I came to Daytona for bike week and my 05 softail kept on losing battery power. I suspected my regulator and decided to bring it to get checked. I believe her name was Mitzy and she was able to get me seen by Dale. He did a couple of test and was able to find the issue which was a grounds wire. He got me back on the road with no more issues. I love this shop.

Brought my GL1100 in for some needed maintenance, found out the previous owner messed up one of my carbs. Dale did his best and then waited for me to buy a new set of carbs and redid the work on my new set to make it right! Bike rides like a dream now. He even replaced some missing parts off my bike that he had laying around! Awesome shop, great team, don t hesitate to bring your bike to Dale!

I was referred to Dale's by a fellow biker for my tires. Prices were reasonable, and although Dale was short staffed, the turnaround time was also reasonable. I did have a snafu that occurred a week later, but Dale took care of it at his own cost. Honest guy, making an honest living. The other team members were also a pleasure to deal with. Hell yeah, I recommend this place.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. WRONG DIAGNOSIS. the women at the front desk very rude with no respect for anyone or their bikes. dropped my bike off with no expectation of time. well they took advantage of that. had my bike for a over month with a diagnosis of a problem that was later wrong, i find out after i had to go take my bike back due to no one answering phones in shop an closing early on days i come in to talk. felt like they were doing their best to avid me and were fast to give me my back back not fixed because he couldn't figure it out. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

Brought my 14 ROAD KING in for a rear tire tube replacement. I called prior to going and was told bring it in. No problem we ll get it right in. And that they did. A+++. Andrew was the tech. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. In and out in under 45 minutes. Saved the day as I made the trip from NY for bike week.Thanks guys I definitely appreciate it.

Used a car jack to lift my bike by the motor .. not 40 years experience .. was told he could not remove brake caliper .. just a simple tire change .. returned money and left .. went to sledz east

Probably the worst motorcycle shop here in the area when Dale ran the business it was probably safe to bring a bike there now it'll be worse off before you brought it in.. And they over charge everyone they can.

Purchased a 2007 Suzuki C50 with fuel injection problems, Dale found what the problem was and in less than two hours it was fixed and I will be on my way riding. He found a rubber seal bad, awesome service. Will take all my bikes to Dale when repairs needed.

dale was awesome i was in daytona bike week and my bike broke down he took me in and took such great care of my bike that has over 50k in to it and i was nervous he took such great care of me and the bike and got me back up and running buzz was great he worked on the bike very Knowledgeable guys both

Dales wife called me about my carburetors I dropped off , I planned on coming in next day or 2 , she was very rude and it sucks because dale and Stephanie are awesome ,she wouldn t give her name and kept interrupting me with a Hostile attitude I didn t deserve to be treated this way !! Times are tough since Biden has been president we are in a recession ! kindness would of had me there in the morning but now I don t ever want to set foot in this place ever again it s really sad she had to chase away another one of dales customers away sad sad day

Made an appointment the day before. Explained I was wanting a car tire mounted on my Victory Cross Roads. Was not a problem when I made the appointment. I supplied the tire which was also not a problem. My appointment was for 10:00, at 10:50 I was told they won't put the tire on. That it was too big for the stock 16x5 rim. Factory tire is a 180 and the tire I brought is a 195. That's 1/2" difference once mounted. Guy tried to tell me the tire needed to be on an 8" rim. These tires go on 5"-6" car rims. Not sure where he learned how to do tires but I don't suggest going there. If they dont want to do a car tire they shouldn't have told me they would when I made the appointment. Dales is amazing!! Took the bike there for a plug in the back tire, dale plugged it, even fixed my back break lever that was bent and he even lubed and tightened my chain. Good, kind and genuine people. He s the only guy you can trust with your bike!!! Don t go anywhere else!!!

My boyfriend and I came down for bike week from Nj. We broke down Thursday late afternoon. We found Dales repair shop on google. Dale told us to bring the bike in. They had it fixed within 4 hours same day. They saved our trip. Thank you to Dale and Buzz! They are so knowledgeable and reasonable priced. This is the shop for you. My boyfriend rides custom Harley. They took great care of it and knew exactly what the problem was within the first 5 minutes. Dale should have 5 star rating!!!!

Dale & his crew were extremely knowledgeable & very professional. I m in Flagler county, but still took my Burgman 650 to Dale s because there isn t anyone as experienced near me.( I checked) Also .back in July, I had a motorcycle wreck that left in bad shape for awhile. Dale s was there to help without charging me, allowing me to store my damaged bike on his property. This motorcycle shop is as good as any dealer shop if not better. & they have the coolest dog can almost always trust a dog owner lolService: Engine repair

I took my Honda motorcycle to the official Honda dealership in town and not only did they not fix the problem, they charged me a lot and they didn't know what the true problem was! The wonderful mechanics at Dale's figured out the problem and repaired it at a fraction of the price! I wish I came here first instead of going to the other place! It would have save me several hundred dollars! Highly recommend!Service: Brake service & repair

Wish I could give this man more stars! He's honest, fair ,friendly and will personally take care of your issue. Works on ALL motorcycle brands. He fit me in and he was busy. That alone speaks volumes for his integrity. He is the only person who will ever mechanic my bikes for the future. More than fair pricing. If you try him you won't go back to expensive rookie mechanics. He himself has tons of experience and been in the area for decades.

Good folks with good attitudes. 4'th place I called for a 2 tire installation on a Ducati with a single sided swing arm. I was starting to think I would have to ship it to Italy when Stephanie answered the phone and said " No problem, we can do it tomorrow " Excellent price. No nonsense. Thanks y'all. This is the third shop I took my 1999 Fatboy. They were nice, very patient letting me explain the problem that no one could solve. (Turn signal issue, too-long a story to bore you with.) They solved the problem, found where I could get the out of stock part, and charged me a very reasonable rate to install. Special thanks to Buzz who really went the extra mile to help me.
