Outstanding 5 Stars......and an act of Kindness from the owner today. A quick story...I am a return customer and I live in NSB, I was referred to a Mercedes Mechanic dealer in Edgewater because it was closer so I did a scheduled stop in since it was closer and a referral. I went to ask the owner the same thing I asked Elite's owner today and their response was we need at least two days and had zero solutions on the spot for me. I could smell the bull#@%& and I was disappointed in the knowledge of the man considering they specialize in Mercedes. I left and drove to Elite and pulled up unannounced to ask if the owner could help me figure it out. I explained the same scenario and within 5 minutes he figured it out and got it working and I was shocked and amazed at the willingness to try to fix for me. I was so happy and was willing to pay but he said no worries you are good!!! Wow..now that is trust and kindness all wrapped into the integrity of this company and lead by a high value owner with a wealth of knowledge about Mercedes Benz. I will never go anywhere again and I will recommend to all that own a Mercedes in NSB. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness.

As a woman there are always concerns on whether you are being taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs. It has happened to me many times. I have finally found a trust worthy mechanic to work on my Mercedes. The owner "Ferd", with his son also a mechanic and his other long term mechanic are trust worthy and do not gouge you in pricing. It gives me pleasure to recommend such a trust worthy and fair mechanic to all of my friends. My car drives beautifully! Originally took my ML350 to the Dealership and was quoted nearly 8000$ for the repairs on my transfer case, new shocks and a tune up , Took it to Elite and Ferd took on the job at a quarter of the overall cost , ordered the parts had them shipped and ready to install in a couple days and kept us informed the entire time, , they provide a service that cannot be beat , and they have absolutely earned all of their 5 star reviews, this is a great mechanic who goes above and beyond and has gained another loyal customer with me . Thank you ! Support local family owned businesses and if you own a Mercedes , don t bother with dealership nonsense .Service: Transmission replacement

The best place to go for maintenance on your Mercedes Benz. Very capable and professional service by Ferd and Robert that provides the highest quality service I have ever seen. Today my annual appointment included AC recharge and oil change. They never sell you anything you don t need. I will never take my car anywhere else.

As a Racing Porsche Mechanic for years, you learn to appreciate good craftsmanship and professionalism. Ferd is a the kind of person that will go the extra mile for you, he is from the old school of Knowledge, you become the best you can in something you love and stick with it, become an expert, and they will come to you.Every time I bring my Mercedes to his shop, they exceed my expectations, and if that s not enough, his prices are very reasonable.I recommend Elite to everyone I know with a Mercedes.

Elite auto is one of those businesses that you just don t find anymore. They were professional,knowledgeable and extremely nice. They went the extra mile in everything they did and were very affordable. Thank you Robert for doing a great job with my car and thank you ferd for the wisdom and being so great. Quality, Quality when it comes to this repair shop, service and professionalism. I can remember having a conversation with the owner, a very caring, and personable person. Same people today, as yesterday(10yrs+ago). Same great mechanic and now the son, has become a young man, displaying those same qualities, as the saying goes apples don t fall to far from the tree . Feeling Blessed by having Ferd, Justus and Robert taking such good care of my 2008 C300 Sport! I am a single, female senior citizen who was leery of taking my car to a repair shop due to leaking antifreeze. I knew the MB dealership would be too expensive for my budget and was super relieved after talking with Ferd, the owner of Elite Services.When I first brought the car to him 2 weeks ago, the trunk wouldn t open; both rear taillights, a license plate light and both front parking lights were burned out in addition to the antifreeze leak :(. Justus determined that it was the trunk release motor (a $210 part) that was the problem, disconnected it and now I can open my trunk with the key :) He and Robert replaced all the burned out lights, tested the radiator to determine there was a slight crack in it, filled my antifreeze and windshield washer fluid, and then diagnosed and cleared my check engine light - ALL OF THAT for a very nominal fee (less than the cost of the radiator diagnosis alone charged by other mechanics!!!!!)Today I returned to have the radiator replaced at a price that was $300 LESS than what the internet stated a replacement should cost!!!! Not only did Justus replace my radiator, but Ferd test drove the car afterwards to make sure there are no other issues - WOW!!! As I was leaving, I mentioned that the phone charger didn t work and immediately, Justus and Robert determined it was a fuse, replaced it and wouldn t let me pay for it!!!!!!! Talk about excellent service - it doesn t get any better!!

Excellent service all around, very knowledgeable. Ferd is very helpful and a great person. The work quality is outstanding and reasonable prices. Ferd you have a new customer, will not take my E350 anywhere else.

Have known Ferdie for more than 30 years. He is professional, knowledgeable and just the 'BEST' -- he has cared for my 450slsince it was born! Would not trust anyone else with the car myhusband gave me as a wedding present!

The absolutely best place to take your Mercedes for maintenance and repair. Ferd & Robert are experts in Mercedes. They are also very reasonable and won't take advantage of you like a dealership will. I like the fact we have local guys who can take care of my cars and I can spend into an individual's lively hood instead of a big dealership. Keep your bottled water and ice cream....I am supporting ELITE!!

I came to ferd with a problem on my girls car and he not only did a great quality job, he also informed me of a couple pre-existing as well as future problems I might run into. After informing me of the future problems he then told me he fixed a lot of the minor pre-existing problems free of charge. I really appreciated him, so much so that I just bought a benz and I'm going to him tomorrow when he opens.

Awesome, really helped me out with my Benz when I needed it. No offense but the owner's religious#personal views have a way of slightly invading someone's privacy.The service only is five stars all the way

very very impressed. both ferd & his assistant are incredibly knowledgable, friendly, & patient. they pointed out little things for me to keep eye on as my konpressor is 16 yrs old. they also fixed some things free of charge. being new to the area i didnt have a trustworthy mechanic, NOW I DO. they are too notch!!!!

I used this place yeats ago when i owned a mb and he was honest and trustworthy.He fixed my car and i never had a problem again.Secondly dont trust the post from Lassad Mnif.He did not say why he gave 3 stars which i find very suspicious.
