I had gotten into an auto accident back at the end of May 2023. I was advised to take my car to the Daytona Auto Mall body shop in Daytona Beach Florida, which was the worst mistake. The only time that they had ever called me with an update was when my car initially got down there other than that I had tried to call and I never got an update on my car. Towards the end of September I had drove down there to get a status update because the receptionist had told me that my car was going to be done the day that I drove down there. When I drove down there I went around the back lot and saw my car sitting there, not repaired at all the bumper was still off and on the window it said that they had miss ordered parts. When I went inside, I had requested to speak to a manager sat down, spoke with him and he gave me his personal phone number so that I could contact him about the repairs of my car. He said that it would be done that following week so when I texted him on Tuesday that following week to get an update the number came back as a fake number. I tried calling it and it was an automated message that said that the number was not in service. I ended up going down there and picking it up after them having it for 4 months and by the time I got back to Jacksonville I went to go open my trunk and I realized that my trunk and my driver backside tail light was messed up so I had called them to schedule an appointment to fix it. I went down there this past week on Tuesday I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours, and all they did was run my car through the car wash. If anything they made my trunk worse and they left a dent on my car Near where the taillight is messed up and also left grease stains on my roof liner. I have now been down there two times after the initial repairs for them to try and fix the damages that are still on my car that should have been fixed in the first place and they have not done anything. They are not communicative at all. They do not respond to voicemails. They do not respond to phone calls. They will leave you on hold until the phone hangs up. There was even a point in time where they had blocked my number from calling them. Now I am having to try and work out with my insurance and look to take my car to another body shop and pay out-of-pocket for the repairs because I do not trust the people down there to be working on my car. It should ve been fixed initially the first time when they had it for four months.

I ve got a 2015 Ford fusion took it in there for bodywork for the front. To change out a headlight bulb for your models around this. You have to take bolts and plugs off the top and the bottom plus plugs around the side by the fender. You then take the whole front end off then a couple more bolts to get to the headlights. As if that s not difficult enough, they thought it would be a hoot to add to the fender from inside the wheel. Well that you have to pull the cover off in order to get to these plugs that you can t see. I don t know why they thought oh there s never been any plugs in that hole for any of the Ford fusions we brought in here let s do it for this one!congratulations you weren t a one star review because that is so hilarious!

The whole team here did a great job keeping me updated on my vehicle! My bumper looks fantastic and even better than straight from the factory. Highly recommend to anyone and way better than your local shop.

I needed to get new tires on my SUV. I went into the body shop and spoke with the manager and asked if they would have some time to fix a couple of extra things on my car while I was getting new tires. He reassured me that everything extra that I wanted to get done would be done the same day I was getting my new tires. They fixed my back bumper that had a dent on it from someone hitting my car. And replaced my front break pads as well. The service was very good and I appreciate the honesty. I will definitely bring my SUV back and will recommend to my friends and family.

Had an incident with my car and took it to the guys here because its fairly new and man was I more that happy that I did. Wanda, Sandy and the entire team was phenomenal, when i got the car back I noticed one thing and called to let them know and they took it back immediately to fix the issue and gave me a full interior detail and wash and wax not once but twice. I cannot praise the team there enough for their phenomenal work, customer service, and kindness

Had my truck fix at Daytona Auto Mall Body Shop. Nick was very knowledgeable. He helped me understand the process. Best bodyshop in the area. Color match was perfect. Hopefully I will never have to use them again, but if I do iI'll definitely be coming back. Thank you Dayona Auto Mall Body Shop!

Thanks to Bill Grant for making an unfortunate experience less unpleasant. Bill took the time to explain the repairs needed and how they would be handled. He debated with the Insurance company to ensure the correct parts and replacement parts were used and no corners were cut to save the insurance company money. He treated our car like it was his own pride and joy. We greatly appreciate him and the wonderful work done at Daytona Auto Mall Body Shop.

I just want to give the adjuster Sean Hecox some recognition. Sean made the experience a extremely seamless one. He gave me a spot on estimate and got me back the car exactly when stated. If you read some of the reviews on here, some of them are kind of horrendous.The shuttle drivers Lloyd & Linda got me back to my house in one piece also & was a pleasure to chat with during the 1/2 hour commute from the body shop to my house.It was a 5 star experience from start to finish, definitely deal with Sean H. & your experience will be seamless as well. This place is the best Bodyshop in town, the quality of work was far beyond my expectations, it s not only on the amazing major repair job done in one week, but also on the fantastic customer service with the very good communication skills I got into an auto accident and went to Daytona Auto Mall Body Shop for repairs, the collision manager Jason Brezee went above and beyond with helping me, make sure I was taken care of, and the advisor/adjuster Sean Hecox was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough throughout the entire process, they took care everything, keep me up to date on each step.Just picked up my Audi A7 today, couldn t tell it ever had damage, they really did flawless amazing job!Everyone there was so friendly and very helpful, I will recommend them 100%

Do not waste your time! I received my car back in April of 2023 after they had it for two whole months. There was minor repairs from an accident. Not only did they miss a few things that my insurance paid for. (I was refunded) but it s 9 months later, and the paint job they did is now pealing. I m not bothering to contact them because they either never answer, or never get back to you. They do not care about their customers satisfaction at all.

