This use to be my "go to" place to buy parts for cars I am rebuilding. Their prices have gone through the roof. Their base prices with no warranty are more expensive than any of the local yards. Why pay more and get no warranty... and have to sweat your but off to get the parts. Another example of corporate greed!! SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL PRIVATELY OWNED SALVAGE YARDS! You will see, once you establish a relationship with the local yards, they will treat you with respect and like family, the local yards will negotiate based on condition of specific part. The local yards also take the parts off, test the part, and warranty it, all while offering helpful troubleshooting/repair tips....Avoid LKQ, they represent corporate greed!!

Don t be fooled by cashier stating that something comes with a 90 day warranty. Very misleading & their cashiers should be trained better. They must get paid extra to sell warranties is what I m thinking. I was not refunded money back even though I never wanted a 90 day warranty. Looked at receipt upon returning core. I work in sales & this is definitely something that could have been resolved but I was told no refunds on 90 day warranty slipped into my purchase. I m literally 4 weeks in & my motor just was pulled out by mechanic to install motor I purchased. Have about 60 days left and I still don t want the guaranty because I paid a mechanic to come look at motor before it was even pulled. I m disappointed for this reason alone. I d like to be contacted by management if possible but I ll follow up on this next business day.

Place is full of liars, got me to drive an hour and a half and set me an appointment for 4:30 to sell an old car, got there and they told me they re closed they close at 4:30 they don t know why they would set an appointment, after negotiating them let me leave the car in the parking lot so I can drive all the way back the following morning and I get there and they change my vehicle offer from 550 to 200 and said they were doing me a favor by even buying it, even though there was full transparency about what was done to the car. Again the car was running and driving with new tires, suspension, and healthy transmission and the cats, and they told me it wasn t even worth the 200 they were giving me. Place is an absolute joke and should not be in buisness.

Extremely organized. Some parts are extremely cheap. But some might shock you. Overall I have done well here. The guys that work here are pretty cool.

Where to this place to buy a Nissan altima Fender? And they tried to charge us a hundred and thirty nine dollars for a use under with dentsBuy your stuff on Amazon. This place is a rip-off. The fees were more than the Fender was. This is what I do for a living. I am a body shop. Do not buy from this place

This was my go to Junkyard for years. I was in shock at how much they raised the prices for parts. It's cheaper right now to buy parts from a full service Junkyard. They tried to charge me $185 for a grille off a 2011 Dodge Caravan. You can buy a brand new one for $95. I'm in the business of rebuilding cars and right now it's cheaper to buy parts from just about any junkyard not named LKQ.

My vehicle was listed in the computer but not one the lot. As we were speaking to a young man about the car I needed parts from that wasn't available yet. A lady comes out starts triffling through my boyfriends tool bag., found part that were actually my parts to my car and stole them from me. Granted they didn't work and they were as referral to make sure we had the right one. But she was acting like his tools were theirs. Talk about greedy. That pretty sad you have a multi million dollar business thanks to people living day to like us.. And you have to steel their parts from them.. you should be ashamed. And by the way no one said a word about not bringing any parts into that place either. If I would have known I would have left my part in the car.

I used to go to Daytona LKQ and Orlando LKQ. I will no longer be going to any LKQ. I used to think LKQ prices were high already and honestly it was my last option when looking for parts. But now and engine that I bought for $400 is $1100 now. I can buy that engine refurbished with a multiyear warranty for that price. I have seen other parts be 3-4x what they were before the new pricing.

Honestly Best junk yard I ve been to!!I have never seen a junk yard so clean and organized in my life.Every car is nicely organized next to one another. They are all up on these nice built wheels things they made. which hold the car in the air 3 feet with wheels hanging. Which makes it very easy to work on. Every car is spaced out from eachother.Ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful.Paid $23 for a truck bed liner that s worth $300 new. What a deal !Only thing that sucks is having to pay $3 everytime you go. Otherwise I d be in there everyday looking at the new inventory.

This used to be my favorite junkyard in the state of Florida, I ve been going here since I was in high school. Sad to say, I will not be returning. Ever since implementing their New Interchange Based Pricing the prices have become outrageous. Saw online they had a truck that I needed a tailgate off of going out the next day. So the next day, I woke up early and drove two hours to come get it from my former favorite junkyard. Got there right after they opened and went and got the tailgate. I expected it to be between $60 and $100 like every other time I have purchased a tailgate from LKQ (I ve bought many), and it rang up to be almost $300. The part alone was over double what it used to be, then they tack on the environmental fees, core charges, administration charge, and the warranties that they just add on. I can literally get a tailgate off Facebook marketplace in my area for less than $300. It s a junkyard it is supposed to be the cheapest option around, but I guess someone has to pay for those new metal buildings they are putting up, and all the new landscaping out front. That new shiny white picket fence does not look cheap. FYI: it s literally a junkyard I do not want to feel like I am pulling parts in a gated HOA community. It does not have to be the nicest property on International Boulevard. Just go back to selling the parts at a reasonable price please.

Completely over priced!!!Got pricing for rear tail lights on a 2009 Chevy Silverado. They wanted $50 each and Amazon has them for $40 brand new shipped to the house. Asked if they would price match and was turned down.Second part I asked for a price was a rear bumper for the same vehicle. They wanted $150. Once again a brand new one is $150. Ask for a discount since it was used. And they state that if I pull it, I save money, and once again was turned down. This used to be a great place, but it s no longer anymore. Do not recommend anyone!!!

