Great experience. Came in with my 2021 Sprinter Van after being quoted a ridiculous amount by the dealership.They did a fantastic job replacing some panels, matching the paint in a reasonable time and a a super fair price. Thank you again to the shop owners and I would highly recommend!

Waited 4 weeks to get in, 3 days to get fixed. Bad bumper fit needed another visit. They had to order another from the manufacturer instead of aftermarket. 3 more days. Looks very nice now.

I love cars so I understand turn around times are not quick. The communication between me and the mechanic has been great. Staff was nice and also updated me even when I called randomly.

Great friendly service . One of the few collision shops that would work on our Tesla.. Went out of their way to make everything perfect. Highly recommend!

Terrible..they don't bother to return phone calls, give estimates promised, or do work, can't be bothered.The girl answering the phone acts as if she is being bothered by a customer.

We brought our 40 ft stretch suv limo there for some repair work on the window. The first time they did a quick fix which went well however when we returned to have the actual work done they failed us. They had the limo for 4 days and did absolutely nothing to it, drove it off the lot and cut people off while driving it. They did not have the authority to drive our limo off the lot in the first place. This is a vehicle driven by trained professional cdl licensed chauffeurs only.They drove it 9 miles and actually nearly ran another driver off the road. We received 2 calls from other drivers saying how crazy our chauffeur was driving. This was not our chauffeur driving. It was Russell owner of body shop. We thought Chris was the owner. He was very nice and Jasmine as well when we dropped it off. Russell the owner was rude and unprofessional on the phone when I called and was extremely upset that he drove our limo off his lot without our approval and nearly ran people off the road. We do not recommend this body shop for any real body work. They obviously take customer cars for joy rides.Service: Body & Trim

After being backed into by a semi truck I was referred to this shop and able to get an estimate fairly quickly. I proceeded with repairs and my Santa Fe once again looks brand new.

The work they do here is very good. They fixed the biggest rust spot on the roof of my car I had had for many years & they did a great paint match. The employees are very nice. Chris has been very helpful with me with my Isuzu Amigo I have had for 29 years. Than you Rachels Collision Center. This place is ALWAYS crowded. That must mean something.

Unorganized they have no idea what they're doing. It took them over a month to do a bumper job which should only took two weeks as they said they would. Never keep their word disgusting unorganized all the employees are junkie and go through your cars. Worst place on Earth

You might as well buy a brand new car if you bring yours here for an estimate and/or repairs. These people gave estimates without fully examining the car. This led to them having my car for about 5 months. Everytime I called they they kept pushing back my day of pick up without explanation.

Really terrible service from beginning to end. Had my car for 4 months over one piece that was in back order. If it was I understand but dont give me dates then and expect me not to be mad if the day comes and you tell me the car isnt done. They just bs u all along the way. The people that pickup the phone be rude too. Terrible just terrible if i could give them a 0 I would. They just kept making up new stuff to drag along the process and just bs. Also have consideration for you i told them i had no car no way to get around and they acted like they didnt care. Dont ever go here!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They have had my girlfriends Kia since December. The manager keeps telling me 7-10days when I can even get him on the phone. My girlfriend has spent $4,000 on rentals due to a quarter panel and bumper. Horrible customer service

This is generally not were you want to be as something bad has taken place. This business turns that experience around and goes the extra mile to help you get your vehicle back to new. We got our Truck fixed and they did not give up till it was done to perfection. The work is perfect we could not be happier. Plus the owner went the extra mile to let me know a little about car insurance my vehicle had been keyed down two doors while on vacation so I asked for an estimate. He informed me that that is a comprehensive claim (which means the damage was no fault of my own) and would only have to possible pay the deductible. I was so happy as I have insurance with no deductible. Car fixed for $0.00. I was reluctant to have it fixed due to what it might cost imagine my surprise no money at all. They fixed the car for free. Yea!!! Highly recommend this place staff were all wonderful.

The most thorough and friendly people in collision repair. Being in a accident is overwhelming to say the leastRachel's collision is ready to take care of you as soon as you make that first phone call.My car was in a accident without injuries, but the damage was was extensive to she driver's side. The staff handled the situation with ease, my insurance company approved. In one week the car was repaired looking like new. I was back on the road and so happyThe staff are great from the top down. Funny you would never know who is in charge! Their employees are this good. They appear to be such a friendly and happy staff as evidenced by the respect given to their customers receiving service!I'm sure you have dealt with people who see you as just another body moving through a revolving door. Not at Rachel's Collision! You are treated as if you have been there before. They have the answers and work with your insurance company as was my case.They do excellent repairs and my experience was great as evidenced by interactions with their great team of employees and the residing of my 2015 Nissan to it's condition before the accident.If you have a choice to select the repair service to work on repairs to car. Consider Rachel's Collision Service.I loved their service and also the employees and management I was given the opportunity to work with. One last thing, they were very reasonable in price.And my personal insurance premium didn't increase.Thanks so much.

Took my 2007 4Runner in for a repair no one else in town seemed to want to touch: replacing my sunroof glass with one I purchased online due to a rusted frame on the old one. Rachel's Collision took to the challenge and did a terrific job at a very reasonable price. I'm very satisfied and recommend them highly.

