Bought our first Kia here which is a 2020 Telluride. Sales side was fine but service not so much. Here are the issues I have had:1. Asked for the oil and tire rotation. Wheels were never rotated. I know this because I had a particular scratch on one of the wheels and it didn't change location. Service advisor apologized and said that the certain worker that worked on it likes to skip things if he didn't think they needed to be done.2. Brought vehicle in for grinding noise at a wheel. They said they couldn't replicate it. Brought service writer on ride and he heard it. Told him I would bring it back. Went home and found that a brake pad had worn down so bad that it was grooving the rotors. Also found that the return after braking wasn't releasing. I changed the rotor and pads that day due to not being able to bring it in for a while. Brought parts to dealer and showed manager. He agreed to replace the other side as well.3. Brought vehicle in for a warranty item. They always ask if you want the car washed which I always so "no". Picked vehicle up and when I walked up to it in the Kia parking lot I found a dime sized paint chip missing on the hood. Service writer came out and we compared the drop off inspection photos and when I left it, there was no paint chip. Service writer admitted fault and said they use a pressure washer when washing and that's what probably caused it. Scheduled to bring it back in for a hood repaint. Went in and now the service writer said they can't paint the whole hood since it's out of the paint warranty and would only be touching it up. I said it shouldn't matter if it's out of warranty, Its not a warranty issue, they caused the damage. He said it did it because of corrosion under the paint. Called Kia cares and they investigated it but said since the damage was done by the dealer, the dealer is responsible for their decision.Attached are the pictures of Daytona Kia Service Dept acceptable repair. Looks like someone did it which expired dried up white out!

I get my oil changed here as it is easy to get in and usually quick service. It s a bit of a drive for me (an hour from my home). At my last oil change, after I had gotten home the hubby noticed I had dripped oil on his new driveway, oops. I called Kia and they had me bring it back early the next morning. Took care of it (plug gasket), made sure it was not leaking and I was on my way. Thanks Kia for taking care of me! I love my Kia van, she is 12 yrs old and still runs great!!

My wife took the car today and we had an appointment 9:00 to get an oil change and yesterday before the appointment we noticed the horn was not working and the car is less than 10 months old (2024 Kia Seltos) and they told us it would take 4 hours and $140 just for the diagnostic.. very disappointed in the service here.. a few months ago they charged us for a new tire even though we purchased the extra tire warranty.. very frustrating! And we've already had problems with the engine.. but thankfully it was under warranty, but still.. (edited) now one of our headlights is already out we called spoke to Wendy said we have to make an appointment which takes about a week.. couldn't tell us if it was covered under the warranty.. went to the auto parts store and the guy changed it out no problem

Don t waste your time like they wasted mine!They tried to make me pay almost a grand for a deposit on an old car. Payments almost $800 a month? Very unprofessional arguing over who s sell I was, they were all around mediocre. They didn t take my sale seriously lol , I went to carmax got a 2023 for half the monthly payment and half the deposit! You guys really drop the ball on this one! All around trash -Michael gaither

Wish I could give ZERO stars too but 1 will have to do in order to share my experience with Kia service center... Chris is by far the most unprofessional, pathetic, and disgusting employee I have ever came in contact with at ANY establishment EVER. Chris was randomly selected for me... I just got my KIA in November... was told I would have my first free oil change with them... when I went Chris was not helpful at all, very dry yet nasty, there's such a good word for it but in order for this review to remain up, we can't say it here. But Chris is a big big BIG C U Next Tuesday who needs to realize he is only a service center rep and mainly sits at his computer all day long and types away. I truly feel in my heart and soul I did not come off any type of way to receive such trash treatment but I will tell ANY & EVERYONE I know to steer clear of this place at its entirety! Chris DuPont should truly work at a call center fast food kitchen only bc he gives me McDonald's energyyyy!!! Do yourself a favor and make sure you do NOT have to associate yourself with such scum. He is the reason why people still hate the LGBTQ community. But on behalf of my gay brothers and sisters. WE DO NOT CLAIM THAT PIG. In pure disgust still. Never have I ever til I got my oil changed. What should have been a QUICK & FREE process... cost me over a HOUR & a HALF & over $120 later! Never AGAIN.

