Purchased this 2020 Challenger( Chris) was my salesperson and Aaron was the closer..this two guys service and knowledge was above reproach. Had some issues after the sale( too long to go into details) but both Chris and Aaron went above and beyond to help resolve my issues. I came in prepared to give them hell but they both listened to my concerns and went into action resolving them. A-1 service,some of the most TOP TIER professionalism displayed by you two. Daytona Dodge stepped up in their customer service with the addition of you two! Thanks guys for your service!

My engine light came on for my 2020 Power Wagon and I contacted St. Augustine Dodge, who couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. I needed to leave in a week for a business trip to Pensacola from Saint Augustine. I contacted Daytona Dodge who got me an appointment in 4 days. (warning: they did not tell me to expect to leave my truck for up to 48 hours)Patrick Ilgenfritz was my service advisor who jumped right on my issue. It was the thermostat, and since I was there I asked them to look at my right mirror who's electronics were going haywire. Within 10 minutes Patrick took me into his office and informed me that he had good news and bad news, "the good news is that we have the thermostat in stock, the bad news is that the mirror will have to come from Orlando but we can get both fixed by tomorrow for you." He took me down to enterprise to get a rental, and stayed with me to be sure they had one available.I expected my truck to be finished by 3 pm the following day. I took my rental to my home in Saint Augustine, then to Jacksonville to work the next day. At 2 pm Patrick called to tell me my truck was done. I immediately left work, drove from Jacksonville to Daytona, stopped at the rental company who drove me back to Daytona Dodge to pick up my truck. From the minute I walked in the door to the time I stepped in my truck it was less than a half hour, and I was on my way to Pensacola.Patrick showed complete empathy during this whole process and that is what a service advisor is supposed to do, but normally does not happen. This man is top notch customer service. Thank you Patrick and Thank you Daytona Dodge!!

Just drove my Hellcat off the lot. Thanks to Sarkis and Charles! They made the experience so smooth and easy. So grateful for them and everyone at dodge. Sarkis made sure I was happy throughout the entire sale and super patient. Recommend seeing them when buying a car at dodge.

This is my favorite service shop by far! The Service Advisor Jimmy was very welcoming, attentive, and on point with making sure list of all my requests were addressed. He followed up to keep me informed of status during my wait, letting me know that things were getting done in timely manner. I actually didn t mind the wait since the waiting area coffee shop was fantastic w self service coffee machine w variety offerings + working areas for laptop + wireless mobile chargers. Jimmy s follow-ups in status helped me to coordinate so that I could get my work done on my laptop just in time my vehicle was ready to go, which was super awesome! Thanks Jimmy & Daytona JEEP!

I would strongly encourage everyone to avoid this establishment at all costs. Let me tell you a story and see how you would react (I bet you will say "speechless"). I took our van into service for an electrical problem. The van was literally in their service station for over 1 month (yes, that's right + 30 days). Half way through I was called and told the problem was fixed. I took a test drive for less than 1 mile and the problem popped up immediately. I took the van back right away and the staff say the issue. After waiting another 2+ weeks, I was told they could not figure out what the issue is even though it was seen by the staff multiple times. After picking up the van again after it was in their possession for over 30 days, yep, I took a test drive from less than 1 mile, and the problem came back yet again. I was told they test drove the van for over 100 miles and could not reproduce the problem. I have zero confidence this happened. A few days later, with the problem still persisting, I stopped at a tire/battery shop that installed a new battery for us about 6 weeks before starting my "journey" with this Chrysler's repair shop. The battery tech took a look at the van and noticed in 30 seconds that the battery cable was loose. He tighten the bolt for another 15-20 seconds. Now after driving the van for now 100s of miles, the problem is gone. Literally, the "master" service staff at Chrysler had the van for +30 DAYS and could not figure out this ultra simple fix that took a tech 30 SECONDS to solve. The tragedy for the owner of this Chrysler dealer is two fold: (1) I obviously will never go back to service my van here and (2) I was in the market for a brand new plug in Pacifica and I was evaluating the dealership for professionalism and service. As you would guess, I certainly am not going to be spending my hard earned money with them. If I could give a negative star rating, it would be the appropriate level of service provided to me. Was I right, are you "speechless" after reading this story?

