I left work early to have an estimate done on my daughters car that was hit from the rear that I was sent to buy my insurance. I had a 3 o clock appointment and when I got there, the receptionist let them know immediately that I was here for my appointment it was only one other older gentleman there in front of me and they came out and helped him and I continue to sit in the lobby for the next 20 to 25 minutes and she was calling back to them to let them know that somebody needed to come help me but nobody came out. The receptionist was frustrated but nobody was cooperating with her or helping me so I left and have to find somewhere to go through my insurance company.

Terrible company! Car was returned with paint missing everywhere from a pressure washing. $11000 bill to get a car back with missing paint everywhere after 70 days!! This place is a joke!!!!

My Car was stolen by the Kia Boys on 5/9/23. I called Joe Hudson's Collision to see if they could fix my car. they were too busy an suggested I try Gerber. I called Gerber Collision on 5/11/ 23 to see if they would be able fix my car. They said they could schedule an appointment for June 12th but they couldn't take the car until that day because they were very busy. I kept in touch with them to see if they had any cancellation's or could take the car sooner but was told they had no space. On June 9th they called and told me they would have to reschedule the appointment for July 12th. When I asked why? they told me that they took repairs from other customers whose insurance companies had their cars towed there. I told them that was unacceptable to me. I called Hudson's repair and they were now able to take my car right away. Because of the Gerber's delay in informing me of the rescheduling , my car rental allotment has been used up and I have $400.00in car rental I am paying for myself. I am very upset about their treament of me as a customer. If I had known sooner I would have been able to make other arrangements for my car. I would not recommend their repair shop to anyone. This company was a breath of fresh air to deal with. The day of my accident they were kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They quickly got me towed off a very busy and dangerous road, and told me exactly what to do to have it paid for by my insurance. They informed me every step of the way as to where we were in the process and what to expect next. We had a hurricane in the middle of all this and still this company didn't skip a beat! From beginning to end every person I dealt with was helpful, kind, and professional! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will use them again in the future myself, if it is ever needed.

Highly recommend this company for your car repair needs.They handled all insurance needs, dropped my car off on a Tuesday and work completed by friday same week Chad the estimator was fabulous he kept me informed every step of the repair, pick up was fast and uncomplicated I was even able to drop off my rental from Enterprise at the repair shop. Car looks like it just came out of the dealership excellent workmanship.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Do not go anywhere else! I can t even describe how wonderful this place is and how amazing the employees are. I had a mild oops and messed up the corner bumper of my brand new car hitting a pole while parking! I brought it in right away. They were so sweet. They took my car to the back and had it out and fixed in 10 minutes! They didn t charge me either. I didn t think companies like this existed anymore.Service: General repairs & maintenance

BEWARE! Just canceled an insurance repair because they lied to me. They told me it was the policy of the insurance company that I MUST leave my vehicle in Gerbers possession while they were waiting for parts and until the repair was complete, which they made absolutely sure to get across to me could take several weeks. Representative from the insurance company says .... "That WAS A LIE!" They in no way require any shops in their network to keep the vehicle. The procedure is get estimate, take vehicle with you, bring it back to the shop AFTER they have the parts. SHADY, SHADY, way of doing business. BEWARE! Only possible reason they could take several weeks is due to the part only being available in the USA from the dealer so they were likely going to order a knock off from China, which usually takes 'several weeks' to get anything shipped from. BEWARE!

They worked very closely with me in the beginning getting estimates and scheduling dates for drop off. When pick up time came around I called to try and work pick up into my schedule. One day I called in asking for an ETA for the car and was told I'd be called back, they never called back. I'm still very happy with the service and would go back!

