Great place to get parts. Great selection of vehicles and like mentioned before. You pick your own parts so you see the consign of the car the part come off of. Friendly and helpful staff.

Although small inventory, they have the most common models of cars in the market so you have high probability of finding your parts. Nice staff and eager to help.

This place saved my butt today! I had been looking for a car battery with in my budget with no luck for weeks. This place had one In the right size and well within a reasonable price range. I really appreciated Mike's kindness and honesty as we spoke about the issues I had experienced with my car over recent weeks. I highly recommend them. Mike was even willing to help me even though it was so close to close and I didn't feel rushed at all which is rare these days. Thank you guys so much!

It seems like they can't get a grip of what's going on in their place.They tell you they have the parts then early the next day you call to get the parts ready for you and you're being told that they decided to crash the cars. Zero situational awareness among their team.

Inventory parts incorrectly!!! Luckily they still had what I needed, & took out the part within 45min. They were very nice & helpful. However, they assured me it was on the shelf when I called ahead, so it really caused problems for me since I had a friend drive me.

Great service. All the employees I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Picked up a front bumper cover and rear door lock actuators for my G6. After looking at the car in the yard, I told them I'd take the parts. The bumper looked good when on the ground. They even asked me to look again after they saw a scrape once they had it in the air. Parts fit and worked perfectly. Very happy with this place.

Amazing experience dealing with them. Bought a motor from them that unfortunately was not in a running state when I received it. Called them up and we were able to work out a deal where both parties were satisfied. 10/10 highly recommend.

Whenever my car has problems I call Teddy's and I buy my parts from here I give the year make model and they check to see if they have the parts of so they are super inexpensive and the parts work great last enough for the buck. Thank you Teddy's

Sold my car here. They didn't do the correct paperwork with the state yet. I got stuck with fines since the state still assumed it was my vehicle. Luckily I had gotten a copy of proof of sale, figuring I shouldn't trust anyone in my life, and now fines are getting pushed on them for not filing the paperwork now that they own it. LolRules to live by: Always assume any business will never put in the work required and try to screw you over any chance they get.

The guys there had us go back to look at the part before the part was pulled to make sure it was in a condition we wanted to purchase. The are very knowledgeable. They knew that the part we needed would need to be reprogrammed and referred us to a place close to us that had the proper equipment to do the job at hand. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I am new to this area and they will always be the first people I call when I need used parts.

Awesome place, my dad was going here for years when I was a kid and I decided to continue that tradition even after his passing. Great guys, good prices. I got AC control knob for my 2004 Honda Accord for 5$!

It's a great place to get parts! The people working isn't that friendly at all! In fact, pretty rude and not really helpful much! If they had different employees, it probably would do so much better business wise!! I'll go the extra miles to go to a different place, because I can't stand people who apparently don't like their job, or just don't like people in general!

We picked up an alternator. It is still working, so far. It has been a couple of weeks now. We did notice the part was completely dirty like it was pulled from a vehicle sitting for years. It had all kinds of debris coming off of it. I know they are used, pulled parts but they could be cleaned up some, wiped off, anything. I don't know. I would just have employees put in a little more of an effort for that. It would make a huge difference.

Bought alternator from them on 10 /29 with 90 day warranty . The alternator died on 1/29 exactly 90 days leaving me stranded 40 miles from home. Could not get my car until today which is 2/1 called them told them what was going on and THEY REFUSE TO HONOR THE WARRANTY FOR THE ALTERNATOR. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE IF YOU WANT WORKING PARTS THAT ARE ACTUALLY COVERED UNER WARRANTY

Interesting reading all the opposing reviews: my own experiences have all been positive. Called got good info in a pleasant manner. Picked up and the parts were waiting with my name on them. Prices reasonable. I would & have recommend Teddy Bear's for used parts!

I happen to call about 20 different places looking for a part that seems to be nonexistent however when I ran across teddy bears Auto parts he did not have the part however was able to partner with another auto parts place in St Augustine and they had the part that is what you call customer service he not only did not have the car but was willing to send me to a competitor so that I could find that part. It is not exactly close to where I live however for that part I thank them much great customer service freaking awesome thank you thank you thank you for anyone else I would start there some of the other salvage places and pick-n-pulls had to put you on hold like they were thinking about it however they were probably just looking for the part that was not put on hold but to have him wrap up on another call thanks again and he will be my first call if I need a part or looking for a part for my car thanks again

Was very fairly treated. Got parts for my sprinter van and everything they took off they took off with care. Well definitely consider them when bedding parts again. Again they seemed honest on parts side and worked effeciently to get everything I needed

I call regarding a motor, politely asked if there is any way to get a small discount of the overall price before I proceed and make the payment to order it. The worker clearly stated "you are speaking to the owner, and NO" in a very rude way and hang up the phone on me. Not a professional way to treat your customers.

My experience here was terrible. I ordered a total of 3 parts and it came up to around $250, the guy told me they would be ready by the next day and he would give me a call when they were ready. Next day comes, no call so I give them a call about my parts because at this point I already paid for them and got put on hold a couple times before they told me it would be another day. So, at this point I'm like okay that's understandable, but when the next day comes I get a call early in the morning saying that they didnt have any of my parts, like they don't have them at all and they couldnt get them. I informed the guy that I already paid and he said he would refund me no problem. When I went to the place to get a refund the guys there did not care at all, never once did they apologize or anything I just overhear them complaining about how so and so didnt check to see if my parts were actaully there. I appreciate them refunding me but this wasted so much time and money and I feel could've been avoided. Now I have to wait for my refund to go through to go to another place and buy parts:(.