Had a great experience with Zed, our salesman! He was very personable and made sure we were well taken care of. The process was relatively smooth and I m thrilled with how they processed my trade and with my new car! :) Highly recommend going in to see Zed for a few laughs and a new ride.

I purchased a second vehicle from Daytona Dodge and my experience with Chris Stevenson was 10 out of 10. I purchased my vehicle in July 2023 and he made the process as stress free and understandable as possible for me. I and ran into two separate issues which caused me to have to bring it in for repairs. I had no issues contacting Chris and receiving assistance and support through both issues. Not only did he assist with the issues being addressed in an expeditious manner but he was patient and genuine. Thank you a million times over Chris for your continued transparency, professionalism and curtesy. Please see Chris for all of your vehicle purchases. This was the second jeep dealer that I went to while shopping for a new jeep. The first was closer to home but did not have what I was looking for. Daytona DCJR had a fantastic variety of 2 and 4 door jeeps in all of the various trims. It was great to be able to compare all of the trims first hand. John, my salesman, was easy to work with and was accommodating at every opportunity. John was helpful and knowledgeable while comparing trims and features. He led negotiation with a positive and cooperative approach that made the visit pleasant and easy.Overall, I couldn't recommend this dealer or John highly enough!

So have an appointment to have a recall fixed and a new key fob. So I arrived at appointment and was told gotta keep truck over night. Reason was they were to backed up. Not sure what good appointments do. Plus my key fob which was there disappeared. Called at about 1 pm the following day and was told I was next in line . Finally got it about 3 pm. Service writer was polite but really showed no care about the issue.Unreal. I lost 2 days use over a 1 hr repair because of the short staff excuse, so sick of that. Sometimes i wonder if there is more money in service that warranty repair so you get shuffled back. Just a theory. Key fob was supposed to be here Monday it's now Wednesday and no call. This ordeal along with other issues with this truck have made me never buy another ram truck.

I have been to this place a few times since I bought my car seeing that it is closer to where I am currently located. I am grateful for the team that this place has, they are very patient, especially with hard to help customers like myself when I am on such a tight schedule. All the way from the shuttle driver, Mrs Tina, she is AWESOME, like for real, she is very Real, communicable, & she also has a great attitude towards the people that she has to serve, as well as getting you where you need to be in good health timing. The lady Jonie, she is the front cashier she was very helpful while I was inside of the dealership, even to the point of her being able to help me with the coffee/tea machine every time I come in there. I appreciated her because I definitely wouldn t have made it through the day without it. And last but not least, the cheat code Paul, I cannot say how much he has been patient & helpful to me, more than words can say. I really honestly can say he has the patience of Job, he really honestly do. One thing I can say is he stands behind what they say their going to do. By answering my calls after hours waiting on me when I was running late or anything. They are the company that will go above & beyond the call of duty & that s why I continue to go back & mess with them! Go check them out over there, it s really as sweet as I am making it sound & some. to this dealership, & I didn t even buy my car from here! Thank you all, your hard work does not go unnoticed.

This place has some serious problems in their service department! Purchase a new gladiator, as I was driving home check engine light, tire air pressure system, and stop/start system lights all come on!!!!Brought it in 2 days later for the paint treatment I paid extra for. Service dept wouldn t look at the service lights issue AND, they ran out of the material for the paint ceramic treatment! Had to reschedule to come back another time. Rescheduled through sales person for surface treatment and service lights. Dropped it off, 6 hours, when I picked it up, lights were off - assume they did the treatment (wondering?), and then drive down the street about three miles and all 3 lights back on!!!Make another appointment 2 weeks later - to drop off on Tuesday. I drop it off Tuesday 10am. Didn t hear from service until 6pm with an automated message to text their line with any questions. Didn t hear again. Thursday I ask for a follow up by text. Alex says they have not looked at vehicle yet, tech to be assigned on Friday. Texted for f/u on Friday, response was they will look into it. Never got back with me. Here it is Saturday, noon, have had 0 positive follow up from service department, and stuck without transportation for 5 days! New vehicle!!!

