Spanos Motors has an impressive selection of luxury cars.. The purchasing process with Matt was smooth and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. The team is very personable and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.Moreover, when I did have a couple of small concerns after my first drive; they immediately addressed it. After-sales service from Matt (my sales rep) and from Cardino (service rep) has been exceptional. Dealing with Craig for the paperwork was efficient and professional.Any questions or concerns I ve had post-purchase have been addressed promptly and efficiently.Overall, I m very happy- it was a very positive experience; if you re in the market, I highly recommend Spanos, a dealership that s been in the community for years.*Inventory moves fast - so if you see something you like, move on it!

I purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra SR5 "Texas Edition" on yesterday and had a great experience with salesman Justin. The transaction was smooth from beginning to end. It's this type of customer service that would lead me to become a repeat customer. WOW! What a life-changing vehicle purchasing process thanks to Justin at Spanos Motors in Daytona Beach! I arrived during a lunch break and was driving away in the exact car I always wanted as kid growing up. Justin and the entire staff are AMAZING, and they go above and beyond delivering a customer service experience like you see on a television commercial, but in real-life. I was looking everywhere in central Florida for a new vehicle. I had 4 or 5 other dealerships which used an automated text service hassling me to come take a test drive. However, Justin was the only sales person that took 3 seconds to include his name with a text, and that to me was clincher. I can t say thank you enough to Justin and everyone else at Spanos Motors for making my childhood wish a reality.

I had a really great experience buying my car from Spanos. John Murray was the main person I dealt with and he was great but so was everyone that I worked with. I live in Tennessee and did a complete online and over the phone purchase of my Audi. The description was accurate and there was nothing hidden and no surprises. I flew down and finished the paperwork and then drive my car home. I love it!! It s a great little car. Thank you Spanos Motors!!! :)

Purchased a beautiful Nissan Maxima from Justin first time out. Husband didn t approve of the car so he helped us get back to Spanos and then husband approved. Justin helped drive us back-and-forth picking up checks and doing whatever he could to help facilitate the purchase. We just love him,we want to adopt him! Craig in financial department was a whiz with figures. We believe we got a fair deal with no pressure..2nd purchase with Spanos very happy with warranty, sale and extra purchase of window coatings.

I recently bought an Audi from Justin at Spanos Motors. From the initial moment I walked into the dealership I felt very welcome. There was no pressure and everyone at the dealership that I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. Once I found the car that I wanted the purchase process was extremely fast and thorough. Got the pleasure of working with Gordon. He was AMAZING to work with and very patient! He answered all of our questions and made the process as easy as possible for us! Best car buying experience yet! Will definitely go back and request Gordon again!!Their finance manager, Gage, was also as equally amazing and a pleasure to work with. He was up front and did not try to trick us into anything like most other finance managers tend to do in my experience. He was honest, straight forward and offered amazing advise and got us the deal in the price range that we wanted with amazing packages and extras that we could only ever dream of having!Thank you BOTH so much!! By far the best place to go to by a used vehicle in the Daytona area. The entire staff was nice and accommodating. They weren't pushy and aggressive at all. Gordon (our salesman) listened to what we were looking for, our situation and took everything into consideration and made an amazing deal that worked out beautifully for my wife and I. Gage is a magician with the financing and blew my mind when he got us approved for 2 cars, without having to jump through hoops or telling us we needed more money down or anything. Simply a great experience all the way around. I love supporting local businesses and it feels great that we found this place. I won't go anywhere else for cars again. Thanks Spanos!!

Buying a new used car from Spanos Motors was quick and easy, from the minute I called them until I drove out of their parking lot I was impressed. 1st going to their showroom is like a candy store for used quality sports cars. The courtesy and knowledge of-their entire staff was impressive, every question and concern was answered by my salesman, Justin, making the experience as pleasant and satisfying as possible. Mr. Gordon King and the rest of the Spanos Motors staff have been one of the best groups of people I have met in the auto industry. I live super far from Daytona Beach, but they had everything ready for me when I got there!Even after purchase, John still helping me and answering my concerns, not disappeared from me Craig (financing) is not selling me anything extra, only the stuff that I need.Highly recommended!

