I have a 2010 Lexus Rx 350 and had a dim headlight and a dash notification that my AFS system needed attention. I found Affordable after my regular maintenance shop told me to take my car to the dealership. Without Tony at the S. Daytona location making a call to Jim to confirm that he has a guy familiar with my issue, I would've had to go to Lexus. Jim at the holly hill location had a mechanic that was familiar with my issue and had the proper equipment to test Lexus CPU systems to investigate it. They were honest and very fair with pricing! Definitely took hours to properly diagnose and they only charged me the 1 hr diagnosis fee! I would recommend this place to everyone, especially if you don't want to feel like you are getting taken advantage of...women won't feel like they need to bring a man to feel comfortable. It's also hard to find a place that can or will work on foreign luxury vehicles and know what they are doing. Jim and Tony, I thank you and your team!

Amazing service, Tony and his techs are super knowledgeable and honest. They quickly diagnosed my vehicle and gave me options and recommendations for what I should do, and helped me to get up and running again. These guys are the only people I trust my car with!

2012 Chevy cruz charged step daughter 1800$ for alternator job and the alternator part was provided. Not sure how this happened or why but not professional taking a new driver for money! Thats a couple hundred dollar job at most but happened before I caught it.

I am still in total disbelief with what happened. I am absolutely livid, completely outraged. My dad, almost 81, bless his heart, was feeling a strong vibration when driving his car. He felt it was in the front near the fan or transmission. So, since he knew the previous owners of this auto repair shop, being a reputable business, took his car there to see if they could pinpoint the problem. Well, they said it was a bearing in the transmission and would cost close to $2,000 to repair. In the meantime there was a temporary fix called Instant Shudder Fix. Oh, to find out it was the bearing, they dropped the transmission pan to drain the fluid instead of removing by a hose and being able to reuse it. So, the transmission fluid cost $200, filter was $36.48, good ole labor was $100. They put in a bottle of the Instant Shudder Fix which was $33.75, (and need I say can be purchased at O Reilly s for $12.49. After taxes and supplies the total was $363.95. The $12.49 Instant Shudder Fix didn t work. My dad explained this to them. He was told that sometimes it takes time to work into the trans. Right on the Instant Shudder Fix bottle it states works fast and instant . Nothing about it takes time . Well, dad drove his car around. The Shudder Fix never did anything. Dad even put in more and it didn t work. Mind you, my dad is almost 81, on social security and trusted these people because he knew the previous owners, their reputation and their work. And he was completely taken advantage of for almost $400. You should be completely disgusted with yourselves. This is just one example. Another a friend of mine took her car up for repairs. Had close to $2,000 of work done. She ended up with an oil leak because they didn t change the gaskets. When she explained what was going on, they said they could fix the problem however it would be $300. You can just imagine what she told them. What in the hell is wrong with you people??? Word of mouth is the best advertisement and I have a BIG mouth!!!

Tony the owner is a very pleasant gentleman. He took his time to give me as much information as possible and to give me his best offer. His rates are fare and better than the competition. I felt at ease with the honesty and customer care. Joe the mechanic that took care of my truck was very knowledgeable and honest, he went for the best possible solution for my problem. Thank you both for your services.

First off I just want to thank the whole team there for helping fix our cars after this hurricane. I have been to 2 different mechanics before this one and by far affordable auto pros is the most professional and honest straight forward shop I have been to. I made appointment for electrical and it was fixed within the time limit. This auto repair shop is the best I ve been to in the Daytona area. They are friendly, fair, and do great diagnostic work to find the real cause of the issue without charging you for unnecessary things. Thorough job at an affordable price. I worked with the owner, Tony, and he was very knowledgeable and willing to share his best practices. They also fixed an issue with the last shop I used in repairing my E-Brake, and didn't charge for the expertise! Thanks Tony, I'll be back.

These people used to be honest!There kindness approach tactics is there way of making you feel like there here to help.Tired of dealing with Tony he such a liar!The crazy thing is Tony doesn't hardly know anything about mechanics he trust his mechanics in everything they say and he believes them.Stay away!!!!!!LOL whats really hilarious about this is that they commented back on this review on a scenario that isn't even mine!Not sure who they are talking about but its obviously another UNHAPPY customer!Sorry but everything you said is not what happened not even close so you're thinking of the wrong customer.As a business owner like myself I will tell you stop trusting your mechanics or in which Tony's case he has to because he isn't mechanically inclined at all!Horrible place stay away!Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you're ever looking for sincere honesty and genuine care for you car Tony and Mark are your guys. We came in from out of town and needed our suv serviced. We we're having electrical issues were our completely shut off on us while driving. Tony and Mark was able to pin point the issue as well as help us get back on the road safely. And the best part about our visit was it was extremely affordable a few dollars shy from $200. Thank you Tony and Mark

Hands down best place around. This will forever be where I take my car from now on . The staff is so kind and looks out for their customers 100 percent. Got me right in when Noone else could even look at my vehicle for atleast a week and they took care of me fast and made sure my car was safe for me to drive.

