Gary Yeomans provided fantastic service from pick up to drop off. They continually communicated when they were coming to pick up vehicle, the status of the vehicle, and letting me know when they were dropping it back off. They have gone over and above with customer service. Thank you.

Scheduled an appointment for my vehicle because the wrench light has been on. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told my service guy was a Lincoln specialist... but I have a Ford. Then I was told they could service my vehicle but may take hours to diagnose. Also, they did not have any loaner vehicles. Only offered shuttle service and drop off the vehicle when complete. I'm disappointed and hoping my brand new battery I purchased from them 2 weeks ago doesn't drain from this sensor issue.Services: Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement, Electrical, Tire rotations, Auto battery maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

If I could give zero Stars I would. Brought my truck to have them look at a problem related to turbos, physically told them the issue and everything they needed to know to find the problem, and they couldn't find any problems and that my truck was "functioning properly". Receiving my truck back still hearing bad metal noises from my trubos... A few months later now that I have found a shop worth anything. Both my turbos both getting replaced because they had play in them. Like I told to Gary Yeomans Ford the first day I brought it to them all they needed to do was open the intake manifolds...Wouldn't suggest using their service center for anything they are lazy.

Tom was great. He towed my truck for me, on a Saturday, promised to have my truck by Monday and he did. Great communication through the entire process and my truck was waiting up front when I arrived to pick it up. Tom's actions let me know that he valued my time as much as I do.

callrd 1 time couple months ago and NEVER Called back and called last week again NEVERcalled back thats not good business !

Hoy 11/7/22 fuy al centro de servicios para el segundo cambio de aceite de mi F-150 2022 y estaba bastante concurrido pero fuy atendido super r�pido y Todd Magar fue muy amable y bajo la fila muy r�pido en cambio solo le hice una pregunta a Jenifer y la actitud de ella no fue la mejor, creo que deber�an buscar un empleo que le guste,gracias Todd por tu excelente servicio