If you want the review fixed actually call me. Poor communication. Volusia county paying for damage. I have called multiple times had to go uo there couldnt get answers on phone. Cant get any time frame or update. Last correspondence let me do some research and i will call you back. Still no call back.

This place is fantastic got into an auto accident 2/26, and went to Daytona Auto Mall Body Shop. Our adjuster who handled our claim and inspection of our car SEAN HECOX was exceptional very thorough, helpful, reassuring, and helped dealing with the insurance company of the other driver involved. SEAN is The Bomb . Thank you Sir!!!

Stay as far away from this business !The start date of our vehicle was dropped off on May 1, 2023. Our vehicle was finally completed on August 2, 2023. We had nothing but problems and excuses from the estimator. Allen Kasic. When we dropped off our truck the window operated perfectly and went up/down without any problems.The door was dented and the door locks didn't work though the window was fine. Also, when we picked up the vehicle the carpets were soaked in front and back. It was all too apparent they stored our truck outside without the door on. There was water in and on the dashboard. We made a complaint with Mr Jimmy Bergen about the soaked carpets and the window not working. I was assured that they would make the repairs and cleaning or replace the carpets.We sent him pictures of carpet by email on several occasions and even showed him the damages. After a week it was quite obvious they don't care about the quality of their work and lack ethics. We are requesting that the carpets be replaced and that they repair the window operation.It took them from May to August to make the repairs on our truck and we heard one excuse after another and we are still not satisfied with the work they did.We also contacted the BBB and they wouldn't even respond to our complaints.

This is by far the slowest auto body shop I have ever seen. They have had my car there since August 23rd, I was told October 6th that my car was in Detailing and it should be ready by October 9th or 10th. It is October 10th and I m still not hearing back from this shop. How long does it really take to detail a vehicle? It took over a month and a half to fix a few minor cosmetics and the steering wheel column. Every time I call to get an ETA, they tell me a new timeline or I get transferred to a person that never picks up the phone. This place is very unprofessional and disorganized. I will NEVER use or recommend their services again.

I had a front bumper cover paint job done because Nissan had damaged it. After it was completed three days later i got the car drove it home and noticed the sides were not linked up like the clips were not clipped in so i returned it to them they said fifteen minutes to fix it but i waited 2.5 hours. Now I've had the car back about six week and already on the right top it looks like there is no clear coat and its got a flat ruffled look. I've only had a few different vehicles at the Auto Mall Body Shop but each time it had to be returned for something.

I figured that being the biggest body shop around, that they would likely be the best, and that I would be writing a positive review at this point, but that flew the coop. Long story short, they are slow, very disorganized, uncommunicative, and completely without quality controls. I mean, seriously, how could you possibly replace the door handle and not be aware that the door still does not open??? Add to that a very obvious 2 foot long decal missing and other issues that had me take it back TWICE after being "repaired", and you've got serious management issues. Just getting them to return messages is a real challenge that takes dedicated effort and possibly even driving back to the shop just to get a response. They not not un-nice people, just seem quiet harried, hurried, and lacking over-site. Just adding good quality control checks would improve the experience. I think if I have to get body work done again, I will look elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with my GEICO claim that was dealt with by the AutoMall Body Shop, and Shontelle Hardy in particular. Shontelle was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process, and made what started out as an unpleasant event (a car accident) turn out very positively. The quality of work was far beyond my expectations. My car now looks NEW!! Thank you so much.

Terrible, terrible, service!! After a rear end collision I went to them as a body shop that the person that hit me's insurance wanted me to go to. Two trips later, they lost the estimate on my car and now almost 30 days later my car is still not repaired!

They did a fantastic job bringing my beautiful Ford Focus to brand-new condition! I picked a great facility. Definitely it is a challenge finding a good body shop, but the work they did narrowed it down to this body shop to serve my family s/friends/coworkers needs!

I recently had to buy a new vehicle unexpectedly and they made the experience so incredibly easy , I was already dealing with a huge issue and going there just made that issue better . Such a friendly staff and so helpful with my situation . They worked with my needs in what I needed . I never thought I d say buying a car was easy but they made it as pleasant as possible .

Brought my Ford Fiesta SPORT EDITION in for a new frame. They were able to get ALL of the work done in 2 days!! My Fiesta has never driven straighter. HUGE thanks to everyone involved in making this happen in a timely manner so I could make it to the exotic car show in Orlando. I was even able to make it to cars and coffee!!!! I will refer EVERYONE here.

Mostly great work on my car repairs, but the communication was absolutely unacceptable. I dropped off my car on October 11 and finally got to pick it up on November 8. I understand that the shop may have been inundated with repairs because of the hurricanes, but I should have been contacted throughout the repair process to receive updates on when my car would be ready. AJ was the only reliable service representative; he would locate the individual in charge of my repairs and ask for clarification regarding why my finish date was always pushed back (it changed three times during the month my car was at the shop). Had I been contacted that the repairs were taking longer than expected (instead of having to take the initiative to call and ask why I hadn t heard anything), I would have been satisfied with my experience here. Also, when my car was finally ready for pickup, my side mirrors (which should have looked brand new because they were there for repairs) had not been buffed, so they looked as bad as they did when I dropped off the car. I expected exceptional attention to detail since my car was gone for almost one month. I would not return here for additional repairs.
