What a pleasure to deal with such a friendly, honest and knowledgeable Mini mechanic. Nick went above and beyond to trace the cars issue after already fixing the related issue. I cannot say how excellent his service and attitude is. Take the drive to his shop if you need any Mini work done. Five stars minimum from me. Thanks Nick

EC Automotive Specialists is an awesome place to take your MINI Cooper. Nick Colon is a master MINI technician that makes MINI ownership more affordable than other places with his accurate diagnosis. He has found faults with my MINIs that other repair shops misdiagnose.

Nick always takes care of my R60 Countryman when I need it most and always educates me well on what jobs he recommends. I ve always owned unique cars that required specialist mechanics, but Nick has been the most honest, informative, and never takes advantage of the fact that he is a rare commodity. I will always take my Mini to Nick.

Nic correctly diagnosed my problem while I was on the side of the road. Once I got it to him, he had the parts available and I was on my way with the car running smoothly quickly! AWESOME MINI mechanic!

Nick is definitely the go to guy. Brought our 2011 Mini to Dealer, they wanted so much for a new alternator I was going to sell the car. Gave it to Nick, he replaced the alternator and fixed 3 other items for a fraction of the cost. This car now feels like a new car.Thank you Nick for being an honest and super knowledgeable business person.

It began with the brake lights and then eventually my check engine light began going off and on. Gas consumption increased significantly and my car was running unpredictably. My step daughter's car was eerily similar (minus brakes) and hers began to stall. Being a member of a few Facebook Mini pages, I knew Nick was the man to contact. I made sure her car went first and then mine would follow. He is a very busy guy and therefore one should expect a wait. However, the wait is well worth it. I am confident and comfortable knowing that neither of us will stall or run into any issues for the foreseeable future. Nick literally inspected both cars top to bottom and found issues that other mechanics failed to find (in a panic, we did take them to local places first.) No more sputtering, chugging, and crazy gas eating monsters. Most importantly, I am comfortable knowing my step daughter is safe behind her wheel once again. We once again love our Minis. Nick is awesome at diagnosing and fixing the problem the FIRST time. He is straight forward and gives you all your options. Very transparent!