Salesman are liars. Being a woman buying a brand new car. Why would I not get a maintenance package like free oil changes. I supposed to get 3 years. (Should have went to DeLand) Now after two oil changes I got to pay. Called them finance guy hung up on me. And the manager or whom ever still hasn't called me back. Oh did I mention one of the gentleman on the phone told me this has been a recurring thing. Plus I haven't gotten my add on like my aftermarket tow package. Which they know nothing about. Unfortunately this is what I think of when I think of a car salesman now they lie they'll cheat they'll say anything just to get you in the car. I like my car but I wish I never went to Daytona Kia

It was good professional, welcoming experience. The salesman Michael was a gentlemen, friendly, respectful man. The loan officer went above and beyond in helping us to get the payment we desired. Great place to do business. The young lady that programmed my and my wifes cell to the vehicle was very kind. I'm very pleased with my experience.

Despite there reviews, it wasn't a bad experience. I wish they replaced the part instead of swapping it around but the reason I went there is no longer taking place. I'd go back.

Daytona kia had my vehicle for 21 days. Communication was poor. Not once was I called first to know an update on the repair. I was not offered a loaner vehicle till the day the car was supposed to be repaired. I was told it would be ready by a certain day 2 times. 3rd date I was given for completion it was finally ready. Not happy with the repairs Clips and tabs loose on wheel liners. Interior panels squeak from removal and install. Car now has a leak inside the floorboard. Overall bad experience. The service advisor had me waiting over 20 mins for him to call my insurance to see if I could get a loaner car even though I brought all insurance docs. He asked for. All to find out the car smelled like cigarettes and had almost no gas. I turned it down. They continued to say they had there best mechanic working on this repair and he was familiar with it and did this everyday. I thank god it wasn t there worst mechanic or else I couldn t imagine what other issues it would have besides the water leaking inside the car. Don t walk away from this place. Brought my vehicle in for a recall. Turned out to be a major issue. Tyler was super on point. Got me a rental car... took my car for 3 weeks and returned it to us running like a brand new car. Work performed (engine replacement).Everything went smooth. Our car purrs like a cat. We are very happy with our experience with Daytona Kia

The most horrific service experience of my life. They were deceptive in nature. They practiced deceptive trade practice overcharge on the diagnostic estimates. Felt very pressured by the salesman! Each car had a $10,000 markup on the price... Chose to fly to Minnesota, to a reputable dealership that we have purchased cars from over the past 20 plus years, and purchase a car and drive it back... Saved myself a lot of headache and our hard-earned money from this dealership and purchased a sweet ride at a great price from a dealership that we could trust!!

Service department was good didn't take that long. The waiting room was very clean. I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. The only thing that I was disappointed was that they said they washed my car but my rims were black and had break dust still on them. Keep in mind my car is a 2021 they didn't shine my tires and the back of my car still had black dirt on the bumper. They didn't do a very good job with the washing of my car. Overall pretty fast and was on top of everything. Gave 5 Stars for the guy who helped me when I walked in. They could have did a better job washing my car didn't even vacuum it or put the paper on the rug. So I'm guessing the person that is washing cars is just quickly doing a wipe down. Overall it was good

Customer Service is poor. They lady at scheduling is rude and thinks her sarcasm is not obvious. They are always in a rush and don't listen. Every time you try to get an appointment, they always want to Give me 3 weeks out. I can't drive a car for 3 weeks with a bad brakes. How genius. Total waste of my time, gas, and added more mileage to my car. Sales man puts blame on his manager told me his manager told him to tell me to come to the dealership we can make a deal. I told the salesman my budget/price range 1 day prior to going to dealership. When I get to the dealership totally different conversation. Absolute waste of time!

I bought a Kia Sol, and the service dept did a full detail, inside and out and a full tank of gas. They did a fantastic job, and my vehicle look brand new ; with the new car smell.