I recently put my car into the shop to repair damage to my rear bumper. Although the damage was repaired and I have not noticed any problems with the workmanship, the process to get it fixed is the reason for the poor review.The process in total took 1 month and 11 days. This length of time is absurd when referencing that the the repair was to only replace the rear bumper and rear body floor panel. During this time the communication from the shop was inaccurate and at times unprofessional. The estimated time of completion was adjusted at least 6 times and was extended by 5 days at the very end because of missing reflector and spare tie downs.The length of time it took to was so long that the insurance company stopped paying for the rental and the shop took up the costs for the rental. However, the shop did not followup with the rental company and so the rental company went to me demanding the rental be returned or have a line of payment be set up. When I contacted Gerber about this, the response I got was deflecting, and rude. They made excuses and promises rather than except responsibility and acknowledge they would fix the problem. At the end of the phone call the worker could only say "What do you want me to do?" and I responded call enterprise and fix the problem. They then said ok and abruptly hung up the phone. This exchange was incredibly frustrating because having your only means of transport be threatened should not happen nor should the response be so deflective of responsibility.Not everyone I was in contact with was rude and it was one particular employee who was rude and continued to give attitude rather than customer service throughout the rest of the repair time. However, the length of time, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct of the representative employee ultimately made me never want to use their service again. Could you have a better time? Maybe. However, I cannot recommend a service which could be so inconsistent.

Dropped my truck off for repairs. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Update, picked up my Tacoma today after repairs from an accident. Trucked looked great. The gentleman (I am sorry sir I forgot your name) came out and explained everything that was repaired. Could not be happier with the way it looks. If you need some bodywork repairs you can't go wrong with using Gerber Collision. Life time guaranties on repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just had my Subaru WRX in after an accident and the people here are first class. I love the constant updates and overall communication. The work was done before the expected completion date and was done perfectly. You can never tell it was in an accident. Highly recommend and thanks Gerber!

!do not book through their website!I recently booked an appointment online for an estimate. I turned up at the selected time to be told the estimator was at lunch and because i booked online it did not come through to their system. If this is a know issue why would you not check the system periodically as the lady was able to pull my details up after i told her where i booked the app.i also asked when i called the day i booked the appointment how far out the repairs were as this is important to me which i was told they couldnt give me this info until they had seen my car which is understandable. The lady when i went in today said it would be the end of Jan 2022.all in all poor customer service, poor communication and a distinct lack of car. if you are aware of a bad system and you have to check....check it!i took time out of my day driving there and now i back to starting from scratch.gerber probably do not need my business but i feel future customers need to know the above info.

Just wanted to say thanks to the guy that lets us use the building for shelter for our car during a bad hail storm on Saturday march 6th 2021. We were driving down mason when it started hailing real bad, we pulled into Gerber Collision searching for shelter as we had just bought our car and didn't want it damaged. In the middle of this storm, this guy ran out and opened up the gate for us and let us pull the car in where it was safe. Even being soaking wet, this guy was super nice and very helpful, sorry I didn't get his name, but we were the couple in the little blueish suv. I've never done any business with Gerber Collision, but just from what I seen that Saturday, I would highly recommend Gerber Collision, I guarantee they have the best customer service, thank you again, it was much appreciated.

Midway through my repair there were personnel changes at the shop, the new estimator Isaiah as well as the new manager were very helpful and very thorough. I attempted to use this facility but they demonstrated little interest in repairing my vehicle. I was referred to them by State Farm Insurance. My repeated calls were fielded by the receptionist who was helpful and friendly but no meaningful information was given to me. I finally went to another repair facility and my car was repaired. My suspicion is that the job was too small for them to work on. They should have told me they were not interested.

Don't trust these people. I transported a vehicle from one of there locations to another, and they never paid me. Every time I call to get a status on my payment, they won't let me talk to the employee that booked the order with me (Courtney). I keep having to talk to Mckayla, she gives me all kinds of excuses why Courtney can't come to the phone. At one point, she thought I was on hold, and was saying things about me that I really don't appreciate. Don't give these people your money.

My car is still being fix, to soon to know anything. So as of today , did not get my car back, first was suppose to be done on 4th, called Friday oh no it will be probably Tuesday 9\8 so now I called this morning 9\9 and won't be done till 16th, none of the work change, I'm really upset,Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I went to daytona geber since I had a poor experience previously at Toyota, my corolla was fixed correctly and pretty quick for how much work was done to it. would highly recommend
