Got 4 new tires for a great price; mounted, balanced and out the door. James was friendly and got us in, in no time. While we went to Walmart behind them while we waited, they also didn't mind our older dachshund staying in the car. They also informed us that we have a bent wheel.

I had a screw in my tire. They refused to patch it up. I was told I needed a new tire. I went to Quick Tire, and my tire was fixed in one minute. $10.00 Shame on you Discount Tire.

We made an appointment easily online and were a bit early to arrive. We were greeted immediately, checked in, and waited a very short time in the comfy, very clean waiting area. I'd picked up a nail in a spot that made it impossible to repair the tire. While the service manager was reviewing prices on a new tire, the technician, Curt, popped in to say he had a very lightly used tire that was an exact match and close to age/wear for the other 3. Curt's attention to detail and knowledge of the inventory saved me hundreds of dollars. I will never go anywhere else. We were back on the road in less than 45 minutes.

The wait is generally about 1-2 hrs, average in my opinion. I ve been coming here since my move in 2017, can t complain. They offer tire protection which I m STRONGLY IN FAVOR of as it s helped me in more than one occasion! The Mgr is knowledgeable and friendly! The all-boy staff seems to be competent and speedy. I will continue bringing my 2020 here for consistent, reliable service.

Great place for tires. I get all my tires from Discount Tires be they come with free tire rotations. Went in to get my tires rotated and they go me in and out with in 30 mins. Thanks guys!

I was referred here by a friend I needed a break I got one when I got to discount tire I'm from out of town I was in a Bind Great job great price great people There's only 500 miles on my baby They treated it like their own and even armorall the tires By the way as a walk in there was very little wait They said get in your truck and back it out and be on your way have a nice day

The man who helped me added tire insurance without me knowing. When he priced my tires for my Explorer I thought that was full price for 4 tires, I agreed only to look closer at my receipt once home to discover a 110.00 was warranty I would not of purchased. Called and got the oh well attitude. I feel cheated because I was, bad business practice

Their services went above and beyond my expectations. As a car guy, it's always a little unnerving to take your car into a shop. Brandon, one of the managers made sure my special accommodations were met for my vehicle. This is a huge green flag as a car enthusiast and I will be returning here for tires in the future. Also, fastest tire change I have ever had. Setup your appointments online!

Charged me. Kept my wheel. Next day wheel was flat and today I'm here again with the same tire issue losing time from work when this was supposed to be fixed back Friday.

It s a great place for tires. I have been recommended by a mechanic. Their response was quick and polite. Had done the job very well. But I am surprised the way staff wore masks, not everyone though. Wish they would correct it, because of the uncertain times. Overall a good place, if you need to get your tires repaired.

I was very impressed with this establishment's professionalism honesty and integrity. They listened to my needs and went into action even helping me with online ordering. I spoke with 3 different technicians, and they were all very helpful and courteous. My car was ready with brand new tires installed within an hour and a half of calling and I didn't even have an appointment. Kudos to this establishment.

This place was awesome. The guys were really helpful. We were on vacation with a rental car and discovered we had a nail in the tire. We stopped in at the discount tire on Nova and Beville. They fixed the tire for free. Thanks to Discount Tire!!!

These guys are amazing. I have a Shelby GT500 with carbon fiber wheels which run 5K to 7K each and are included in my track package from the factory. Nobody wanted to mess with them but Discount Tire did and did a great job with their state of the are tire changer. Curtis and Jessie couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They have earned my business from here on out.AND, there was NO charge.... Part of their customer service.

When you need air in your tires just drive up to the air station and they happily check your tires and put air in them if they are low. Great little service, Good people to servive you.

I was very pleased with the all around service of this place. Garrett met me when I got out of my car and did all the readings. Thank you Garrett. I waited just short of 1 hour for 4 new tires. Thank you Brandon for the inspection. All the guys did a great job from the time I drove in to the time I drove away. Thanks fellas!!

This place is terrible. I had a new set of tires installed at a different location. All seemed to be good. My fiance was driving on interstate with my newborn daughter, and I. All of the sudden our tire blew out, and almost caused an accident. I called the location I initially had them installed at they told me to have it towed to the nearest location to get it taken care of today, and if it was indeed their fault they would get me a new tire, and reimburse towing fees. I called this location close to closing time. I told them what had happened, and that I was quite aways from home and needed it done today. They said I had to wait until Monday, because they weren't waiting for me to get there. They had no sympathy what so ever. All I asked was for an hour of their time, and I'm sure it wouldn't have hurt them any. We had no where to go, and no way to get home due to being a little ways from home. They didn't care at all. Obviously I was very frustrated it was hot, they refused to do anything, and we had our newborn daughter with us. The manager was very argumentative with me, and even if I was a little frustrated it's still very poor customer service. I feel like they definitely could've done something for me, but they said it wasn't their fault, and they couldn't help me til Monday. Not only did my fiance notice but 2 other guys noticed the tire was dry rotted. One guy said it looks like it may have sat for awhile, and the rubber went bad. It may not have been this location's fault for the bad tire, but it's the same company, and if they truly cared about their customers they would have done something to make it right. Over $600 in brand new tires, and I will never give my $$$ to this company again.

Cant say enough how great they were. Got an amazing deal on set of 4 tires. Done timely, professionally and super friendly. Lifetime balance and rotation is also a plus without being overly haggled to purchase more. Definitely will purchase my next set from them again!

Had no hassle whatsoever!! Had my new Yokohama Geolander A/Ts put on in under an hour. Only Discount Tire I have never had an issue with. I highly recommend this shop!

Not a good experience. I made an appointment, tires are paid for and it's 45 minutes past the time they said it would be finished and my vehicle hasn't been touched. Thier response is we're sorry we had a glitch.

Our cars only go to Discount Tire on Beville Rd when needing new tires or for tire repair. We have used their service for several years and have had excellent, trustworthy, friendly, and quick service. In my opinion, they go beyond great service. Last week, we had a tire that ,needed repair and Jesse, the sales person, was most helpful and professional getting the car out on the road again!

My wife and I travel often on highways in Florida, yet have never been to a Discount Tire facility in any city. Today, August 14, we went to Discount Tire in Daytona Beach, still looking for a solution to our two month TPMS warning light problem. Wow! Were we ever impressed!Here are 4 reasons:1. To our pleasant surprise, Discount Tire employees focus solely on tires and wheels. So they are very sharp in what they know, and what they do.2. At 8:00 AM when they opened, about a half dozen highly professional service reps came out to immediately take the 6 customers waiting in line. Where else do you find that service?3. Our service rep, James, listened very patiently to our problem, ran a sensor audit on our 4 tires, and suggested an adjustment that worked right away. We were on the road in 20 minutes. James expertise and demeanor, and what we saw from the other service reps, and installers, far exceeded our expectations.4. We highly recommend giving Discount Tire a try. That laser focus on only tires and wheels is refreshing versus the we do it all auto shops. And it appears to us there is a top-down corporate attitude of excellence that is both expected, and delivered, in dealing with customers. All our future tire purchases and services will be through Discount Tire.

They always help me with whatever tire problems I have. Sometime last month or so... I had two terrible tires I shouldn't have been driving on. The third wasn't in great shape either. Garrett not only stayed open past close to help make sure my car was okay but also safe for me to be on the road. He was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the thoughtfulness. He gave me a great deal and I got three new tires. I will definitely return. Thank you!