Paul was my service manager. He was patient and listened to my issues. My van was in and out in no time. One of the problem was fixed within 30 min. He was courteous and showed care and concern. I am very happy with him. Thank You, Paul.

Wonderful place to buy a vehicle. They will try to work with you as much as possible compared to the other dealers. The owner of the dealership is a nice and caring person as well. The sales people are all friendly and attentive, willing to help. I bought a Ram truck and it's completely everything you could want out of a vehicle. Even after my purchase they made sure I was still happy with my vehicle.

I purchased my BMW from here. I ve been getting all my oil changes with them since I purchased it because my first 2 were free. I recently tried to get my oil change elsewhere, and I was informed that the last people who did the oil change (Daytona dodge) put the incorrect drain plug and now it can t be put back because it s the incorrect size. I called Daytona dodge to let them know the issue and they literally told me that they will not fix it for free and that they will charge me a diagnostic to look at the problem. Even though they are the people responsible for doing a faulty job. I would not trust them to do any work and go elsewhere. I am also considering legal action because I have to pay a bunch of money to get this fixed. NOT HAPPY!!

My experience at the oil express oil lane was very good until they informed me that I had a few oil changes leftover that I couldn t use any longer. I don t think this is fair. I have purchased these oil changes they were Not given to me! They told me the plan had expired. I purchased this truck brand new and paid for the oil changes and was never told or notified that it would expire! Just because I don t put on the mileage I shouldn t be penalized for something I paid for!

I Tried to get an offer on my mint Dodge Viper with 10k miles and I was insulted with $20k lowball offer that doesn t even buy a dodge neon. Apparently, My tone of voice triggered the millennial salesman and I was rudely interrupted, unprofessional Clowns.

Just recently had a lift kit, steering stabalizer, new tires and wheels put on my 22 Jeep Gladiator. Trina, Patrick and Carl were awesome. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with the entire process from start to finish. Pricing was great and service even better. I will be going back to them for future add ons/service. I would recommend them to anyone.

This dealership requires 48-72 hours excluding weekends to analyze your problem. During that time, your vehicle must remain with them. Then, if you agree with their solution, they ll order parts and schedule the repair. Even the simplest repair will take several days while you re left without transportation. Go to an independent repair shop. Better hourly rates and much quicker service.

Had my brakes checked out here because they were squealing. Received a diagnostic report via email saying pads were in great shape, nothing significant could be found. A month later I had a different mechanic remove the rear tires to check again. There were literally NO BRAKE PADS on the vehicle. This joke of a dealership tried to get me killed.

The service here and communication is the worst I ve ever seen. Such a hassle. The right hand don t know what the left hand is doing. Had a recall notice in the mail. Made an appointment to get it fixed. Went to drop it off and my appointment wasn t even put in on the schedule so I took the car back home. I took it back two days later so I need these fixed, they took my car in. Had it for two days. Call me back and say they can t fix one without the other. They should ve known that before I ever dropped it off. The parts were on back order. I asked them when these recalls went into effect. The first one I didn t know about was three years ago . And the last one I just got a notice on was eight months ago. And the parts were on backorder. I actually had to get the owner involved. And it was done within a day. The services advisors at Daytona Dodge are a cluster. They mess with customers and don t even know what they re doing. I got the car back from that. Took it back in and said that it s shaking in reverse like a rough idol. They tell me that is the motor mount. This is a 2015 Cherokee limited. With low mileage for the year. How can a motor be bad? I asked him how much it would cost for them to replace it. They told me 1560 some dollars. The engine light was on when I dropped it off . They did a diagnostic on it and told me that it needed an OEM oil filter. I just had the oil changed three days prior. Had a quick lube. They change the oil for $90. And charge me $300 to tell me it needed the oil filter changed . Labor is $280 an hour. ???? I ll be trading this off the Ford dealership and never buy Dodge again.update: they said if I deleted this review they would give me a free oil change.. it s not worth it. Customers need to know what s going on! So I took my jeep Cherokee Limited, to my own mechanic, that is very good and very reasonable. What the Dodge dealer is going to charge me $1560 for. He fixed it an hour and a half and charged me $80 plus the $79 for the part. Which was half as much as what the Dodge dealer was going to charge me for the part. And about $1480 less than the Dodge dealer is gonna charge me for labor. Take it as you may. I hope this helps other people make the right decisions .

