Got an oil change and service done and they never put a screw back into this . There was small issue but Scott and Michelle reached out to me immediately and resolved the issue. Thank you Toyota Team!!

Took my SUV in for service. Great customer service. Everyone was friendly. Jon was the service consultant who helped me. Kept me up to date. In and out in around an hour for oil change and tire rotation. Thank you again!

Service rep. was very unprofessional. He questioned me about where I purchased the vehicle and who normally services it. It is a brand new vehicle that I brought in for 5000 service which he told me doesn't include an oil change, which always has. Never again. I'll drive to st Augustine where they are much nicer

The glove box wasn't attached when we got it back, they overfilled my tires so the tire sensor will not shut off at all, and the AC broke the same day it was in there. I really wonder if I have new oil...

Emily checked us in and was very efficient and helpful. We had an appt and they were very busy. I was so surprised that we were in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend this location.

Daytona Toyota is simply the best. We got a real good deal in the used car dept on a camry. Service dept it top notch. Go see Tanya Kays for service. Nothing but good to say here.

Fast service, however service advisor had worked at Chrysler nsb and now working with Toyota, avoid him as he screwed us over at Chrysler.

Came in with battery problem but no appt. Since it was important, they took my car in. Replaced faulty battery and did my maintenance while I was there. Very happy with Toyota

I live in Orlando but found it worth the drive for the savings for original Toyota parts. First time buying from them and drove to pick up my parts with their curbside pickup. Staff was friendly and they helped load the sienna tailgate door and other parts for me. Wish I was closer but any large Toyota items I am definitely going to them 1st. Thank you!!

Had a very easy check in and got exactly what I wanted done. They informed me of other services that need to be done but we're not pushy about it. I got done what I could at the time and will reschedule for the rest. Highly recommend Daytona Toyota service and sales. You gotta love the life time oil change.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Daytona Toyota. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help me with my car needs. Michelle Matonte, in particular, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and provided quick estimates and guided me in making the right choices when it came to part replacements and other required services for my Tundra. The service department was efficient and completed the work quickly, and my car was returned to me in excellent condition. I was very impressed with the overall experience at Daytona Toyota and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of car services or repairs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

Excellent experience everytime I come here. They do the work at a fair price. Nothing is cheap anymore. But I feel better that my car is being fixed by a certified mechanic. Extra kudos to RAD. He took my no start 15 4runner and had the fuel pump fixed FREE. Apparently toyota was using low pressure fuel pumps. My truck was covered under warranty. Thanks guys.

Showed up fifteen minutes prior to my appointment and was told I could not check in because my service advisor was not there, but there was four other service advisors standing around doing nothing. Then it took 1.5 hours to do a basic oil change, should not take that long (they do not value my time). If not for my free oil changes I would not use this service department.

Best auto service we've had in over 25 years, with many other dealers and service departments and throughout 3 states. They get you in, explain everything thoroughly, do amazing work, and get you out the door without any upselling or other nonsense. Love it!

Recently had the spark plugs changed in my Toyota Tacoma. Come to find out they replaced the 3 on the easy side but never changed the 3 on the side that s a little harder to get to. Will never get service here again. Liars and thieves!

Brad in the parts department went above and beyond helping me get the parts I needed for our Lexus and then stepping up personally to get them installed. This experience was the opposite of the many negative interactions I have had in the past with dealership service departments. Congratulations to Daytona Toyota and Brad for the excellent experience! I will more than likely shop for a Toyota for my next vehicle knowing there is a service department of this caliber and compassion near by.

So I want to start by saying I ve had the following Toyotas throughout my life:1. 1998 RAV4 (4 door Sport)2. 2007 RAV4 (Sport)3. 2013 RAV4 (Limited)4. 2016 RAV4 (XLE)5. 2022 RAV4 (Hybrid-XSE).I ve purchased from Daytona Toyota for all but my 2016 Rav4 which I purchased from Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine so needless to say I ve been the the Toyota service department many many times over the last 15 years so I ve seen a lot of changes and a lot of different service advisors and miss several of the prior service advisors, one of who retired and one of who, unfortunately passed away.I enjoy the free oil changes but what I ve noticed over the past year is that the sales pitches are worse now than they ever have been. I understand the are compensated based on sales but NO, I don t need a deodorizer for my AC in a vehicle that I for one, that s never been smoked in, two, I ve been the sole owner of, and that I ve never, in all my years of driving had offered I don t mean to laugh but that was laughable Also, in the past I always had my fluids topped off when having my vehicle serviced I guess that s something that is part of the charge at 10,000, 20,000 miles, etc.??I appreciate the pitch for various service items but I m just there to get my oil changed and leave unless I need something else otherwise I don t need to be pitched like I m wandering through the used car lot

The staff are outstanding! Every person I interacted with was top notch. They are efficient and move swiftly to take care of you. When I pulled in for my appointment there was a big line and it moved so fast I didn't feel like I was there for long at all.

When I went to Toyota today Spent 3 hrs waiting literally I had A 9:30 appointment time. Ended up being here till 12:30 pm come find out they couldn't rotate my tires because the last person who patched my driver side rear tire 2 weeks prior rounded my wheel Studs. So basically I waited for 3 hrs to have an oil change no rotation no inspection. Well this is my last visit with Daytona Toyota goodbye and and good riddance. I'm not usually one that leaves negative reviews so that say's something!Service: Oil change

unfortunately I am writing and leaving this review because I took my car to get its 30k service, tires rotated, inspection, oil change all of that.I ask the service attendant Michelle to also please have them check my Left rear tire *SPECIFICALLY* because I see a nail. Okay, she tells they looked, no nail, my tires are all green, so I ask to please double check. They check after they service my car and still claim that there is no nail. It is then recommend to me that maybe the nail just fell out? .Shame on me for trusting these people with my car and my safety & just leaving. I get home and low tire pressure, find the nail again, myself. It s now in the Left Front tire because my tires were JUST rotated.So next morning I call and get directed to the Manager Scott who showed zero concern for the incompetence of his staff, the threat to my safety, and the integrity of their company.So long story short, if you would like to be blatantly ignored, have your time wasted, or have your safety put at risk, this is the place for you! :)Service: Auto maintenance
