Always reliable and never had to question any of the work done. They have no issues dealing with anything I throw at them. Big or small they are always willing to give it a shot. Appreciate them greatly and will continue to use their great service.

This family business is the best! Had a situation that needed quick attention. Brett was great communicating with me and keeping me updated. Very responsive. Chad and Tony arrived and immediately went to work! Went out of their way to find parts to get the repairs done. They met every challenge with determination to figure it out. Zero stars. Hubby got a flat tire at 4:30 a.m, so I called Bob Barrett's Roadside Service because they advertise 24-hour assistance. I got a recorded message that said nobody is available to take your call, so I phoned another 24-hour service, which dispatched help immediately. The truck arrived within 20 minutes. After finally getting back to sleep just before 7:00, I'm awakened at 7:30 by some kid calling, who sounds like he just crawled out of bed. He says "Huh lohh. This is Bob's Towing. Do you still need assistance?" That's rich. Like customers should wait at the side of the road for three hours hoping someone at Bob's might return their call.

Couldn t thank these guys enough. My tandem axle boat trailer had a rear hub completely explode as I was almost home. I managed to get it home, but was left evaluating options on how to get it to a trailer repair shop when I found Bob Barrett Roadside Service. They showed up at my house and got my trailer back to 100%!

Brett, the owner was super professional and quick in response. Had a flat tire and he came in a matter of minutes and did an amazing job. Highly recommend to others!

I used Bab Barrett service for the first time in Edgewater, FL. I had a truck down and I am based in PA. I could not find a vendor to run the call and I was not sure what was going on with our unit. They answered the phone at 530 am and agredd to run the call. They met the ETA they provided me and were able to get our truck up and running. They also did not overcharge. This is a huge piece to an over the road trucking company. When you call a vendor that does not decide to take advantage of you because you need them. They did not hold our truck until payment was received vendors tend to do that also. I was very happy with not only the quality of work they provided but the fee they charged. I will be using Bob Barretts many more times, thank you.

I have a diagnostic of what was wrong with my truck he only have to get the part ( air compressor) and replaced it he did it truck drive !14 miles and the compressor blow up not his fault i have to get another road service and take the part to the dealer to get another one because was under warranty and that is where i found out that this road service charge for his job and also make $300 more on the part. IM NOT USE HIM AGAIN.

Had an emergency and we called at 4 am. The radiator reservoir was cracked, there are no Freight liner dealerships in Daytona. They guy went to the Freight Liner dealership and back to the truck fixed by 11am. Amazing service, professional and honest. Recommend hands down!
