Called for a last minute tire change. Motostop was quick to say yes bring it in and they will get it done. Would recommend for anyone to go for work there. Thank you for the service.

Bad experience. Paid for dyno tune. Chuck unable to provide copy of dyno pulls at tuning. Asked about intermittent poor performance and backfires. He cited need for new clutch. 29K Harley Davidson touring. Never had issues until Chuck "tuned" my bike. Now he claims that my phone calls keeps him from doing his job. Paid cash. Another red flag as no longer accepts any other forms of payment by cash or (Zelle - same as cash). Change to new point of sale seems to be just another excuse. First work completed about three months ago was to swap my stereo head unit. Swap was no good. Turned out that the audio plugs were bad. I brought back and provided new plugs. Had all sorts of excuses at the time but finally did get the plugs replaced. I wouldn't recommend Chuck or his shop if they were the last bike shop in town. Buyer beware!

Great place to get your bike serviced. Got a really good first impression from these guys. Very friendly and knowledgeable plus services are decently price. If your bike needs repairs definitely bring it here. :)

Had my rear wheel off my bike for 3 days at another shop and kept being told "It will be done by the end of the day today". Brought my wheel from that shop frustrated as heck. With in 10 minutes of giving them my wheel with the new tire they had it swapped and ready. Awesome service, also they have a cool shop dog named buddy which is super friendly!

I was on the road and in desperate need of a rear tire. Chuck jumped right on it and saved the trip when no one else could. Great service at an great price. Very friendly people who made us feel right at home. This will be my go-to bike service center whenever I'm in Daytona.

Best motorcycle shop in the country.Super friendly honest and great recommendations. I tell them what I want to do with my bike and they have helped me getting it perfect. Their fair priced and awesome to watch at the stunt spot.If you re not sure what part is the best option or need help with something they will take care of it

Was sold a bike that was checked by them and said nothing was wrong, however a couple hours later there seemed to be multiple problems. They made a 500$ profit off of my sale that was done with someone they knew. The refused to make it right. Heard no but problems from this shop and I m surprised their not shut down. Don t waste your money supporting greedy money hungry crooks. Overpriced and always having to bring bikes back due to more issues.

Chuck and everyone here are very knowledgeable and will get you going in a hurry. They work on everything from Harleys to street bikes and all brands in between. I was lucky to find them last year shortly after buying my bike and I've been going ever since, everyone is down to earth and they treat you like family. Excellent people, excellent service and great pricing, I trust them with my baby, you can too!

This shop truly the best one in Flordia hands down! Chuck & Christine both have helped me out in so many ways that another shop could not! Definitely the best family owned business in FL! I will recommend them to everybody who has a bike and any type!!

The owner and his wife are great people. Used to let his wife ride my bike all the time, that's the level of trust i have. Literally took him a minute to diagnose and fix my Gixxer. After that, took it to them all the time. Very hardworking family and recommend them over all shops.

This is the only place I bring my bike to get worked on. If I can't do it myself it goes here. Chuck is very honest and up front. Never had any problems with work they performed, wish I could say the same for my work on the bike. They are a great group of people and regularly organize and participate in local motorcycle events. I'll end how I started. Moto Stop is the only place that touches my bike besides myself.

Outstanding crew! My friend and I were in the area from Michigan, with our GSX-Rs, and needed some work done on our bikes. Everyone at Moto Stop was very helpful, polite, and service was prompt. Might I add, very reasonably priced, and without sacrificing quality. A++ for customer service!

My husband and I were trying to get a scooter tire swapped from one rim to another. We went there and they were able to help us out quickly and their prices were much better than other places that we had checked. They are very friendly and helpful and i would gladly recommend them to people that are in the market for repairs for their scooter or motorcycle.

It was great experience from the word go. The staff makes you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door and not an idiot off the street that they are going to score a sale on. They brought life to a bike that had sat for 10 years and didnt knock my teeth out to do it. It only took them a couple days and now it runs like brand new. Thank You for making a dream come true guys. You have a life long customer and anyone I can bring with me.

Great service. I only have a scooter and they treated me with respect and integrity. Repairs were professional. Communication was thorough. No fee surprises. whatever your bike these are the guys and gals you want.

So this is long long overdue. Motostop Daytona is the absolute best group of individuals I have ever met. Chuck and Christine take care of people as if they are family. There prices are reasonable, and to top it off they care about everyone. The only part that sucks and it s not there fault is they are about 40 minutes from me.. I love these guys and always make sure to stop and see them when I come into Daytona..

The owner, Chuck, and his wife Christine are always friendly and helpful. I was having issues with my motorcycle which they promptly helped me to diagnose and got me the parts I needed. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

Great, veteran-owned, local business. I needed some routine maintenance for my HD while in the area and they got me in same-day and did it while I waited. I'm already planning to have them do some powder-coating and other mods when I'm back in town.

I purposefully waited a few days before I wrote my review of MOTO STOP in order to accurately assess this shop and the guy who worked with me "Chuck". The reason for the "cool down period" was because this was one of the most stressful times of my life and I had to separate emotion from reason when making my assessment. The truth is, after speaking with others who have gone through the same problems with their bikes, especially those that have gone to some other places to get their bikes fixed, I found that my experience was normal and even on the less stressful side of the coin because of this particular shop. One thing that separates this shop and their staff from others was the preparation they put in for all of the problems on my bike 2009 RAVEN R6 "IF ANY" that came up at the end. They always had a plan B and kept me posted just in case we should go a different route. I must say, they had this thing in LOCKED from every angle. This could have been a much more stressful experience but they separated themselves from the rest right away. My mechanic "Chuck" had excellent customer service skills and practically called me daily to update me on my bike and the things I needed to know about the work he was doing. He was available 24/7 during the week to answer any questions and I tested those hours frequently just to make sure he was on the ball. My mechanic "Chuck" never got impatient with me and babied me through the process, despite my lack of understanding most of the time. When I couldn't get him on the phone immediately, one of his staff members or even his wife always stepped up and fielded the call to assist me. My mechanic worked incessantly to make sure he met his deadline to avoid any storage charges. (Not saying ,he will not charge you guys for storage.lol..) I wanted to review this shop honestly and fairly and not base my assessment on the level of stress during my bike's outta commission time. The truth is, It is supposed to be stressful to an extent. Bottom line----If you want a MOTORCYCLE SHOP that will go to war for you in order to help you get your bike back on the road and that knows how to treat you like an individual and not a prospective pay check, plus reasonable prices, this is the shop for you. Went to moto stop after I got my zx6r felt good vibes and have had work on my bike done there chuck and Christine have been A-1 on their knowledge and service. I highly recommend getting services done here. It will be the only place I take my bike.

Really dont ever do business with this company . Husband chuck is very disrespectful screaming at customers cause we paid1500.00 to get our bike fixed 100% and was having problems with starting the bike . And he admitted that he knew the part was bad and never fixed it . And just found out that all the work that we asked to be done they only did 50% of the work but charged us almost 1500.00 .
