Terrible experience here . They could not provide an estimate of how long to perform repairs . They did not call me to provide status updates. I had to call each day and ask and they couldn t even provide current status . Then after several days of requesting they give me a daily update they called once with an update . It took several weeks to complete the repairs . They have terrible communication. Then they didn t tell me it was waiting in checks from insurance which I already had and they would have known if they bothered calling me . Then when we finally were told to pick up the car we told we still owed extra money to get it which previously they had told us otherwise. The part of the car that had been repaired still has scratches and dents so that s a shoddy repair job.

Fantastic experience all around. Staff was polite and kept me informed of vehicle repairs. They even got my car ready a day early. Rikki was super helpful and made sure I had a ride to and from the shop while waiting so I wouldn t be late for work.This is how customer service is done!

My Jeep Renegade was hit by a truck from behind and did major damage. Daytona Toyota Collision worked with the other persons insurance company and repaired and painted by jeep to it s formal glory. They called me with every update, provided me with a rental and continued to give five star service! I could not be more pleased with everyone that did the repair, including the office staff and the rental agency. Thank you! For doing a fantastic job!!!

Daytona Toyota: repaired my vehicle from a rear-end collision. 8 months later my van had water leaking into the trunk area and they fixed it within an hour. Really great team! I did not have to do any paperwork on the re-fix! Happy customer and Toyota loyal

I was hit from behind at a red light and took my car here for back bumper repair and I must say the entire crew who worked on my car did an exceptional job and they even went as far as cleaning my car from inside/ out. The front desk customer crew was very kind and helpful as well. And I was even kept up to date regarding my car repairs with a warranty.

Words cannot describe how unsatisfied I am with the service I ve received at this collision center. There was little to no communication during my vehicle s repair; their motto is it ll be done when it gets done. Any time I called to get an update on my vehicle inaccurate information was given and for some reason my vehicle was in clean-up for two weeks. Poor work on the detailing and due to the lack of communication on their behalf, crucial components on my vehicle did not get fixed. At no point in this frustrating process did I get any sympathy nor commitment from the staff. My vehicle was returned extremely dirty and dusty. I do not, under any circumstance, recommend turning in your vehicle to this shop. I am now having to spend my own money to get my car fixed at a different collision center.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in a very minor accident, 2 small dents on the passenger side. DTC has had my vehicle for almost a month. Every time I call I get nowhere, it's always we will have it done by * and they are never done. I'm told my car might be done this week. But that is what they said last week. I'm so sick of being lied to! Do yourself a favor, find another shop!

Only leaving a star because it s the lowest option. When I got my vehicle back the headlight connector was broke (that they charged me $500 to replace) the alignment was 30 degrees to the left. (Which they also charged me for) The customer service here is terrible, we were told false information serval times. We even drove here because we were told the vehicle was ready. Only to wait 30 minutes to find out it wasn t. Maybe it s because they were racial profiling me. Who knows?

Don t take your car for painting to Daytona Beach Toyota collision center, I took my new Toyota Sienna for a minor scratch in the back corner, and I went and picked up my van after five days, I made a mistake and signed off without looking based on trust, and I went home and then noticed a massive paint run on the area, I was shocked that they ignored and didn t fix it. I took it back and they tried fixing it, for the second time I went back to pick up and it was worse that before, now my van has been there for three weeks and since they already got paid they don t care anymore. They do not update you about anything, and I called numerous times and every time they have no idea what I am talking about, they didn t even offer a loner car for their mistake. I have filed a complaint with the Toyota corporate office and so far no results in getting my van back, my next move is filling a complaint with the city and county of Daytona Beach.Bottom line, don t take your car to this location, if you do be sure to check it in detail. Check other areas too, there is a possibility you could get damages on the other areas in the same time. My van was full of dried paint chips sticking to other areas. I will let everyone know of my van s condition and when I get it back. I will post this on all social media networks including local papers and news channels. Everyone should be aware of what is going on.Service: Painting

I was just at the collision center this morning. I had carelessly knocked off the entire cover of the rt side mirror which flew away in three pieces. At the center a very nice guy named John looked at the mirror and the saved pieces and was able to fix it on the spot! John then thanked me for my business as well as wishing me a good day. Fantastic experience from someone who knew customer service as well as his business. Thank you, John

Our 2020 Camry ordeal.DTC did not meet their original estimated completion date or any other's. Promised phonecalls rare or none. Only 1 overworked customer service rep. The limited info, vague.Shoddy work. Add'l damage inches away not reported or repaired.Appears to be a clear lack of management oversight.Do not recommend.

