Just took my daughter's 2022 Honda in for a second opinion on a steering rack and pinion recall. Not only did we have her car back within the hour but Gary Yeoman's diagnosed a problem and ordered the part right away after we were told by Coggin Deland Honda that it wasn't bad enough for them to replace. We received superb customer service from Gary Yeoman's. We purchased our last 3 vehicles from GY's and will continue to do so. A++ Special thanks to Brandy Nichols who assisted us with the recall.

Just like any other dealer they play with the numbers and don't move on the priceGave $2000 on trade in then charged $1500 because it wasn't worth $3500 so really was $500 for trade in all just games

It was awesome; absolutely fabulous. Fantastic. The staff was very very helpful, courteous and friendly. We were stranded in St. Augustine with a dead battery we had to get replaced in the middle of the night. This morning the warning lights were coming on like crazy, so we called Honda in Daytona and they made us an appointment for this morning. We arrived and I got out talking to I believe was Garrett. My wife didn't even have to get out of the car. Garrett checked everything out on the computer very efficiently with a smile and we were on our way home with the assurance that we were taken care of by an awesome team of professionals.

My visit was in regards to a lost lugnut key. They were very professional and polite. They offered to just remove the locking lug nuts and give me free lugnuts. I ended up buying the key I needed. Very reasonable and very positive experience.

Have been here a few times recently for service (brakes, oil, battery, fluids etc). Each time has gone smoothly and very efficient! Manuela is the ABSOLUTE BEST and a jewel!! She is a phenomenal advisor, super professional, and has been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and will definitely return for future service.

I was traveling from Alabama and scraped the underside of my car on the road and the undercover almost came off.When the undercover made contact with the ground, it made a metallic noise that was unpleasant.I requested a temporary repair.My image was that it would be bent or cut off to prevent contact with the ground.In fact, they did a good job of sheet metal and bolted it down.Moreover, they offered me a service.I was happy that the store staff was kind and helpful.

Service is great! Took care of low tire pressure at no cost and not having to wait. Also showed me how to recalibrate so the warning light stopped.

My car need a jumpstart to run so I went there to check for the battery that I changed less than year ago! I have been waiting for 2 hours no body came to me the service guy his name is Ziad Adel he is not even in his office when I came to check the status of my car! He left his customer and went to lunch without even notified! Don t even ask or go to him I have been with Honda many years and never been treated like this.Services: Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

Honda always has friendly people. I went in a few days ago and 2 people asked me if I needed help after I left the CRV to get a oil change. The sitting room was quit and clean. Nice atmosphine and they have wifi for guest which is a nice touch.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had an issue when I switched out my own battery which automatically blocks the radio. The drive up services reset it in minutes and I was on my way.

H had appointment to have our 2019 Honda CRV serviced. Our tech Lisa has helped previously, always good service.While waiting for service to be completed we were approached by Jess Kinmont, brand specialist and asked if we would be interested in trading up to a 2020 CRV with only 8,000 + miles we had 40,000 on 2019.At first we weren't. But ended up with a vehicle that had much more to offer plus the difference in mileage.Made the trade.Jess was so helpful with everything.Even moved all our stuff into our new CRV.This dealership is very organized.Stop in and talk to them if you are looking to buy a new or newer Honda.Thank you Jess.Thank you Lisa.

Manuela in service is a rock start! Disappointed over all with Honda. I've had repeated problem with paint on accessories that continues to plague my vehicle. I've been told by the service department that they will no longer replace the parts or correct the problem as it continues to occur.
