This dealership was able to work out a great deal for my family and I. It was quick and painless. They made us very happy and stopped at nothing to ensure we were happy. We love our car and we loved the customer service and urgency we received From Micheal and Keith. Can forget about Abigail for teaching me all of the new tech. Daytona KIA is the BEST !! Just ask for Justin for a great time buying your new car . This was the best Car Experience we ve ever had ! Daytona Kia was amazing with every last detail. Our Salesman - Justin - was able to get us in a car with all the features we were looking for at a super price out the door, no haggling. The Finance Department handled everything with ease and Abigail took care of setting up our phones and all we needed to know about all the new features !! What a great team

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received at the Daytona Kia dealership. My experiences have been consistently negative, and I must say that I will never purchase another Kia vehicle again due to these experiences.The service I have received has been subpar, particularly regarding the ongoing issue with my 2022 Kia that remains unresolved despite multiple visits. The lack of communication, delays in obtaining ordered parts, and overall unresponsiveness have left me extremely frustrated.I believe that it is important for you to be aware of the impact that poor customer service can have on your customers loyalty and future business. Any event u see they offer its a big time sham. Branch manager told me himself. Unless u have a 900 credit score ur not getting the offer even though the event says otherwise. When u ask about the fine print or the stock they have at site. They will tell u come in and they can't give u the stock because it goes quickly. But when I showed up they were very quick to show me cars. (I live a hour away and expressed it multiple times) Guy was outside like a crackhead looking for a rock. I mean like seriously bad. Called me 5 times the next day after I said I'll keep looking. I almost drove out there just to give him some money because it seemed that bad. I'd go somewhere else. Please take my advice

This is my 2nd time using the Daytona Kia Service center and I have enjoyed both experiences coming to this center for my needs. Doug has been my advisor both times and he s always very pleasant when interacting with him. My services are always done in a quick timely manner and thanks to the hard work of everyone there, my car still gets me to my destinations.

Service person was honest and forthcoming with what needed to be done to my Sportage. I received a $20 off service coupon in the mail I was able to apply. My only negative comment is when I made the appointment the lady told me it would be about an hour wait for the service to be completed. I waited 2� hours which I wasn't expecting. Not the end of the world for me but could be for some customers. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. A very thorough look about the car with photos taken. Car was vacuumed inside and washed outside. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

May I say i have seen many mixed reviews but Bob thank you for the transparency, professionalism, very personable with what we wanted in a new car! God bless you and your family at home and at Kia!!! I just had my KIA Telluride serviced at the dealer where I purchased the car. This is the first time I have noticed that just for an oil and filter service that I was charged for a fuel additive and an oil additive that increased the cost by $23. However, I WAS NOT ASKED NOR TOLD ABOUT THESE ADDITIVES PRIOR TO THE SERVICE BEING PERFORMED. I looked at the KIA Maintenance service schedule and did not see any suggested or required additives for an oil change. I think these are just a way of getting more money from the customer for a service visit. Unfortunately these are often not noticed or over looked by the customer and added to the cost with out being informed. So, this will be the last time I take my vehicle in for dealer service at the Daytona KIA service center. And, on top of that, they are now charging 3% service charge for using a credit card.....really, you are not making enough money in your deceptive practices now! I grade this service dealership with an "F".

Staff checked me in for my appointment right on time, they were honest about how long the appointment would take and were clear on what they would need to do ( I was having multiple recalls looked at), they got me a ride home VERY quickly, the gentleman transporting me home was very friendly and a very safe driver, Tyler in the service department called and checked in with me multiple times throughout the day providing me with updates, they had my car ready to go when I arrived right before closing. They vacuumed interior and wiped things down, handing my vehicle off to me with a prinyed complete break down of everything that was done. I will absolutely be using these Kia dealership for any possible vehicle issues in the future!

I just bought a new 2024 Telluride! The experience was awesome... the staff and sales people were very attentive, knowledgeable, and really seemed to have my best interests in mind when purchasing a new vehicle. The whole process was seamless and did not take long at all from when I pulled up to the dealership to driving away in my new SUV! Rolando took his time to find the right vehicle for me and was not pushy at all. Thank you Daytona Kia!

Without question it was a 5 star experience! We had not bought a new car for15 years so were unfamiliar with new car features & purchase procedures. The salesman, Terrence Anderson was extremely helpful throughout the process, from test drive to financial arrangements. The other 2 people involved in the purchase process also deserve special mention. The woman in charge of distributing car user documents & the man responsible for final signatures and finances. We thought it was customer service at its best.

Absolutely the best experience purchasing a car at the Kia dealership in Daytona! If you are looking around for a new (or new to you) vehicle, you must stop by and talk to Stephen Tsitas! He was absolutely great with helping me find exactly what I was looking for! He is honest, fair, and has a sense of humor that made the 3 hour process feel like just an hour had gone by!

I was in that location once years ago and did not care for anything sales, service it was awful. My friend said give it a try don't keep driving to Saint Augustine and I did I received the best customer service by Chris he let me speak he answered my questions, and got me to spend 1,000 dollars in one day lolI felt like he was true and honest . This particular Kia spot is the service building. Kia owns the whole block here - - - new cars and some newer used, service and then the older used lot. As far as amenities, you might want to wait at home, There are 4 couches and a couple cozy chairs. Free coffee, water and wifi and that's it. It's loud, and no place to get some work done. Compare this to most other dealer's service waiting area areas and this one comes up like a Motel 6.

I have always gotten great service and fair prices at Daytona Kia. I needed new tires before going on a trip for Thanksgiving. They got me in the day before, gave me a great price on the tires I wanted, aligned and installed a new cabin air filter. They gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait and could get things done while my car was being worked on, and picked me back up when it was done. Thank you again for the great service Daytona Kia!

Chris was excellent and called me before they actually opened for business. He said they had what they needed for my car. Give them 3 hours to put the new tires on, do an alignment, wash the car and vacuum it out.3 hours later nothing had been done except one tire was removed. The lady running the desk was useless. The only thing she could do was point out which way to go to find Chris. We finally got our car and were ready to go about 11:45. However, the car hadn t been washed or vacuumed! Chris was a 5 star. The woman running the desk was a 2 star at best.

I recently moved to the area and needed both oil and front brake services. I also discussed an ongoing windshield leaking problem that the south Florida dealership where I purchased the vehicle was unable to or didn t want to solve.(4 months of appointments and run-around)Tyler Morris at Daytona Kia was totally professional and handled all of my service needs; including obtaining the authorization to have the windshield re-sealed under warranty! Amazing!My car was returned to me perfectly cleaned: interior vacuumed and exterior washed! This exceeded my expectations! Excellent customer service!Every person that I encountered, including the receptionist Wendy, was friendly and professional. William in sales was awesome as well!Great first impression Daytona Kia!!5 Stars

Chris was my service specialist. He was professional and courteous. I had an early appointment and they were accurate when I asked how long it was going to take. I added the Kia floor mats to my service and Chris put them in himself. I was very pleased with all aspects of my service that day.
