I had found Midtown Motorcycle and Scooter almost by accident, as I had been trying to find a cycle shop to fix my Yamaha scooter. Not knowing what to expect when entering the shop, I was pleasantly surprised to meet Dave the owner and Austin, his associate. I explain my situation with my scooter and both of them explain how they could help me. It was so organized and I made my appt. Immediately. I brought the scooter in the following Wednesday and was called on Thursday by Dave, who explained what they had found and what there plan of action would take to repair the scooter, they also explain what items needed to be replaced and a breakdown of parts and labor. It was done so well and Dave was a true professional during the whole process. I was told that the scooter would most likely be ready for pick up on following Tuesday, to my surprise, I was called today Friday March 22 and told my bike was ready. I just want to say, how great it was to do business with these folks. Thank you Dave and Austin and the entire crew. You are the best.

Awesome establishment! Go out of their way to help you, and give the best customer service possible! Know you by name, and help in every possible way! Will definitely be making all of my motor bike purchases with these guys! Thanks again for the help with the mirror bird incident! Yall rock!!!!!

Tom and the Team went above and beyond to take care of my autistic son s Yamaha so we can go for rides together and he can get a new form of sensory input. Thank-you for accommodating me and making everything so easy. I ll be back in the future and everyone should choose this local company to do business with!

Bough a scooter here couple of months ago. And recently have a service and fix. Very Nice service. Absolutely love this place. Really great people. Hard to find. Highly recommended to anyone who want to buy gasoline scooter , Motorcycle or battery bike , battery scooter .I love this place.

I bought my scooter there about 4 and a half years ago and I'm still very happy with it! It's still going strong! I loved when Tom and David were helping me decide on the best scooter for me because there were too many great choices for great prices. I didn't know anything about scooters, so their knowledge about it and taking their time to help me had me feeling grateful . I got a red Boomer scooter and it's so easy to ride too! It's still going strong I highly recommend!!

This is a great establishment with a big selection. Wonderful service, especially from Tom Phelps. He helped my husband and I find the perfect pair of scooters for us. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We love our new toys! I will be sending all my friends to see Midtown. Thanks Tom!!

Drove over an hour to get there. I wasn't disappointed with the great guys and service, from Midtown Motorcycles and Scooters. I bought a new 200cc scooter, and can't wait to get it to my house!

Great Dealership! Extraordinary customer service and motorbike service! Most of the bikes get 85 to 100 miles per gallon. They also have a Ton of Ebikes and Escooters. On and Off Road 'Toys'.

Had a great experience here getting work done on my son's go kart. Don was the technician that worked on it. He paid great attention to detail. And was proficient enough at his job that he got the job done for a fraction of what I expected and the work done was outstanding! I definitely do more business with midtown and mechanic Don.

I recently bought a scooter from Midtown and I absolutely love it! Austin is an amazing sales guy. He helped me out a lot in my choice and getting approved for a loan! I went back today with some questions and was helped by Tom, the service director. I left with all my questions and concerns fully addressed! They have a wonderful and knowledgeable group of people working there and they have great scooters and motorcycles for really great prices!

Most friendly service you can expect or receive. Went with my drained scooter battery and they checked it and was able to charge it without me having to replace it. It was nice that they didn t just have me replace it. They definitely are trustworthy and deserve all the business when it comes to small motorcycles and scooters!

I am very pleased and happy with this shop. Except them, especially Mr. Austin who is very kind, helpful, professional, nobody in the city, and I mean from friends, neighbors to absolutely any tire service or motorcycle or scooter service wouldn't or couldn't repair the flats to my little GoTrax scooter. I tried myself it is tedious. They always help, fast and cheap and good quality. They try go the extra mile and they explain by and large everything. I fully recommend you this shop!

Great staff and superb service! I had a 150cc scooter but needed something faster for my 26 mile commute to work on highways with posted speeds up to 55 mph. They talked to me about all the different options they had available that would work for my smaller 5'4" frame. I ended up picking the 250cc Falcon automatic transmission motorcycle. They gave me a fair trade in value on the scooter and a super price on the brand new motorcycle. I am very comfortable both reaching the handle bars and getting my feet on the ground when I stop. When I took it home they said come back if I had any questions or concerns, and boy have I been back. I am a new rider so I have gone back and asked about noises, smells, and how things feel. I have gone back and got help with adjusting my mirrors and to get my oil changed. I even went back and asked about how to clean the bike. It never matters which staff helps me, they always smile and answer my questions, never making me feel silly for asking. I have put about 800 miles on the bike with no problems. I keep up with traffic on my commute with ease. The bike has great power and very easy to handle. I just twist and go, no changing gears. I love leaning into the corners on this bike and breaking is very smooth. I highly recommend Midtown Motorcycles for the staff and service. I recommend the Falcon 250cc motorcycle for anyone looking for something fun and easy to ride.

Can't say that the young man I delt with had any clue how to please the customer and close on cash sales... better luck next time. Always remember, there are like 10 other scooter shops in town

Highly recommend Midtown! Tom was amazing and had so much knowledge with any questions we had for my son about a dirtbike and what would be the perfect starter bike for him! Will definitely be back soon for a purchase!

Super sick place and super sick dudes! They will work with you and help you out with whatever you need. Shout out to Tom for helping me out a bunch and smacking this sick exhaust on there for me. For sure would recommend this place first in Daytona!

Couldn't have been treated better. Bought plenty of vehicles before but never had an experience like midtown! Worked with me to get me on a scooter same day. Showed me everything i needed, Austin is a genuine asset to his company. He went above and beyond to make my day. Don't hesitate come on in! my thanks to Austin again.

Koolaid was a killer Mechanic and just a hella of a good guy. He did an exceptional job getting my bike up and running Better than it ever had before. He also answered all the questions I had a lot the way. Couldn t recommend him more!

Midtown Motors is the best place to get a scooter, hands down. The staff are extremely helpful and considerate. Above and beyond even... Despite my previous anger from my own issue, I'm glad I made the decision I did. Currently I own a 250cc Falcon and it passed 2k miles while riding strong.

Their maintenance service is good. However, the old salesman is not a pleasant person to talk to. I tried to get a quote to sell my scooter, and he mostly tried to talk to my fianc� instead. The old man pretty much laughed at the price that I was hoping to sell, and his attitude throughout the entire conversation was very condescending. They lost any future business with me, and I would reconsider using them except for maintenance service if I were you.