My parents own a junkyard. I'm an avid fan of LKQ. They even sponsor my favorite car events. I promote them at my job. Unfortunately, my views have changed in my last 3 interactions here. When checking in, she asked me what particular car I was going to look at. I told her. She said I could only look at that one. I asked her "what if I want to buy parts off of another vehicle?" She said I would have to come up and pay another $3 to look at the car. This seems ridiculous. We are all there to buy parts and make them money. It seems ridiculous that they expect people to walk back up and pay another $3 for a car they are walking past. They recently changed they way the charge for items too. For an engine or transmission, it's now priced off of the year/make/model, the newer or nicer the car the more you will pay. An engine that used to be $400 is now $2200. Why not buy one off of marketplace or a shop for a couple of hundred dollars more and not have to spend all day pulling it, with no power tools. You also now have to pay for the warranty, they add it on and don't tell you. They next time I went in, I told the cashier that I wanted to decline the warranty and he still charged me. They third time, I went I declined it, he charged me and I told him again, I declined it and he reluctantly removed the warranty fee before I paid. Every business is always about money. LKQ included but now they are driving customers away because of their prices. They strip cars before they hit the lot and sell them. They won't sell those items to individuals there but will to others. Their new pricing is meant to make them money but it will end up driving customers away. I've been a lifetime fan and am now saying to avoid LKQ.

I visited this yard over the weekend. I was able to grab what I needed and missed out on some other items which was my fault. Yards organized and easy to navigate. Cell signal is great and you're able to surf to find the locations of your victims...Good prices, friendly staff and ice cold water, that's free !!!My replacement rear door. The tire cover wasn't part of the deal lol

Absolutely biggest rip off in used parts you pay to enter and there online price list doesn't match what they charge at the window. Will never return and I will try my best to steer everyone I know from ever using them

Their pricing is some of the most expensive I've seen, and each car's accessories are billed separately (I don't have a strong goal of needing what, usually going to the junkyard just to find some meaningful collectibles) We only took 3 plastics covers, and they charged 15 bucks (usually only a few bucks in other junkyards) and they were very serious about the vehicle I took off the parts (there are so many identical cars out there, how do I remember Which accessories were taken from which car)

This use to be a great place until in the last few months they have jacked up prices so much it is cheaper to buy new or cheaper online for instance a headlight for my vehicle was 50 dollars now it is close to 300 for same light I can buy online for cheaper and I don t have to pull myself or waste my gas. This isn t just one part it s all the common failure parts they are just ridiculous on their pricing it s not worth the drive or your time

The prices here are getting so OUTRAGEOUS!!!! some things are more expensive than the part new. And the engines & trans are only a little cheaper than going to a salvage yard that already tested and pulled it for youUPDATE!!!!!!!!They recently lowered their engine prices DRASTICALLY!!! and brought outs a new last chance price discount on selected cars!!!

I like this place. Dodge sold my elderly mother a van without a spare tire or jack and didn't tell her. She found out when she got a flat. Dodge told her the cheap Jack alone would cost $400. I came here and got a full size tire, two different types of jacks, tire tools, and a set of jumper cables for $66. I think that's a great deal.

I went to the junkyard 15 mins before closing, and because of this , the women upfront charged me $120 for one tire. I can get a new one for $100. What is this place? Overcharging for parts and adding warranty without asking me. This place is a joke. Don't bother wasting your time, they will charge you like it is a new part. And when I asked why so much, they didn't even explain the warranty. These people were mad they stayed 30 mins past closing and took it out on the last customers. Do they always overcharge like this? This should be a scam and illegal

This is the worst experience I have ever had here. On your website it clearly says $21.99 a tire from 13-16inch in size. Then it show's the total price $28 and change. The gentleman at the front asks what you looking for etc. Awesome, he gave me a listing of cars and location. I find 4 tires, get them off the car then head to the front to check out. Another guy comes out looks at the tires goes back behind the desk and gives me a total of $265+. I looked at him and told him how is he getting this. He say the tire is $21.99 and environmental fee's & core fee & warranty. There's nothing on your website of you being charged tire rim combo rate etc. So if you want just a tire make sure you bring a machine to take the tire off the rim because you have to pay for both. Ohh and to top it off the gentleman at the front who was asking information about what are you looking for etc, never even mentioned anything about you getting charged for not only a tire, but a rim environmental fee's (why if you are purchasing a item a removing it from their inventory) and a core charge etc.

Super expensive. For the same price you can get the part brand new online and have it ship at home, save money on gasoline too. Not worth going here.

Small place compared to the ones close to me, I will not name them as I try to avoid them, this place has the best customer service. I don t mind the drive. Everything is marked well, you don t feel like you will get lost. The crew there is always so nice. Especially Tim, he is the cashier. Always has a smile and was helpful several times looking up the part for me. I appreciate you man. You guys have a customer here, I will be coming back.

Been coming here for years. I really like the place and location. You get the best service, these employees care that you find what you came to get and prices are great. Tim is outstanding, he is very helpful and you can see he really cares for his customers. I was so exhausted the other day, heat got to me, he did not make me rush, I took the time to cool off by the vending machine and he was patient with me. Thank you.

Want to recognize this young gentleman Tim who goes above and beyond each and every single day. He is so kind and attentive, each time he sees me approaching the cashier he offers me water as he sees that the sun was just scorching and I feel I am about to faint. He is the most kind and provides excellent customer service, I cannot express enough how much I really appreciate him. Thank you LKQ. I will be coming back for all of my car needs. Gregg
