My oil filter fell off after getting my oil changed there.the manager told me he wouldn't pay my towing bill because I didn't call him first when I broke down on 95. I didn't know what happened until the next day at my mechanics shop.so he basically admitted guilt by saying that.

They will damage your car! All my oil leaked out from a bad oil filter install! BEWARE!Edit :Dear LPGA Auto,I find your inability to take responsibility for the damage inflicted on my 2014 Dodge Caravan during service to be utterly disheartening and unacceptable. The issue at hand is simple: your technicians overtightened the plastic oil filter housing and cracked it. Now, I'm left with a constant leak, and you're trying to sell me a fix for an astronomical price of $850.Your attempt to deny this incident and neglect the damage caused is a clear indicator of your lack of integrity. If there were a pre-existing issue, it would've been your duty to notify me during the initial service, not conveniently after when a leak mysteriously appeared post-service.It seems to me that gouging customers for extra money is higher on your priority list than providing decent and honest service. It's pathetic that instead of owning up to your mistake, you're hiding behind improbable denials. This shows a complete disregard for the customer experience, not to mention business ethics.The sheer audacity to deny something that happened under your watchful eyes and then propose a solution that will, ironically, line your own pockets further is appalling. I expected better from a professional auto service. I hope your future customers don't have to endure the same farcical treatment. Your company's reputation is on the line here. But judging by your response, I suppose that's a concern you're comfortable ignoring.Service: Oil change

Great people, great service. Stopped by without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to do that and put new brake pads on in less than an hour. Great pricing.

I Only buy my cars here and if anyone asks I reccomend them. They are like family and they dont sell a car that could possibly have problems. This is the most honest and trustworthy auto sales, oil changes and mechanical repairs.

Great service, old school guy been around 25 years he did great. Very nice and quick. First time we went here and we will be back. Even plugged a hole in my tire for free. Choose a local shop if you can! Service is just better.

Never take your car for an oil change they broke my oil filter and housing and won't own up to it so I have to replace it and they get away from it. Stay far away from the they don't own up to their mistakes.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great shop. They even offer affordable used cars. I've had good experiences with the guys over at LPGA auto. They sold me a nice Chrysler 300.

I bought a vehicle from Nick who told me the vehicle I purchased was good and had no issues to find out it had several issues, even after I told him it was pertinent the car was good so I could finish my schooling. Within two months of having the vehicle the cylinder gaskets snapped, cylinders were bad, radiator hose snapped and I ended up with a blown head gasket. His shop would not look at my vehicle and turned me away. Now I am out of $4000, I will never return there again.

Very friendly and personable, I have been return customer for years, they even squeezed me in as they were closing to make sure my cars oil was fresh and ready for my trip to Wisconsin!!! I highly recommend

There is NO BETTER PLACE on this side of the Missisippi and the other to get your oil changed and /or get a lube job. Once you leave there, you'll understand why I didn't elaborate on this review. IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER, PERIOD.

If your family's safety means anything to you. Do not buy cars from here or have them repair or even give an oil change. These guys are NOT mechanics. They just totaled my family car over one repair. Gave it back in pieces and with no brakes. Went in with brand new brakes front and back. They even said "wow look you have brand new brakes lines and brakes". After brake went all the eay to the floor and couldn't stop.

If I can give a no star I would! Had my husbands car there for an oil change well they used the wrong oil and filter! Had to have all the lifters replaced due to their negligent! So beware if you bring your automobile there!!!
