My C8 went to these guys because I trusted them as they said they were the only certified corvette repair center around. What was once a small amount of fixable damage turned into a nightmare situation. I purchased this car for over MSRP from John Hall at the time they wouldn t even open the car until I signed the paperwork. With a whopping 4000 miles it was hit from behind.After 9 months and multiple failed attempts to even put a basic paint job on the rear bumper the vehicle was removed to a different dealership to get it right.While it was there it was left completely uncovered allowing the entire engine bay to rust and oxidize, the entire interior was scuffed or damaged due to lack of care. There were body panels missing or not painted at all. We located multiple panels that were loose or damaged. There were oak leave stains all over the exterior from being parked under trees unprotected. Needless to say this once mint garage kept vehicle looked mimicked a used car lot junker.We gave John Hall the opportunity to make it right for months on end. After 9 months and the vehicle steadily deteriorating with thousands of dollars worth of damage later do your research before bringing your vehicle here.

Unfortunately, I was in 2 minor fender benders this past year on a newer vehicle that I wanted to keep in perfect condition... FORTUNATELY I FOUND JON HALL!! Brad and his team were amazing.. good customer service is usually a struggle to find in Florida but they are great. Not only did the fix my vehicle perfectly both times but they returned it to me cleaner than I dropped it off inside and out! I trust them completely and know I got the best repairs, best customer service, and best price.

John Hall Body Shop is a great place to go. I took my new car there when it got two dents on the hood from a golf ball and Brad and his team took great care of my car, I was very pleased with the work and will return there if need be in the future .

About a month ago, was rear ended in my rare Volvo. Jon Hall got me all fixed up through other driver's insurance and did a spectacular job. Pretty happy with the repair. Great shop if you're working through Allstate and the workmanship is lifetime guarantee!

My Classic 1999 230SLK Mercedes Convertible with only 90,515 Miles (*indicated on Jon Hall Service Report & Adjuster) was dropped off for rear damage caused by a Truck. Kati assured me parts ordered by Mercedes in advance for a 3 day repair. Jon Hall not only kept my car for a month. My vehicle came back unacceptable. Excessive mileage put on my car over 9 k miles (Now; 100,317) My interior light left on drained my battery that had to replace. Driver side damagedtaillight not working Excessive tape & bird debris & poor paint job On my newly painted car Kati blocked all my emails & phone calls to address. Also witness with me saw her decline to fix during pickup late July. . My beautiful car now is not in condition to sell as planned at the Daytona Turkey Rod Run. Top notch body shop that made me feel special. Not only do they do good work, but they also cleaned my interior and removed the tree sap from other areas of my car that they weren't even working on. I trusted Jon Hall, as I own a Chevy Colorado, after my truck was backed into. Huge mistake!! Although my service advisor, Brad, was great....the body team was NOT. I gave them 4 opportunities to correct the same issue with my paint. Its still currently not right. I am pursuing legal action at this point. I dont know what else to do!!!

The staff here were all super friendly and helpful. I just moved to the area recently so I had no idea where to go, but luckily, I found Jon Hall. The staff worked with me to complete the job when I had time to bring it over and it helped my situation a lot. They answered all of my questions and returned all of my calls. Service was done in the time expected, my bumper looks better than before, and I would absolutely use them again! Definitely satisfied.

The staff at this business treats you so kindly. We had my totaled vehicle taken there and they were kind, sympathetic and helpful at a time I was a was a wreck. They helped sort everything out. Great service.

Moved down here from upstate New York. Had some work done to my car by Gerber Collision in Oneonta, New York. Once I got here most of Gerber s work fell apart or was falling apart!!! Very poor workmanship.My New York insurance company told me the work was done and that was it!Went to Hall s body shop and worked with Patrick who spoke with the insurance company. He explained the damages to them and they agreed to pay.I feel Patrick went out of his way to ensure I got what I needed. So very nice to see a company that puts such focus on customer service. Great place for service!!!As for Gerber, you would do well to stay away from them and the poor work they do.

Great staff great place , only issue was they did not want to fix dings in my car because they were scared they could not match paint , red paint, and would be a 2 toned car after and did not feel they had the expertise , So they were unable to fix my car but other than not being able to fix me car it was a great place

Had to call them couple times to get them started on fixing my car. They provided the basic services. I was expecting them to cleanup my car a little bit, but It didn't happen. I wouldn't recommend this place to fix your car.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I would like to think Patty and all of the people that were involved in getting my Chevy Malibu back on the road they did an excellent job on the repair and they also clean my car inside and out and on behalf of Jon Hall Chevrolet I would highly recommend people to have their vehicles repaired here

I called and tried to see if I could come in and get an estimate on repairs, whoever answered the phone was VERY rude and I literally turned my car around and did not waste mine time going due to the phone call. I just wanted a simple estimate on how much it would be!
