The staff at the 2 stores in Daytona (on Nova Rd Ormond and ISB and Nova Rd) I bought merchandise from were very helpful and also had to return a item with no problem! First time customer with O'Reilly. I will shop again when needed..Thanks!

I was having a battery issue so I stopped by this store. Cody the Manager came out and tested it. He confirmed my suspicions. He personally rung me up, installed a new battery, and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Great customer service. No problems or hesitation in doing his job. Thank you Cody! Your doing O Reilly s proud.

Nice clean, well stocked store. My friend needed a voltage regulator (old school) for his 56 Chevy. They had to order it, but the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Price wasn't bad either, he said (hearsay, lol)

Very helpful associates, knowledgeable, and courteous when greeting you. They definitely provide a great service when ordering parts, quick to ship & receive items. My husband needed an expensive & important part for his truck quickly, and they didn t have it in-stock. So when the associate/manager checked the availability and price, it was a lot more than what a competitor offered online, so they matched the competitor price AND he got the part in just a few days!! We definitely choose O Reilly over Advance Auto Parts & AutoZone ANY day of the week!! Thanks for great service!!

Knowledgeable people. Went in for a specific oil filter and gave them the general application (302 Ford). Didn't ask all the stupid questions, just gave me what I asked for. They carry Wix filters. Store was clean and laid out nicely. David was the guy who helped me out.

Two times I've been to O'Reilly's to purchase parts and the associates are rude international and Nova Road. I do not recommend anybody go there if they don't know how to treat a female or any human being

Love this place! As a senior citizen I appreciate their helpful employees. They will check engine light codes for free and install windshield wiper blades too. Aldo, I believe they'll test and, if needed, replace your battery. Great selection of automotive accessories!

The S. Nova Rd. Daytona Beach is a great stoe .I hve been dealing with them since they opened the location.Greg is whom I always deal with.He is the best parts man in town.

They are so friendly and champ also helping with deaf people community they can communicate American Sign Language they I need parts for my car ! Parts so amazing and good products god is so good and bless thank you

I didn't like this place cause I had bought a battery from here and I had to exchange it for another one cause the one I got wasn't working and when I went to try to return it they would not let me even with my receipt witch they took from me. The worker there told me to bring it back for a refund and I did he's the same one I exchanged my battery with than the next night they closed the store 20 mins early than they were supposed to and I had to come back the next day when I could get a ride and they told me no they wouldn't take it back after I was told they would. These people here are rude and not friendly at all. You might like this place but I don't I give this place a definite thumbs down worst experience of my life won't never shop at this one ever again the Holly Hill one is better choose that one over this one any day.

The day and evening staff that work at O'Reilly Auto Parts on Nova Road in Daytona Beach are very pleasant very helpful semi knowledgeable of the parts that you need if you have questions or willing to answer or try to help you find the right stuff for your job in my experience they are very helpful and thoughtful in what they try to do good customer service

Very expensive for auto parts when you want to save money. I have found purchasing parts online much more budget friendly. Staff was eager and helpful amd parts were in stock.... however they wanted twice as much for a brake kit for my 2012 Kia Optima as an online store that offered next day delivery.
