Since my terrible experiences have been with the service department and the service department only I am moving my review here.I was horrified to learn that scheduling an appointment is basically to fill out paperwork and not for services. I think that should be explained in a disclaimer or something on your website. I dropped my car off at 8 am and I call at 12:30 to check the status and was told that priority was given to people who waited on site. Had I known that I would picked a different time to come there or taken the day off. Even after that my car was not ready until 1:51. Had I not called there s no telling when I would ve gotten my car and I had to pick up my son.Also this is not the first time I have had a negative experience with the service department. I bought my previous car here for work previously and I had to keep calling the Service Advisor for updates which was us playing phone tag for hours.

I could not believe that they wanted 400+ dollars to repair a visor. They did not get my business. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The place was clean.

Service techs are quick to dismiss issues that require a deeper dive. Advisors are great and very patient, but the techs seriously need to listen to the customers and try to find the issues with more than 5 minutes of effort. I drive my children around in a 2021 truck that has a suspected suspension issue that they spend 5 minutes looking for...I feel very unsafe relying on the techs since this is not the first time I've brought it in for the same issue and certainly won't be the last. I was clear on the conditions that make the noise and they don't bother actually doing it to reproduce it. This was proven when the tech showed me where he drove the truck and I was able to drive him around instead, with the exact instructions that were provided, and he was able to clearly hear what I was talking about. But, after 5 minutes of poking around he sent me home again with the statement that they are going to need absolutely everything out of the truck and will need it for a few days to try to find the issue....but I will have no vehicle in the meantime. You have to be kidding me.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair, Oil change

Service is terrible, had a 4 wheel alignment on a 17 impala and my tires were getting eaten up from the inside, went to tire outlet and got an alignment print out and WOW it was off by a mile .That s the 1st. The second is I have a 19 Silverado it had a recall for a shudder, took it John hall and this guy named MATT said nothing was wrong .. Really Dude went to New Smyrna Chevy and with no problem at all it was fixed.. avoid this dealership service has gone down Service: Wheel alignment

The John Hall Service Department is fantastic.I have driven Chevys for many years. My last 3 cars have come from the John Hall Dealership.They are great, also. The John Hall Service Department has been maintaining my cars for years. The staff there are professional, efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable . The waiting area is clean and always has fresh coffee.The wait times have always been reasonable, no matter what service I am getting done to my car. I would recommend The John Hall Service Service Department, Highly! Five Stars For Sure!!

Audrey, my service advisor, kept me up to date throughout the entire process. My vehicle was finished being repaired in a timely manner. All of the staff were very helpful and made me feel like I was an actual person and not just a number.

My service rep, Dom was amazing and called to update me regularly. No courtesy vehicles kind of left me in a rough spot as my car was my only means of transportation and I was without it for 6 weeks due to parts on back order. The exit from the service center is over crowded and my car was almost backed into by a service truck before I even got it back. Prices are to be as expected from a dealer.

They advertise GM sticker price but get their the have another sticker beside the GM window sticker bumping it up another $4,000 and will not honor GM employee discount. Felt like high pressure sales you been made aware of what to expect. They lied to us and said GM stopped the employee discount then admitted it s them that refuse to allow when wife confronted both salesman and manager. We left of course. No reason to pay 8 to 10 thousand more to the dealership when GM sales for what s on the sticker and gives discounts.

I brought in a customers car to have a computer reprogrammed and setup an appointment with Gary the Service writer. I was allowed to install the new bought from Chevrolet Fuel Pump Control Module on vehicle in the the Chevrolet Service parking lot. While trying to button up the vehicle the service writer came out and stated that whatever I was doing was causing the computer to not communicate with vehicle. So I stoped walked in and waited and asked Gary if they were able to communicate with the Fuel Pump control module at that point he stated yes. Then after 30 minutes went by he stated they weren t able to program the new module because there was no communication. I asked if I could check a few things out and he stated that insurance wouldn t allow it, after letting me in to install the module so they could attempt to program. I asked if they would diagnose it for the customer-my customer and he was glad to do so. So I asked if my customer was going to be charged for the service that wasn t completed and he stated yes and back tracked over his words explaining that he never told me that the technician was able to connect to the module. He lied directly to my face. I m an ASE certified master tech with 20 years experience and I was able to know that there was no communication with the module in 2 min tops. Also they never hooked up a battery charger to make sure the vehicle didn t lose power during programming. The service writer wanted to charge my customer for a service they didnt provide. Never will I take a customers vehicle to this dealership!!!

Second review today. Got loaner car and someone s shoes are in the back. Very rude again. Totally dismissed me. And had to call multiple times to get someone. Never coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

4 hours to check A.C. and do a front alignment and they didn't even get to the alignment. Daughter got sick at school and had to leave. So 4 hours to check a A.C. is this was a brand new truck with 300 miles on it.Only good thing about service department is Joyce.

I purchased my Colorado from them about 2 years ago but used the service department for the first time. I was very impressed with the service I recieved compared to the dealer that was previously doing my service. Highly recommend!

worse customer service from a Chevrolet dealership I have ever had. Told me steering gear was bad and would be $2,023 to fix. When I got truck back nothing wrong with truck. Started reading recalls and this is a known problem with the Colorado and only 2015 has been recalled

Today we went there for an oil change it was like in record time and we had also had a problem with the gas cap and they explained it all to us and I rate them five stars but then again I'm a Chevy guy I don't buy nothing but Chevys so very very good people polite even the customers were polite I thought we had to find her in Daytona polite people but very good five stars especially the parts Guy Tom and we had a 2006 trailblazer worked on for the oil change and it was like you know record wrecked time by the time we got out for the gas cap it was done with the car wash and look in the Penny saver or the thing and they'll give you a 1499 oil change up to six quarts and a free car wash exterior only great place reasonable I will continue to go there but I buy my new car

Too exspensive,108..oo$for diagnostic to be told its a thermostat,heTer fix it they wanted835.oo$ there flicking nuts,oil change would be 3 hrs...I left,we will never go to John hall agaim,again, damn good cuztomers

Service rep didn't even ask me what I was having an issue with....just jumped in and started with I was going to have to leave my vehicle for at least days. Glad it wasn't a dyer emergency.

I had to go there for the parts department and had no issues with them seem like they were great and knew what they were doing definitely will be there again
