Mark, the manager, handled my warranty battery issue flawlessly! The young gentleman at the front desk swapped out my battery in less than 15 minutes! That was the best experience I've ever had at advanced or any store selling auto parts anywhere ever!

James is Absolutely The BEST! Helped us with the correct parts for the exhaust on my sons truck. Even helped with us getting them installed and the tools to do it! In the parking lot! Way above and beyond! Any thank him and Advance Auto Parts enough! A life saver for a college student.

I just want to Thank George for going above and beyond. I am from Maryland and my son is in Florida. He had some battery issues and George helped me on the phone to make sure I got the correct battery and parts I needed. He went above and beyond when my son arrived to pick up the parts. The installation was not the simple two bolts and a hold down but George went the extra mile to change the battery. I would recommend this place to anyone needing assistance. Thank you

My Camaro had car trouble while stranded in Daytona 3 hours from home. After purchasing coolant from Advance, I also needed a socket wrench I did not have, and went in the store to ask which size I needed. I believe the employee s name was George, middle aged man with gray beard went out of his way to let me borrow one for 5 minutes, which I wasn t expecting. That socket wrench allowed me to fix my car and drive home safely - 10/10 customer service

The manager ( even though a dolphins fan) and gentleman who helped me with my purchase are awesome people . Went above and beyond to help out with issue I had with an item I previously bought and made it right with ease . Would definitely steer anyone to go to this establishment and wanted to tell them thank you it really helped me out after the holidays.

New auto parts store now open on international speedway drive, located directly across the street from Daytona Speedway.They offer:Free alternator & starter testing,Free battery testing & instalation,Free wiper blade installation , free loaner tool sets!!