Well to start off, I'll be nice and give 3 stars instead of 1.I dropped my vehicle off at the collision center and it had all my items on the vehicle. But when I went to pick up my car and was told things were missing from my vehicle while on Toyota property. My spoiler was stolen, my lights in the front of my car were taken and my custom plate I had made from the front of the car was missing as well. My dash came from inside my vehicle attached to my window was removed (Ripped) off and shoved inside my glove box. So probably an inside job. (They said it could have flew off in the wind ) doubt it it was 3mm taped and glued on the back of my trunk no way it was coming off. Was on the vehicle for 1 year no issues or lifting up. Someone ripped it off slowly you could tell by the way the tape was removed. As for my plate and lights you have to unscrew and disconnect the wires under the hood for them to be missing the way they were.They reimbursed my spoiler but made sure to claim that on my insurance as well. Wanted me to claim the rest of my stuff on the insurance that was missing. Which means in the end I pay more out of pocket because that was not the initial things damaged to be covered under my insurance. They kept changing the price of the vehicles damages to my insurance company from 3k to 4k to almost 5k. Which took them 3 weeks for me to receive my car back. Because of different check $ amounts and ordering the wrong parts.So was very upset about all of that. James my advisor was friendly in the heat of the situation. Communication between the place sucks very badly. Alot of excuses between everyone. Other than all that it was fine. They replaced my spoiler. I'm not worried about the lights or plate I can replace those myself. But it's the point that they went missing and no one knew where they were.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the worse experience I have ever had. 2 months to get a car that I was told would take 18 days. No loaner until 45 days in. No calls, no return calls, no updates. Only when we told them we were taking the loaner out of state and going to call the insurance company to stop payment did someone call us. They even lost the first check the insurance company gave them ( I found it in the arm rest). The car is making a horrible noise when I turn and now the windshield defroster doesn't work. I hope Brad has been fired because he is a liar and not professional at all. You will do better taking your car to "Jimmy" that works under the tree down the street who fixes cars for weed and a carton of Newports.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone I encountered at the collision center. There are two Margaret s there I believe, and they were both so amazingly nice to me. They called me with updates and if things weren t right they had it fixed asap. I would absolutely recommend anyone here!

Took my car here for repairs via Geico. The drop off and rental car was super easy & fast, Wayne answered any and all of my questions. He was very prompt and kept me up to date each week with calls regarding the repairs. When I picked up my vehicle I was surprised at how amazing my car looked! They even re-painted a section of the bumper that was custom for me, I am very impressed by their workmanship and once again huge thanks to Wayne for keeping me in the loop and being very helpful. I am so used to having bad service and people give me the run around... VERY HAPPY!!!

Have to give a HUGE shout-out to the Daytona Toyota Collision Center for making everything from my car accident yesterday afternoon to dropping it off today, having the rental company pick us up so that we wouldn't have to walk in the rain, and coordinating with my car insurance company-- NON-STRESSFUL & SEAMLESS!!!I ALSO want to give a SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to LEXI!!! I mentioned how wonderful she was on our way out, but just wanted to MAKE SURE that her higher ups KNEW that she is GREAT!!! I would come back solely because of the experience she gave! THANK YOU Lexi!Also, I don't catch the guy's name who came out to look at the car after she had us pull it around to the bay (so that it wouldn't get any more water damage than it might have already)... He was MORE than exceptional as well! FIVE STARS FOR THE BOTH OF THEM!!!

My experience at Toyota with general manager Dean Chatfield was that of a disaster. He was very rude to me and I would not trust doing any business with him in the future. He did not carry the proper attitude to be a manager and he let me know at one point in our conversation that if I liked my car so much that I should continue driving it. I do not fault Toyota as a whole. Dean Chatfield however was nasty, verbally aggressive and could care less about the service he provided.

1. They don t communicate and if you call they either don t answer or they lie in your face.2. My car was there for 1.5 months and when they claimed it was almost finished they turned around and tried to total my car 3 days later.3. They upped the price almost double on most parts. My insurance company has removed them as a partner.Go anywhere else there is something suspicious going on here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Vehicle originates from this dealer. Assumed a minor animal collision repair would be best served by Toyota directly. I was sadly mistaken. 1 week for estimated 8 hour replacement of front bumper shell, wheel-well liner and fog light. Calls never answered or messages returned, basic repair deficiencies identified AFTER an apparent manager completion assessment. Very poor reflection on the brand. Absolutely would NOT do business with this location again.