Got an inspection done. Had my car helld for several days. Post inspection, no call back on if part is shipped. Two weeks later, service advisor says still no update. One month later, service advisor quit, and, the inspection ended up being useless because they diagnosed that my car needs a part, the car "doesn't even have"! Now I gotta schedule again, take time off work again, wait more and more again. Perhaps there is a reason that in a span of 3 months, both my service advisors quit.

After I purchased my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had an issue with the Jeep. The Jeep kept beeping every time I drove. I took the Jeep to service to see what the issue was. I was told that it was an ABS break issue. They couldn't fix the issue; my car sat at the dealership for a month it turns out it was a setting in my navigation system causing the beeping. No one communicated the service manager didn't know my car was in the shop for 30 days, and David Sparks, the operation manager, promised me that they would take care of one of my payments and give me his phone number and I could call him day or night I have not heard from him since. I also wrote the owner, Randy Dye, after I talked to him the first time that I still have issues with my Jeep, which he never emailed me back. This is why no one communicates if the owner couldn't take time as a customer to email me back. When I talked to the owner the first time I explained to him there is a broken process in your service department and customer service. Randy quickly corrected me when I discussed the processes and the customer service. However, as the customer, I know there is an issue with your customer service in the service department and also the processes at your dealership.The service advisor, Jimmy Z., would never give an update. I would have called him to drive to the dealership myself. One last thing when I was cleaning my car, I noticed screws and rubber flaps that prevent water from going underneath the hood. The technician did not screw back in my car when he was trying to attempt to fix the brakes. Also, the rubber flaps blew off in the carwash. I was going to give this dealership another try, but when I saw that, I was done. I will not be returning to this dealership's horrible service. This dealership has sucked the air out of the excitement and getting a new car.

The person taking care of customers on the service department need to get a training on customer care. Had to leave my truck there so I asked for the customer shuttle service, was told in 30 minutes but had to ask again one hour later. Then he told me he will give me a call on Monday and never received the call. I did call three days later to know about the status of my truck service.

Told my service advisor I needed a loaner when I made my appointment last week. My jeep is still under warranty, Jeep Wave! It's in for a previous issue with auto stop/start. He told me when I got here for my appointment they don't have any loaners and Hertz had no rentals. Meanwhile, an older gentleman was getting a loaner. Guess because I'm NOT a man I don't get one!! He seemed to give me an attitude when I came in to make my appointment. Guess he has an issue with women.

I had an appointment February 7th 7 Ami dropped my vehicle off the day before To have a safety recall repaired the next day. I called the service adviser. Patrick asked him how long it would take. He set a few hours later in the afternoon. I tried calling texting. They said no service advisors were available. In someone who called me back I waited till 5 o'clock. I received no call. I talked to the receptionist told her. I needed my vehicle back for work connecting. Finally, she got me connected with Patrick who called me an active like I was in conveniencing him. He said having an appointment just means you get the drop. Your vehicle off doesn't mean we will work out at the same day. So I told him. Give my keys to the cashier and I will pick the vehicle up.

The staff was very friendly. This isn't my first time buying a car, and know/ understand how pushy dealerships can be. Everyone here made the experience very relaxed, and at no point felt I was being pushed into anything. Thank you for a great experience!