DO NOTUSE THIS BUSINESS.!!!!!I took my car there for hail damage repair. I was promised by Chris that it would be a ONE week paintless dent removal job. I even made him come outside to do a visual walk around of my vehicle to show him the extent of the damage at which point he aka Chris still assured me it would be a ONE week job.The job took EIGHT weeks all of which crushed me financially with rental car costs.Every time I'd call, Chris would tell me they had ordered parts and they all came in damaged. His last LIE before I drove up there (week 5 at this point??) was that they were on their 4th roof that came in damaged and the second hood that came in damaged. I discovered they ordered their parts thru Daytona Kia so I went personally to Daytona Kia and spoke personally to the service manager and he told me only 3 roofs had been ordered and zero hoods were ever ordered. In fact NO ONE from Rachel's collision had ever come down to inspect ANY of the parts. So Chris was lying all along.I then went to Rachel's to personally inspect the condition of my car. It was sitting OUTSIDE with the roof chopped off and the windows smashed out and the tailgate off and nowhere to be found....UNCOVERED. except for plastic over the front windshield area. it had been this way for WEEKS Incurring water damage. All the unused and old parts were haphazardly thrown into the cargo area of my car which caused significant damage to all the plastic in the cargo area. NONE of which has been fixed and corrected by them.I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING.PLUS items were STOLEN from my car during this time.WORST COMPANY EVER!!(I'd rate ZERO stars if it was possible)LAWSUIT COMING 100%

My wife and I were to pick up our car at Rachel's Collusion. They said it was ready to pick it up at 3:30pm. We arrived early 15 minutes early. No one was in the office. We waited for 30 minutes for someone to come into the office. I am on oxygen and I carry a spare tank with me. Finally at 4:45 it was ready for us. We went to pay and the bill they gave us several hundred dollars more than we agreed on when they told me the final price. I immediately questioned the bill. They looked at it and said when I prepared the bill on the computer someone else had used the computer and erased the bill. Then the manager had to rework the final bill for us and it was back in line with the original price we agreed on. Then we went to pay and the woman took our card and went into the back of the office for 15 minutes. When she came out I told her that it was never acceptable to take ones credit card out of their sight. Then she started to use our card to pay. She said she was sorry she thought that was her card. I said you were going to use your card to pay our bill. I don't think so. So we watched her pay our bill with our card. It is never acceptable to take a customer's credit card out of sight into a back room for any amount of time. Be vigilant.

I went to Rachel's when I had a minor accident because it was the nearest body shop to me. They were responsive, cooperative and thorough. They kept me posted on each phase of the repair and were done with the car within their estimated time. These guys do great work! Somebody rear-ended my car last year and I brought it here at the insurance company's recommendation. I admit I was a little concerned because the place doesn't look like much and it's very small but they made the car look new again. Unfortunately my car has been hit again and this time it was my idea to take it to Rachel's. Once again, they did excellent work, the car looks like new and I couldn't be happier.

I had a comprehensive claim while I was traveling to see my parents in Daytona Beach. I knew absolutely nothing about any of the collision centers in that area. I decided to take the car here. They were so professional. A man called me last Thursday letting me know the car would be ready yesterday. It was. The car actually looked better than the day I bought it. I was so amazed at the service and the wonderful work that was done. They were so nice to deal with. I hope nothing happens again but if it did I would take my car here again. Thank you so much for keeping me informed and doing everything you said you would.

Went into this shop to have my rear bumper & front wheel guard replaced as well as some paint touch ups. Was told it would be an overnight job. Ended up taking three days causing me extra expense with the rental company (all this after I had to keep calling for updates and when I was told I would receive call backs, they never called). I looked at the job and they did the replacements but paint touch ups? Neverrrr happened. My car still has the rusting i brought it in with and for a price of damn near $700 for just replacements, I know I won t be going back. Basically had to track down my car. Unprofessional to say the least.

I had to go to Rachel's due to a bad experience at work. Someone had backed into my brand new 4 door Chevrolet Curze in metallic forest green, and took off some of the paint. I was extremely upset because the car didn't even have 800 miles yet, and was already damaged. I found Rachel's due to suggestions from my insurance company and went there that same day. I had heard that a metallic color is hard to match without seeing any flaws, so I was worried of the end results. I took my car on a Tuesday to get buffed and primed, it got painted on Wednesday, and I picked it up on Thursday. When I first saw my car I was amazed at the work they did! I couldn't tell at all that it was even damaged in the first place. I would highly recommend anyone to go here, it was a quick fix, very affordable, and the employees (and their dog) were amazing! :)

I used Rachel's Collision Center twice. I used them about 6 years ago when someone hit my parked car and they done a great job and no problems when I traded my car in.The second instance was recent when my parked car was hit and this time I had to use my insurance (as the last incident the owner paid me cash for repair.) They are really easy to work with State Farm and my claim was quickly processed. The repair was done quickly as well.I wouldn't hesitate to use Rachel's Collision for any future needs.