This horrible auto body shop received my vehicle on the 22nd of January, 2021. Were supposed to fix my trunk from a Progressive Insurance Policy holder rear-ended me. According to their estimate which was dated and start and end time were recorded they finished the estimate the same day I dropped it off in 39 minutes. I never heard from them, I called and left messages and was asked if Progressive had called me. I called Progressive to find out what was going on to hear the deemed my vehicle a complete loss. All I needed was the trunk fixed so it closed properly. So after I finally got that information on Feb. 4th and 5th, 2021 I went to pick up my car to get a second opinion and this shop would not give me my car back, they informed me my car was still in pieces and they wouldn't give it to me unless I paid for it. They have had my car for 2 weeks never intended on fixing it and over quoted and under valued my car. I would highly recommend that if you are getting your car fixed here because of the insurance company you NEED to go somewhere else. They are definitely getting kick backs or just love screwing people over then to satisfy the customer. They are working with the insurance companies. They are sharks who don't care if you are single mother of two surviving on a single income and that it's your only vehicle that you've owned and never been in an accident the entire 14 years you've own the car. Worst experience of my life!

I used this collision center and was insured by Geico. I am so happy!! the car needed $13,000 worth of repairs and it is perfect. Tony my Representative was so responsive he also knew his stuff. The time from the start to finish was right on or maybe even less time. I wasn't really keeping track. No complaints !!

Lisa was so kind and thoughtful. She gave me info that made me feel more relaxed about the process. I am aware of the excellent service Toyota offers. Though I have a Chevy, my Mother has a Camry and has had body repair as well. Your company is superb. Thank you. Cheryl Marsden

This place is the worst. We got sent here for repairs through geico and they did a horrible job. We had to keep calling to get updates about our car. When we went to go pick it up they claimed to have painted the car but it wasn't painted at all. We got home and noticed that the damages we paid for weren't fixed. Took it back and the Toyota representative kept lying saying that everything was working and it went through inspections. If you're sent here through your car insurance DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE at all.

I got in an accident that involved the front end of my Lexus. State Farm has four preferred collision auto repair places in Daytona Beach. Considering my car is a Toyota, I choose to take it to Daytona Toyota Collision Center. They gave me an estimate appointment the same day I called. Dan Conger, Auto Damage Appraiser, was very polite and gave me an appraisal of damages along with an idea of how long it would take to repair, baring anything unforeseen until they begin the work, that they were submitting to State Farm. They only real issue I had was the lack of communication. I was told my car would be ready on a certain day and it was not. They were kind enough to give me a rental to use and apologized for my inconvenience. Other than that, my car looks great and the manager and reception staff were very nice and accommodating.

Car was damaged by a tire that was blown off by a semi on the highway. Insurance had me come here for repairs, was called multiple times with varying quotes because I was asking about multiple items I noticed were damaged. They had no idea! They reset the codes on the car and played it off like everything was fixed. Next AM, I took it to my dealership for their opinion and right away they noticed multiple items broken both visibly and from codes that popped up. I felt like Toyota was sloppy, didn't take their time, and rushed things. This is a brand new car, I shouldn't expect flaws.

I would have gave a negative. Horrible place. If you need collision repair done on your car, do your self a favor and go some place else. They took forever to do my car. They LIED about what they did to fIx. They were going to tell me I had to pay for a new battery when the battery was brand new. The car was sitting there forever. When I got my care back it was not even cleaned and it wasn't even cleaned from their mess. They did not wash the outside. The inside fuse was broken off. When I drove it off the lot it had low air pressure in the tires. Poor customer service.The WORST. I called several days in row before I received a response. I would never recommend them to anyone. The list goes on but I am not going to waste any more of my time.

I would give zero stars but there is no zero rating. I would not advise anyone to bring their car here. Geico suggested I use this shop so I did. My vehicle was returned to me with a portion of the repair unpainted, heavy scratches on mounting bolts, a misaligned bumper cover, and a loose section of the wiring harness. On top of all that, the repaired area was dirty and actually had grease on one edge. I had to refuse to take the car and get back in my rental. Just what I needed after being involved in an accident.

I would like to say Thank You to Lisa.. She was so sympathetic and understanding to my feelings. I recently hit a deer and being the animal lover I am, I was more distraught about the deer than my own vehicle.. She was so kind as well as consoling.. I just wanted to say Thank you.. I've had to deal with a lot of people since this accident, and she was the only person who understood why I was so upset. She took the time to console me and try to make me feel better. Thank You so much...
