I went into this dealership to make a sale for my 86 year old mother. Because of her uncertainties, we didn't make the sale, even though we spent a few hours there. I can't say enough about Joanne, Jay, and especially Marc Bosco for their professionalism and courtesy. For Mr Bosco and his team to thank me for coming in, all the while not making a purchase, warms my heart and speaks volumes for the customer care you receive in this establishment. I had an excellent experience at this dealership when I bought my car to be repaired after an accident. From the time I got there to drop off my car, till the day I picked it up. Total hassle free. Tina was so sweet, helpful and very professional. I would definitely go back if and when in need.

We bought a used car from the dealership and worked with Brittany and Kyle during the process. There were some issues with my payment and unfortunately took longer than expected. Brittany was communicative throughout the process and was extremely helpful. In the end, we received the car and were very happy with the process. Kudos to Brittany and her sales team.

I moved to Florida from Connecticut and had a bad electrical problem along with other issues. I took it to Daytona Toyota and the experience there was extremely positive. They showed me that they really know how to take care of their customers and my service advisor Kevin Serodio went out of his way to make sure that I was taking care of. The quality of work that was done was outstanding.

I had a great experience with Daytona Toyota excellent customer service. Kim Smith was so kind and helpful as was Management! But she could see how stressful my situation was and went out of her way to do everything she could to make comfortable while getting everything figured out .. We had a great experience shopping at Daytona Toyota for our new 4Runner. Patrick guided us through during the whole sales process, he was very patience and informative and helped us setting the Toyota app too. Sales Mgr. Brittany was very supportive, she is very knowledgeable and knows how to address your concerns promptly. Walid, the Finance Manager was also very helpful during the financing process, he looked for the best financial solution to our needs to complete the deal. These three make a great team. If you are on the market for your next vehicle I would recommend go see them at Daytona Toyota!

Bought a nice Tundra. Front tires didn't match the back ...completely different tread. Jimmy Wilkes sales manager and Aaron Garcia Service manager worked things out and put 2 new matching tires on the truck as a courtesy. Thanks to both of these guys. Jimmy Wilkes is working hard at customer satisfaction. Aaron Garcia, very considerate and customer satisfaction seems important to him as well. He is an extremely nice guy, very customer orientated. Very condescending Internet parts person. The online ad clearly states what they were selling would fit my car, but it doesn't. The seller basically said it was my fault for not knowing what I was looking for, even though the ad states it fits on my car. Very rude tone and condescending. Please talk to this Internet sales person. His wrote that they know what they are talking about because they are Toyota professionals. Well, I am not one, so I trusted their ad that states the part will fit my 2020 Camry not knowing there are two different ones. They ad states it fits. Please talk to this person about the way they talk customers.

Hi everyone, I'm here to tell you not to search any further because you have chosen to become a member of the ideal car family by choice. Our sales representative Nick went above and beyond to assist us; he guided us through every step, even determining which option would be the greatest fit for us.With a smart strategy that got us a fantastic bargain, the manager (Kiki) also jumped on the opportunity, offering us an even better one and saving us a ton of money. I would rate my total experience an 10 out of 10 and I'm happy with my purchase. I sincerely appreciate all of your help and assistance when I bought my new SUV.We appreciate your efforts in making us feel like Daytona Toyota's valued customers rather than just another sale or customer.

I am a 43 year old construction worker. Far from a Karen or Kyle wanting to rant on a review about something but this place did me wrong and I have to say something!I bought a 2018 Toyota Tundra on 11/30/23. I was told that the truck had been through extensive checks and all passed with flying colors. I then also purchased an extended warranty . 90 days later on 3/3/24, my check engine light came on. I brought it in for them to have a look. They found the issue to be an emission control purge valve that needs to be replaced. THEN I am told that, that specific part is NOT covered by any warranty and it will be $300 to fix!! I have only made 2 payments on this truck before it s already needing money dumped into it. This is absolutely ridiculous! My wife has bought every car she s ever owned as an adult from here so I was under the HOPE that this place wasn t like all the other sleazy car sales and dealerships. I was SO WRONG! Take my advice and RUN AWAY from this place if you re looking to buy!!! Don t even walk past this place of you aren t. Just cross the street and keep moving so you don t end up with any trace of this nasty place on you!!

I had been looking at vehicles for about 6 months. I came across a Toyota Highlander at Daytona Toyota. After communicating with both Charles and D Jorn I decided to go down and test drive it. I decided to buy it and worked with these two to get the best deal I could. They were both Top notch. I then had to go into Financing. I have never had good experiences you always feel so much pressure. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it went. Thank you Mario, D Jorn and Charles for one of the best car buying experiences I have had so far!! These guys deserve a raise for having to deal with me! :) I would highly recommend using Daytona Toyota again.