Justin was great. I was able to negotiate via text, agree on a price, review buyers, order and then go pick up car next day. Checked out to all that advertised online. In and out in 30 minutes with paperwork.

Purchased my 2018 Range Rover Velar at Spanos Motors but only came with 1 key fob, a few weeks later got a text from my sales tech, Gordon, they found it and wanted to mail it to me. This kind of service hardly exist in this day and age... They had already made the sale and could have easily just thrown the fob away.This is the kind of service that I'll remember for my next vehicle and I'll reach out to Spanos before I even think of another dealer.I recommend Spanos Motors to anyone looking for a super awesome ride along with an outstanding team to make it happen!

This is the second car I have bought from Matt Blood at Spanos Motors. I am 70 years old and he is the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. Most impressive is the ability to contact him after the purchase. He and his attitude go far beyond any other sales guy I have ever met. I absolutely love Spanos, in 25yrs of buying cars I have never had a better experience, everyone was friendly an they made you feel like family, my parents are in the market for a car and they are buying from them, my boss also wants to buy a car from them. In all of the Daytona area there is no other place to buy a beautiful car from. They a picky with the vehicles they take in, they only have the best. And I want to especially say thank you to Gage the finance manager, that is the best that I have seen. And also thank you very much Matt for taking care of my every concern and giving me the red carpet treatment. Love all of you guys.

The car buying process was relatively easy and fast and that s where my positive experience ended. Steve and the service department are terrible! I had to return to the shop several times: Once for the detail that was supposed to be performed when I purchased the care, but their detail guy wasn t there that day. They didn t even wipe down the inside of the car. I had to clean the inside after I got home. They were also supposed to check on a mechanical issue (noise) with the car and couldn t find the issue. The subsequent times were to address the same mechanical issue. The second time was because no one would answer the service line nor respond to my voicemail. The third time was a scheduled time to have the car looked at, and they looked at my car for about 20 minutes and asked me to schedule another visit because they needed time to get a part and wanted more time to confirm the issue . The fourth time, they never ordered the part and stated they had confirmed the issue. They assured me they d call me back once the part was ordered a week later, no call! Ultimately, I took the car to a local shop and paid out of my pocket for an issue that was covered under their limited warranty. They seem reputable from the outside, but Spanos is shady at best. I was hoping this would be a nice place to by a second vehicle for my spouse, but I ll never do business with them again. Stay away!

This is the 2nd vehicle from the Spanos brothers...Darryl Banks was the most enthusiastic young salesman & was very delightful to work with. This dealership was a pleasure to work with. They really did all they could to ensure I received the best deal on my purchase while going out of their way to accommodate my needs. The salesman Matt was down to earth, not pushy by any means and just an overall good guy. Lisa the general manager along with Gage the finance coordinator made sure I had a fast & smooth purchase experience (no speed bumps) and the showroom speaks for itself. A well deserved 5 stars. Was looking at a used BMW 128i convertible with a list price of $12490. It looked nice and drove nice so I sat down to get an out the door price on the car. I was thinking it should be around $14k with tax, title and tag. They come back at $16,015!!! Like why is it another $2k+? Then I look, $899 dealer fee, $399 reconditioning fee, $699 ceramic coating fee. The book on this car was about $800 over the high end and you want to charge an additional $2k on top of that? No thanks, I ll pass! Buyer beware of these types of fees. Not wanting to pay $3500 over asking price due to exorbitant fees has nothing to do with my budget. Forcing me to pay for ceramic coating without even fixing the paint chips on the car before coating it is real classy. If you want to overpay for a luxury car with chipped paint and ceramic coating, this is your place!
