil change doesnt happen. Not even if you time it from when you enter the stall. 20 minutes at best and you can expect 20 to 30 more minutes waiting in line.

At this time I am still sitting in my car with nothing done. I'm not sure if this is going to happen or not. About 30 minutes ago they waved me in, after waiting a while for someone to finish. They give you a water and have you pop your hood over one of the bays.They then ignore you. Nobody says how long it's going to be or even acknowledges that you are there. But you are trapped. No way to open your door because of a railing and your hood unlatched so you can't drive off.5 more minutes and I'll chance driving off with an open hood.Forget the 5 in their name, if you are in any type of hurry go elsewhere...Edit.... At the 45 minute mark I left...

Every time I come here, the staff is very friendly and answers all my questions. If I have to wait, I m always offered a water. They try to get you in and out at a reasonable time and making sure you re taken care of.

I've been here for 45min and still haven't pulled in stall. I'm 53 years old and have never been to an oil place that takes an hour or so to change oil. Worst experience I've had.

I go here a lot and I didn t get the service that I normally get! The young lady working wasn t properly trained to know what type of oil I needed in my car and the guy charged me for too off when I am a regular customer. I don t recommend this location to anyone!

Every time I go for a oil change the staff is new, this last time the new shop manager was ridiculously rude the past 2 times. Last time coming here.