Service department is right on the ball as soon as you pull in. You can make appointment ahead of time and wait on your vehicle or a call back when it was done. No pressure to buy more than you need, they clean and vacuum your vehicle, and ready for pickup with payment for services. I rate them very good

So on august 20th me and my mom dropped her car off for some recalls one being they said some windshields had a bad gasket. I watched them take pictures of the car before taking it in said it should only take an hour to look it over. We get a call back saying it s ready but they found a crack in the windshield. So we get there and after being told it s ready we still end up waiting over an hour and when we finally get her car back there is a crack from top to bottom of the windshield. They lied and tried to say we brought it in that way when I had them show proof on their tablet that it clearly had no crack in the picture they took at check in. It a little over a week now no update no proof of them ordering a new windshield. The service manager Albert is a complete A hole and was very rude to my mother when she went up there in person. Her windshield is now leaking water into the car. We will hold them accountable for any water damage and I have contacted the corporate office. Do Not Bring Your Car To This place

Even when you have an appointment you still wait as if you didn't and sometimes you see people that don't have appointments go before you, plus when it comes to sales they over markup their vehicles. I got my vehicle from DeLand Kia for 10 grand less than Daytona Kia offered the same car.

Worst service department ever. Went there last year with my kia soul; something was wrong with the power steering which is now electric in all new cars. I told them I think it's my battery they said ok well look at it. I sat there for three hours while they tried to replicate the problem. After a while I told them I have to go because I only have one vehicle and I have to go get my son from school i was taking all day. So they got my car from the service station and brought it to me and they were rude about it becauseI was a little agrivared from sitting there so long no one came to check on me and update me. I asked did you check the battery like I asked? They said yes. The next day I got in my car to go get my son from school, the car wouldn't start dead battery they never checked it. They turned my car on and let it sit there for 3 hours while they went and did whatever. You have to schedule an oil change here and they will probably schedule you from a week from when you call wich is super inconvenient. When you finally go for the oil change it will probably take three hours. Slowest, rudest, most incompetent service department ever.

Kia Service - 1st time & repeated experience was positive. Plus expected/estimated wait was less than the 2 hours. Pleasant waiting area.For later service, Kia provided round trip transportation to my home, which was so appreciated. Very accommodating

I went online to the Kia Tire Store to purchase two tires, book a four-wheel alignment, and have a scheduled oil change for my 2019 Kia Stinger. Using their online booking service, the tire purchase, the alignment, and oil change were quoted at $770.81 plus tax. Which would be approximately $820.91. So, it was quite a surprise when I received a bill, totaling $865.46. Doug the Kia Daytona service representative said that the online quoted prices were out of date, and these were now the costs. Also not included in the online quote was disposal, etc. costs. Doug did mention that he'd mention this price discrepancy to his Service Mgr. However, I have not heard anything from Kia Daytona regarding this issue.Kia Daytona did good work on my Stinger, but what really upsets me is that I chose to go to Kia Daytona based on the online prices quoted. In my opinion, if Kia Daytona can't honour their online quotes, then they shouldn't offer online quotes.

They target people by sending flyers that say the won $5,000 and will be able to buy a new car when they actually don't win anything. It gets their hopes up and they are so disappointed that they aren't getting a car. Shame on you

Very busy place. My oil change took about an hour and a half. I am impatient so it seemed longer, but in hindsight it was probably a reasonable amount of time. My only real complaint is all the chairs and sofas sit low down. That is difficult for me as I am an old lady.

I am pleased to announce a car dealership that goes out of its way to please the customer.veru courteous and professional staff that are there to tend to your needs.Not like the other dealerships that will tell you that something is wrong with your vehicle when nothing is really wrong with it so you spend your money ey for fake repairs that never existed. Here at KIA service dealership they will truthful tell you what's wrong with your car and will repair what is truly wrong with it.no fake repairs or unwanted false statements from there.they are here to serve you and not just for the money or for the company truthfulness and honesty is their greatest strengths. And you know what?They even give you a complimentary car wash.go ask another dealership for one and see what happens.to other dealership, Money comes first and customers last.all l ask is that you try them and if I'm wrong l will apologize but I'm sure I am right.Happy Motoring.
