Great service in and out in no time. Communication goes a long way. If you need to be in and out let them know. Other wise enjoy the calm atmosphere. Eat a snack drink some water. Read a book. Charging station for laptops and phones.

I never experienced workers that are enthusiastic about the job. They are doing, the professionalism that my wife and I received at the dealership was out of this world. If you re ever in the Daytona area or surrounding areas or looking for a vehicle, please stop by I promise you will enjoy their company, and the satisfaction of their skill set to please and provide you With what is needed mostly in your life transportation.

My KIA is new and I chose to have the scheduled maintenance done by the dealer. It was a routine fluid change/tire rotation. A week later, when washing the vehicle, I noticed that one of the custom valve cap covers had been replaced with a different cover and that one cover was also completly missing. In addition, one of the lug nuts was also missing.I drove 60 miles round trip and the cost was more than if I had the same services done by a local independent company. I expected better quality of service, but if the dealer fails on the obvious how can I trust the work that I cannot see?

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.Took my car there was told it was just a loose cable. I said I think it is more then that. Was told I can assure you it was just the cable. If anything happens Call me an I will get it fixed.Paid to pick my car up not even 20 min. Car cuts off I call them back ....Now I have to pay to have it towed. And Another few to look at it. Now the bill is $1,800. These People act like they don't know what they are doing.EXACT WORDS I RECEIVED MORE THEN ONCE. " I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS". PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Very awesome experience! Would have given 5 stars but where to go for service wasn't conveyed so I went to 2 different parts of complex b 4 getting to right location. Tried for 1 year to get am appointment to fix recalls in St. Augustine with no luck. Called Daytona and had an appointment 1 week after called. Other than being in right place, the experience was seamless! Easy, fast, with great customer service! Would highly recommend!

Worst experience ever! Very frustrating. They told us it would be $1,000 to replace a bulb in my Kia front head light. Said the entire light would have to be replaced not just the bulb. We didn t get it done. Came home and the next day my husband and our neighbor fixed it (bulb only) for less than $50. Everything works fine. We are on a fixed income and wonder how many people in our same situation have been duped by this place. Will NEVER return there. Will be sure to give free advertising about this experience as often as we can.

Every time I took my car to daytona kia to get serviced something else went wrong immediately after. They told me I needed my system flushed and I would get better gas millage my car went from 28 to 32 in city and 37 highway to 17 to 23 miles per gallon and they refused to fix it. My car is how I keep my family going now I'm at 100000 miles and stuck with a vehicle that will not do as promised when I bought it. I called corporate and was treated like trash. They broke my car and refused to fix it. They saw me coming from a mile away, as a first time father and sold me a lemon. Please if you work as hard as I do for my money go somewhere else.Services: Tire rotations, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Nobody wants to take a vehicle in for warranty repairs. However all of the staff at Daytona Kia were professional and very attentive, providing information and updates frequently. Even better, the warranty work was performed quickly, beating the estimated repair time by several days. I was told my service would take about an hour, and it did. Waiting room comfortable, clean ,spacious; rest room clean. They washed my car, even tho I didn t request it, and they did a nice job washing my car.

I'm very disappointed in the lack of knowledge of the people in the service department. They had my car for over 24 hours, and they were not able to fix the rattle coming from the back and the door sills that have not worked since purchased. Manager is supposed to call me tomorrow, Monday I sure hope to hear from him. Staff is very nice and friendly I must say that they often leave out a requested small item i.e. washing the car or clearing the service due off dash, although requested it is still there. The staff is very respectful and cordial.

The service was excellent and the service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous. The customer waiting area was very clean and comfortable and my vehicle was serviced promptly and returned to me washed and ready to go. 5 stars

I enjoyed working with Roland and Abby. Very friendly and provides good customer service. However, I m not very happy with the way I was brought in there. The pull ticket flyer said I won a $60 tv. When I got there they looked at the code (not in front of me) and said we only won a gift card. Your pull tickets and automated call system are very misleading. Apparently the rules are in the fine print which no one can read. Very underhanded and I don t appreciate it.

I paid $165 to have my radio dissected to see if it was something that could be repaired. They said the radio was shot and it would be almost $1,700 for a new one. I went to Best Buy and it turned out to be four new speakers in the door and the radio is working perfectly. Very disappointing.

Staff nice, price too high. When one spends so much to buy a car, Kia dealers could at least give a couple free oil changes. Almost $70. Yikes!

I bought a 2021 KIA Rio in October 2023 after driving a 23 year old Acura. I really wanted a new car but I needed a higher credit score. I Love my KIA Rio. I had bad experience. I drove from Saint Augustine to check my engine and they did not listen my needs , the did not do anything, just added oil . Not recommended Daytona kia to buy and service a vehicle.