I recently bought a car and immediately it stopped working. My friend went to the nova location a week before me and was beyond pleased and recommended I go there too. I talked to Mike and told him the problems I was having, and they fixed it perfectly in less than 24 hours! I felt comfortable going there and it was overall an awesome experience. My truck broke down the day I checked out of my room the last day of our vacation. They worked on my truck all day and then called in a mechanic to work on a Saturday to work on my truck on their off day trying to get me back on the road. These guys are not just professional at what they do they are good honest guys that I would highly recommend for all you automotive needs. I plan on stopping in next year for a visit. It was a bad situation I was in but it was a blessing to have such great guys and lady to help me get home.Tony the owner sent me a text message half way into my trip back to Pa.to see how I was making out...wow!Thank you so much!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop are some of the best mechanics/technicians in Daytona Beach. Affordable Auto Pros does everything including what most shops won't do. The owner and employees are very friendly and has a sense of an honor code when it comes to being trustworthy and fair in pricing that a lot of other shops don't have. God bless this company! I was introduced to this company yesterday, And if was a blessing! I woke up and my 2014 MKZ dashboard was out I could not see anything! What a panic I literally was going crazy because this is my only car that I have . And I cannot afford another car!! Well , a near and dear friend introduced me to them with the confidence that I was in good hands! They check my car out, and it was only my fuse had popped out I did not even need to buy a fuse!! I knew I was in the right place.Then I shared my feelings with them , and then they show me a copy of their mission statement: I was so happy to know the are truly men of God!! I stopped here while on vacation since it was the first on the list on google search my vehicle was throwing some lights and stalling. They charged me a "diagnostic" fee wich was around $70 to look at the car they told me it was a oil pressure switch and that it was throwing some type of electrical problem with the wiring harness so they recommend to start with the oil switch i did it, left and again all the light came on so i took it autozone and got it tested free and it came back as a throttle position sensor or something got it replaced at another shop and had no issue on my 20 hour drive home! Tony and his location seem really shady would not recommend.

I'm not surprised to see *perfect 5-star customer reviews.*Here's my review:**COMPETENT SERVICE WITH A HEART **These days we rely on our vehicles to reach our destinations like a bird relies on its wings.One morning, without noticeable symptoms, the *starter simply quit the job.*I was already scheduled to depart the area for a 1,100 mile drive towards Ohio within less than two days.The next morning (about 9 a.m.), with a high recommendation from a trusted friend, I showed up at Affordable Auto Pros, hoping for a miracle.Tony has the persona of a professional, and I liked him immediately.Once he heard my story, he *went out of his way* to squeeze me in between appointments.Within less than an hour and a half, I had both a new starter, and a new 24 month warrantied *Interstate* battery (the battery apparently decided to quit at the same time). <grin>I think those guys (Tony & Matt) are *Angels in disguise.*They are experts at keeping our wings (motor vehicles) in proper working order.Heartfelt thanks!!!P.S.Don't forget to ask Tony about his fishing escapades with a grouper in Key West.It's a story you'll never forget.

Tony, Tracey and their team are INCREDIBLE! Not only are they fast and skilled but they re HONEST! I have never felt as comfortable taking my car to get worked on as I have with Affordable Auto Pros. I had my car in a different shop for 4 weeks they couldn t get to it and thought the problem was something that was very expensive, I brought my car to affordable and the guy had my car diagnosed in less then a couple hours, he was super nice and did not try to price gouge me either they thought it was my cylinder head and when they got into my car found that it was just clogged and cleaned out my whole system and changed my injector! They fixed only what was needed to make my charger drivable! Most places try to find other things wrong to make money off of you and don t even fix what you went in for! I will forever use affordable on all my cars! Also they helped me get financing to help pay for the cost And I got my car back and in driving condition in less then a day super excited thank you i great appreciate you!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic
