Either they employ a bunch of thieves or they allow vehicles in their possession to be broken into and have things stolen out of. Not to mention the damage they caused while working on vehicles. I'll post some before and after pictures of the vehicle that was taken up there. It wasn't clean to begin with but it wasn't destroyed and torn apart when it was dropped off. $4000 worth of stolen items and damages acquired while it was in their possession. The first two pictures were taken before it was dropped off and the following three were from after it was dropped off. I don't know if they are supporting a drug habit or they're just a bunch of thieves but the truck had inevitably be scrapped. please think twice before going here.

The diagnosis was rapid and our vehicle's problem solved efficiently.Polite and courteous staff.Very clean waiting area.Thank you to Tina who helped me to schedule the appointment with patience and professionalism.Thank you to Paul who helped us through the entire process during the appointment and kept us updated with the mechanic's findings.And Thanks to the mechanic who performed the job to return our AC to cooling once again.

Reilly Auto Repair is hands-down, the only shop I ll bring my 350z for repair and tuneups. I recently had my AC and wheel bearings replaced, as well as both window regulators. Paul is always professional and courteous. The shop is top-notch and the mechanics are the best around. If you re looking for a family owned shop with professional certified auto mechanics, this is where you need to go. You won t be disappointed! They specialize in corvettes and classic cars, but can fix anything with a motor and wheels.

Went to get my A/C replaced and they cracked my dash while one of the vents knobs pushes back into itself. One of the driver side vents barely blows anything out and the vents on the dash are falling in. Would never recommend them.

Ice cold Air treated me extremely well and gave me the best service. It would have cost me double what they charged to have my air conditioner fixed at the dealership. They told me to come back in a week to have them check it over. I had a couple if minor problems with electrical items in my dash and they were quick to check them out and get them taken care of. They double checked the freon levels, which I knew were okay because my a.c. was blowing colder than ever. They give you a one year guarantee on their work. I highly recommend. It is great to go somewhere that still offers such great customer service.

On May 31st,2022 I took my disabled daughters Dodge Van in for repair on her AC not working. It was explained that the blower n free- on needed to be replaced . Estimate was close to $600...I agreed to charges n things went great for 2 weeks/ NO AIR !!!Paul will make it right.TOOK IT BACK N TINA TOTALLY REFUESED TO REFUND MY MONEY.i tried to get in touch with Paul, but he wasn't answering the phone, obviously caller ID gave them a heads up.If you don't want to guarantee your work , then don't accept the job and take advantage of Disabled people!!! I'm very upset ...

I came into ice cold air on 7/ 13/22 looking to get my AC fixed, I just bought the car 2 weeks before, And the guy that I brought it from said he thought it was the blower, so I passed this information on to Tina!! she informed me that there would be a 90$ diagnostic charge plus whatever else was found to be wrong in order to get my AC fixed , I agreed to these terms, under the impression that the 90$ diagnosis was the professionals job to find out the problem. They charged me 290$ , YES!! my AC was blowing, BUT it was blowing Hot air! So I took it back the next day and Nasty Tina actually tried to charge me ANOTHER!! Diagnostic fee!! I have already reported this to The BBB. And I'm not going to stop until something is done about the unprofessional and straight Scam that is being pepertraited on hard working, honest people just trying to get a honest job done Tina has the NASTIEST EVER!!

Our a/c blower motor went last week and we took our car to a local mechanic where I live in Orange City. I received a quote of 750! I went to work the next day and told my friend about the estimate and he told me to try ice cold air in Daytona beach, they told me they could do it for 299!! I was so happy. I received my car in a couple days as promised and I have cool air again! I was so impressed with their facility clean and comfortable with a 55 inch tv on wall. I will take all my car repairs there now!

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. I guess everything has gone up. The Evaluation was appreciated for $50 and they will deduct that off future work. It was a flat $111 to "top me off" and $360 to fix the issue. They told me the Freon has gone up dramatically however I I went to Walmart and did a can of Freon DIY for $7 and solved my problem. last time for 6 months. Solved my problem this time too. Out of the $360, labor was $300, I'm told. I bit pricey but in Florida you need AC!! Happy New Year!

Seriously the best shop there is. Honest, trustworthy, hard working establishment. They genuinely care about their customers, they want you safe and back on the road as fast as possible. I ll never take any of my vehicles anywhere else and you shouldn t either.

Trash! If I could give zero stars I would but then I couldn't write a review to save anyone else from showing up and getting scammed out there money. The little blonde behind the desk is RUDE and legit doesn't listen to a WORD I said. The only thing they seemed to care about is taking my money and had absolutely no will to fix the actual problem. They will claim its there "process of elimination" when I know whatever scan tool their using will tell them exactly what the issue at hand is. So my 40 dollar appointment turned to a 200 dollar appointment and if I had Half a brain they would have upped it to 700+ doing their "process of elimination" when the computer is telling them exactly what they need to do. For the love of God if you read this review, go another route. Save yourself and your wallet and stay FAR away from this scam. Oh and the fact that they didn't verbally instruct me there last"recommendation" just let's me know they are all about the swipe apposed to their services. I'd say I'm surprised but really, I see how their still in business... SMH.

They have a new owner and The shop Foreman and head mechanic, the guy that everybody in the entire shop went to for any little problem or question is gone. They used to do custom work And they used to work on 18 wheelers and RVs illers and R v's I don't think they do any of that anymore since the head guy guy is gone.

The shop was extremely honest and had good rates. I went in with a possible air conditioning refrigerant leak. They explained what I needed to have done what it costs how long it would take and the steps that we might have to take after that.My air conditioning is probably the coldest it's ever been and driving around in a black car in Florida in the middle of the summer they probably saved my life.

Great service and great rates, that explains the very full parking lot. Had our Durango AC fixed here and they beat the price after shopping around to other shops. Any bad reviews were probably placed by people that were not their customers or competitors or disgruntled employees. I have known Kevin for over 18 years and he is a very hard working business owner and his good employees have been with him for many years.

This review should prove to be most useful as it is in between a problem I'm hoping Ice Cold Auto Air will resolve. I took my 2011 Nissan in only a month and a week ago to have the broken AC diagnosed and then given a quote to fix after. They told me it was a bad compressor that needed to be replaced. I was also referred to this place by a friend of mine that is friends with the owner. It was definitely cheaper to have it replaced at Ice Cold than at the dealership, but still $700.00 bucks for a single father with one car is still a pretty hefty bill to come out of nowhere. Regardless, best price I saw in a short time of looking and they did the job the same day. I picked up my car and the AC blew just fine. Here it is a month and a week later, and for about the past week my AC has decided to come on and off as it wants until finally a few days ago, it just won't blow cold whatsoever, just hot. Keep in mind this is the car I have to transport a 16 month baby in as well as go back and forth to Orlando everyday for work. Anyhow I called and explained the problem to the Owner today on my lunch break, and let him know that I was definitely upset that I paid over $700.00 to them just a month and a week ago to fix this problem on a practically brand new car, for it just to stop working again so soon after repair. I also explained that at the time I originally brought in my car and the diagnosis was done to see what was wrong with the AC system, that if there were any other problems besides the AC Compressor then they should have stated them back then. I doubt something else went mechanically wrong with my car in that short amount of time. So his response over the phone was that he couldn't tell what was wrong until I brought it back in again which I plan on doing Saturday morning. Right now, I am still upset at what I am thinking was $700.00 wasted to have my AC working for a month, but I am a fair person as well, and I am waiting until Saturday to give them a chance to fix the problem. If you read this, you know who I am, please just take care of it and don't try to make the issue mine. It is an issue on a job that obviously wasn't fully completed in the first place. Again though, I understand the world isn't perfect and things are missed and I am giving you guys a chance to make it right. I even tipped the tech before he started working on my car the first time lol. So Saturday morning instead of waking up with my son and enjoying my day off together, I will have to have somebody watch him, while I hopefully don't have to spend too much time sitting at Ice Cold Auto Air waiting to see if I wasted my money originally or not. I will let you, the consumers of Volusia County, and the world, know how reputable my experience is with them on Saturday with making things right. I have faith so we'll see.********UPDATE****************I dropped off my vehicle on Saturday morning to have them check out the problem.Turns out it was the brand new part that was replaced that did indeed go bad only after about a monthand a week. The good news is they were very quick with waiting time when checking my car out. They didn't hassleor try to make another issue out of it. They simply said that the part was bad, we apologize, and they offered to pay fora rental car. And of course the original job was taken care of. My air works so far so good as of now.

Brought both my corvettes here and they fixed the AC on both and also brake work, fluid changes, wiring, on my old 81. I have shopped around on price and they beat my local shop near me so I drive all the way from Deltona to Daytona just to bring my cars to them. This is a very busy place and there is a reason for that - they do great work at reasonable prices.

Needed a new motor blower for my AC. Part was 125 labor was 115 quoted said they would need my truck for half a day. Called around and a friend said I could do it myself. I was like o no. I know nothing about cars. When I tell u it was 3 screws and 2 min. I was pissed they tried to rip me off. I called politely and told them the situation only to to be yelled at rudely and then hung up on. Do not go here if u don't want to be ripped off.

I've been going to Kevin for over 8 years. I trust him implicitly! He always gives me the best price on the job and works on it until the issue is completely resolved. Nick is a hard working lead mechanic.

Kevin Masters is my best frind,Just goes to show what you are dealing with there.I gave the shop a chance for repair work in a certain time frame for a half hour repair. They are the most honest and friendly mechanics. I have ever worked with. I have an old Jeep Liberty. A gold mine for dishonest mechanics. Yet the guys at Daytona IceCold gave it to me straight and saved me a bucket of money.

This place is the biggest joke in Volusia county. The manager is a jerk and incredibly rude to anyone on the phone, and the rest of the employees either lie or have no idea what they're talking about.Bottom line : Don't go unless you enjoy be punished for no reason.