Everyone at Toyota was very kind and accommodating, going out of their way to get me the car I wanted - fortunately for them, it was the first car I test drove! They went above and beyond to accommodate my financial position, especially Dean Chatfield and Jake Wright. I now have the car of my dreams! My experience at Daytona Toyota was relatively stress free because of my salesperson, Candace Salyer. She explained everything clearly and professionally. She even helped me change the insurance from my trade in to my new car. Candace helped me set up my XM radio. I would recommend Candace Sayler to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota. I am very happy with my purchase and I know that if I have any questions, Candace will be more than happy to help me with my service after the sale.

Very unfortunate that the dealership has employed some shady characters to run their organization. We negotiated for a week and made deposit on a new truck to add to our fleet of 9 trucks. We disclosed that we may be using our local bank for financing throughout the negotiation, and it was reiterated when we agreed to the final price. Today the new car mgr (Johnny?) called to let me know that if I did not accept his financing at a rate that was 1% higher than my bank, he was going to sell the truck to someone else. We purchase a couple of vehicles each year, and I have not seen this this type of dishonesty at any other dealership we have encountered. I advise all to avoid.

Worked with Kyle Golla on a 2024 Corolla Cross in transit starting in December. Kept me posted the whole way through was excellent to deal with paperwork was ready when I got to the dealer. Everything was as he said it would be signed took the car in less then hour + delivered my trade in. Awesome experience would use again, couldn't have been better

Brought my 22 4 Runner to Daytona Toyota Collision center for repair after being broadsided by someone. I thought that bringing it to the certified repair facility would mean my repair process would be better since they were supposed to "know" my vehicle better than a random repair facility. The only part of the entire process that wasn't horrible was the initial drop off. Over the course of 2.5 months my vehicle was brought back over 8 times because they couldn't figure out how to repair it correctly. My passenger rear was where I was hit. They damaged the brand new wheel that they installed and then tried to "refinish" it twice rather than replace their mistake, They forgot to replace the center cap that had been damaged, they missed a bent rear axle for almost 2 months, they returned the vehicle to me several times "fixed" with the steering wheel off center by 30+/- degrees. Daytona Toyota Collision ignored my repair questions and concerns and responded with "it's within spec". After one of the pick ups, My husband and I put the truck on jack stands in my driveway and took video of my wheel moving side to side. I then brought it to an independent alignment shop who verified a rear axle issue. When faced with the video and independent shop opinion they looked again and surprise found the bent axle shaft. My vehicle was bounced back and forth between the collision center and the service center for several things and no one could really give me answers because the two centers don't effectively communicate. I contacted Toyota Corporate and was assigned someone at the dealership as a customer relations manager who never even bothered to contact me. It's a shame because I hadn't had any bad experiences with the service center until this nightmare ordeal. I will never use Daytona Collision for any vehicle ever again and I recommend you double and triple check all repairs made there.

There are a lot of things I can say about this place... I will give you the good things. I bought my car BRAND NEW. 2023 Toyota Camry. Before I even made it to my first oil change I was rear-ended by a motorcycle. So this review can cover both sales and collision. In collision... Irem (reception) was amazing! Unfortunately, she doesn't have the power to get much done other than trying to calm your nerves. Tina (one of the managers) is helpful. The rest... well it leaves A LOT to be desired!! Sean (the adjuster) is worthless. Don't expect to know what is going on with your vehicle!!! Don't expect to have it back within a decent expectation of time (it will be AT LEAST 2 months if you don't hound them). Your paint will not be perfect. It will have runs and heavy borders. Over spray and dust everywhere is to be expected. I thought that the clean up and detail was supposed to handle that but I guess that is something you have to ask for special. If you want to know about the sales side... expect A LOT of pressure to buy a car that was not what you asked for. I could go on but I won't... just want to finally be able to move on with my life.

Recently moved here from NY and started servicing my Highlander at Daytona being there is no Toyota in Palm Coast. Had a great experience and all that was asked to do was done. Staff was great and spoke to you on all the services Always kept you in the loop Highly recommend them

Took my car in because it was making some squeaky noises in the steering wheel and under the hood. They kept it for four days. Said they fixed it. It still squeaks when you turn. They were nice, accommodating and gave me a free rental for the weekend. But, the issues weren t completely resolved.

Traveling down south this winter and stopped into Daytona Toyota to see if they could do my 70000 mile service. Didn't know what to expect but they were great! My service advisor was James on Desk 4. He explained everything they would do and how long it would take. Went over all the results of the service report. Suggested a few services I might want to have done in the near future. A good experience. Thanks
