Fields BMW of Daytona was absolutely amazing. Best customer service, and I didn t have to wait too long. Very informative and the communication was superb. I enjoyed the experience. Brandon was absolutely amazing he went over everything with me. He also made sure that if i had any questions or concerns to take care of them. Best service that I've received from a dealership in a long time. I will definitely be back.

Earlier this year I went online and ordered my dream BMW M340i. The next day I get a call from Humberto,he was helpful and provided key insight about the car. The level of knowledge and service was beyond I've seen from any dealership. Once the order went through Humberto gave me weekly update until the car arrived.The whole process was simple and straight forward! I'm very pleased and happy with my purchase and thankful with Humberto and the Field s BMW Daytona team!

Justin Ruisech was our salesperson . He was completely professional from our first phone conversation and continued to be thru the delivery of our new BMW . He followed up after delivery to check if we had any questions about our vehicle , suggested we meet with the BMW genius, so we could navigate all that our BMW has to offer. A true profession before, during and after the sale .

Just picked up my new M4 Competition at Fields BMW of Daytona. I had an excellent experience. My salesman, Brad Goldberger went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed every step of the way. Also big shout out to Halley Nelson in finance for a smooth closing of the sale and also to Patrick Rudnicky for his help getting the M4 set up! Overall I had an excellent experience. It s my second car from Fields. They do an amazing Job very fair and no hidden fees. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

I had to have my 2011 BMW Z4 serviced because of a mechanical failure with my roof. I have used the service department at Fields BMW of Daytona in the past and had confidence they would repair my problem. From the moment I walked into the service area I was greeted warmly by Service Advisor Kelly Jordan. Kelly had me sit down and took the time to listen to my concerns and offered expert advice on the necessary repairs needed and what to expect. Kelley impressed me with her knowledge, personality, and desire to make me a happy camper. The repair took longer than we expected due to parts availability. Kelley kept me informed every step of the way explaining the repair in detail and making me feel like I had a friend looking out for me. Not only did the repair process come out perfectly the service department went above and beyond by performing a thorough inspection of my Z offering preventive maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of my vehicle.I highly recommend Fields BMW of Daytona to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive services. There s a reason we purchase a BMW, not only for the driving experience but for the service experience.I had a tire blow out and my vehicle prompted me to dial BMW roadside. We immediately scheduled a tow truck to come out and tow me to Fields BMW. Paul called me to confirm he was set to receive my car and assured me that he would work on my behalf to ensure the wheel and tire coverage I had would be utilized. He communicated with me through the process. I ended up replacing all the tires at the same time and my damaged wheel was polished like new. Excellent service!

I was amazed. Out of all the dealerships that I have dealt with over my last 55 years, this one treated me like I was a king. Each individual person from the receptionist to Brandon the tech were just great. When I called in the girls were very respectful Did not make me hold and just I had a wonderful experience. I would buy another BMW from Daytona BMW and shall do so next time I purchase. Thank you Fields BMW your service is above and beyond.

Went to Fields BMW for service for the first time and couldn t be happier. Prior to this I was going to the BMW dealer in Orange Park but their customer service was awful. My service advisor ( Kelly) at Fields was awesome. She had the vehicle completed on time as promised and kept me apprised throughout the process. Highly recommend Kelly and Fields BMW for your BMW service needs.

On February 23rd I purchased my first BMW. Justin Ruisech was my Client Advisor/Sales Representative.Justin's customer service skills are impeccable. Justin was not overbearing and I did not feel like I was being harassed into a purchase.Justin made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Almost as if we didn't meet just 30 minutes prior. Whatever questions and/or concerns were happily answered. During my time with Justin, I felt it was all about me! Sale or No Sale!In the automobile business, the sales representative must be nice to their client(s) if they want a sale, but this was different.Thank You Justin for helping me with the purchase of my BMW X3.I rate you with 100 stars .I must also extend my thanks to the finance Manager Anthony Girgus. I recently had some electrical issues with my 740i and these guys got them all straightened out. Brandon kept me in the loop as progress was being made and even helped with transportation to and from the dealership. My husband and I have been a customer of Fields BMW since we moved to Florida in 2018. We live an hour away. There is another BMW dealership only 20 minutes from us but we make the hour drive because we know at Fields we get the best service with no hassle. This weekend we didn t anticipate buying a new car but with the patience and kindness of a true professional, Brad Goldberger helped us through the process. You don t need to sell me on BMW because I love the cars, but Brad was knowledgeable on all the things I don t know- like specifics on the safety of certain aspects and other wonderful tidbits he shared with us. He was kind and kept us in the loop of what he was doing the whole time! I also appreciate the knowledge of their genius Patrick who patiently showed me all the computer components in my car and how to connect my phone and apps. He was wonderful and even if I had a dumb question, he didn t make me feel that way! Once again this weekend confirmed why we go out of our way to drive up to Fields. Thank you for your kind service, as always!

