These guys are top notch. Professional, fast,courteous, and efficient. They even replaced my spare under the car and replaced my jack. That's customer service at its finest! The best thing is, they weren't the most expensive. They do more than just replace tires, they do laser alignments and other things. Call them.

I went to multiple tire shops in the area, all of them continue to say I needed a new tire but I knew that wasn t true. He patched it up for me and also told me about the services they provided. I have no knowledge about cars and I know other people don t and a lot of mechanics know that and take advantage of people. Chris did not and I greatly greatly appreciate that. Now if anything is wrong with my car, I ll be back. They have tons of services and If you don t have much knowledge about cars and you re worried about getting ripped off, you can come here and they ll take care of you!

When i called Big L tires, i spoke with Chris. Immediately i heard in his voice that he was willing to help and concerned with me getting the best tire and a reasonable rate. I drove 1.5 hrs to his shop and was met with all the courtesy and respect. Their honesty and compassion for my truck and tires went beyond expectations. i will continue to do business with them.To add to this post i must mention the workers louis and wilmur, i have never seen 2 men so determined and dedicated to getting an old truck with rust in PERFECT alignment. The fight they put up with goes above and beyond their skills and determination Thank you so much

I'm a repeat customer have button quite a few spares stopped in for a plug the other day charge $20 didn't even cut the plug or put air in the tire first turn I went around it pulled the plug out of the front tire and was leaking again will not do business there again don't recommend a $2 plug charging $20 I could have bought four plug sets at $5 a piece for a total of 20 plugs anytime I needed them I stopped because they were right there and I do business with them I will not know longer have also gotten a junk tire there I see why they don't get much business

Great customer service and unbeatable prices! I was in need of tires immediately and I literally called over 15 places in town and no one had my tire size in stock. I called Big L Tires and not only did they have all FOUR of my tires in stock but they were able to get me in within 30 minutes of me calling and I was in and out of there within 25 minutes. I highly recommend this shop and would definitely go back again!

Big L Tires really saved me and my baby today. Stopped by because I noticed a nail in my tire. Once the tire was off so we could get it patched up. We noticed the tire was bubbling up. It could ve popped at anytime. The service was quick and the price was great for a tire replacement. The best part is this company is also bilingual. I will be using this as my new tire place the people working today were very nice and very helpful.

After popping my tire driving through the hell that is Daytona Beach on a Saturday, Big L was the only place in town that gladly helped me, even though it was a few minutes before their closing time.The owner himself was a real class act, and he represented his business well. He even gave me a great deal replacing not only the tire I lost, but an extra front tire as well. Service was speedy and paying was quick and hassle-free.They saved my bacon, my wallet, and my day at the beach.

This shop is the best !!!! They did everything possible to get my 2 front tires on !!!! Then I found out they weren't open he and his mechanics just took over and put my car on the road. I was blessed again. Also on a long weekend stay so no where near home. Thank you so much to all the men that help put my car back on the road !!My score for them is a 10 !!