Went in for my annual BMW check up today. Took me on time; video taped the mechanic's assessment, found issues - which I had expected, had the parts on hand. Left two hours later with what felt like a brand new car. Customer service was attentive, knowledgable and polite.

Don t bring your vehicle here, the cleaners steal from you. Spent $2800 during my visit, only to have $65 cash stolen. Immediately notified my service tech, who said he would look into it, but never did. Called the service manager the next day. He said they mailed a check for the missing funds. I said I don t care much about the money, but am concerned that there is an active employee who is stealing from customers. The service manager said he d look into it and get back to me, but never did, so I called back again for an update. Service Manager says there has been 3 similar issues and they reviewed the footage. He said they noticed strange behavior from one employee, but he swears to god it wasn t him . I haven t heard back from anybody in over 2 weeks, despite my regular follow up and will not be returning to this location.

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon in service again. During my interaction, he made the experience easy and went above & beyond to ensure my experience was good. I ve worked with Brandon several times in the past, and I can not say enough positive things about my experience. The rest of the staff that I had brief interactions with were also very pleasant. I was leaving Mercedes Benz after already choosing a vehicle then decided to pull into BMW Daytona, Gabriel approached me and I said I was just looking, but already decided on a Benz. He smiled and kept showing me cars, I wasn't interested in any, then he said give me one minute. Gabriel came around the corner driving the most beautiful car I'd ever seen. Within 15 minutes he knew EXACTLY what type of car would wow me. I ended up buying a 2024 and going to the top of my budget, but it was worth every penny. Gabriel worked with me over a few more days and did what it took to make me comfortable with my purchase and have all the paperwork ready for me upon arrival. Awesome experience and I'm thrilled to be a BMW owner. Gabriel went above and beyond.

Keith at Fields BMW Daytona is a fine example of a customer service representative.Very patient and attentive to a customer s needs, questions, and concerns.The status and progress of your vehicle is reported to the customer almost what seems like instantaneously.Service is suggested and never do you feel pressured.I ve always dreaded having to go to a dealership.Keith has definitely alleviated that dread.Thanks again Keith

Fields BMW of Daytona was great! They provided a thorough inspection video identifying what areas of my vehicle needed attention. The video itself provided reassurance on what was recommended to be fixed. They too answered additional questions including contacting me prior to any work being done. My car is back and running wonderfully! Thank you Michael, Kelly, and the mechanic who worked on my car (sorry I forgot your name) all in service!!

I brought my car to the Fields BMW in Daytona to have the vehicle software updated. I was given an estimate for the price and time required. As the work proceeded, unexpected issues came up and the job required many more hours than expected. The dealership rented me a car and honored their initial estimate despite the extra work they put in. I was very delighted by this decision and because of their display of integrity, I plan to buy a car from the dealership in the near future.

He was awesome. My first time BMW in Florida. He helped me over phone when car had dead battery after I got it charged prior to coming in. Very professional. I m from Maryland. It was a really nice dealership. I won t say I enjoyed the bill. But they did give me a courtesy shuttle to outlet mall so I could do something while waiting. I d say a really great dealership.

Excellent service from Brandon.Brandon got me in the next day when I called late the prior day about needing 4 new tires and gave me excellent safety instructions regarding driving with bad tires. I am grateful 4 my 4 replacement tires and alignment along with assessment of car that was done on my 2008 BMW 321i coupe sport/performance model.
