I had such a nice experience getting my car towed yesterday and YEP! I know that sounds weird but the whole process was wonderful. I called AAA and they sent out Jeremy to help get my car out of my garage and over to the Jeep garage (she was dead as doornail!) The communication on the way over was great, Jeremy was a delight and the whole process was painless.

I wanted to reach out to let you know that the service I received from Brian last week when I had to call AAA for a jump. He was so professional,very kind and prompt. He showed that my battery was down to 3% and he recommended a new one. Now I feel confident that I will be safe on the road. 10 outta 10 for me. Well done Brian...well done Thank you Linda V

Either incompetent or dishonest, not sure which. Cheap AAA battery went bad less than 2 yrs old, still under warranty. Battery was reading 9vdc and needed to be jumped. Verified bad by tester at an auto parts store. Vehicle putting out full charge voltage. Battery was reading 6vdc in our garage when AAA sent out someone from this place, who put his equipment on it and declared that it was OK, and that he was unable to replace it under warranty. There is no way this battery was good. He tried to tell us the vehicle wasn't driven enough, when it is driven 2 - 4 times a week. The guy did not even have a replacement battery for it with him. So Pete's Towing was able to bill AAA for the call and do absolutely nothing for us. Worst of all, the guy wrote in his call report that he was abused and had to leave, when we only got aggravated and expressed our frustration at being told a demonstrably bad battery was good. This caused another contractor to refuse service out of caution. We never made any personal attacks or threatening statements to this tech. Horrible service, avoid at all costs.

Toyota would not start, called Pete's & got fast tow service. Repair was completed, bad starter, & all done in under 24 hrs. Mike was very personable & professional in handling the situation. Was a bit surprised that all fluids from oil to radiator were replaced as well as air & oil filters. I did not request these items and the added cost was very profitable to Pete's!!

I hate to say it but I ve had more tows than what I ve wanted to have and I ve gotta say Mr. Jon was extremely professional in handling my tow tonight. He had me hooked up and down the road safe and sound. I highly recommend Pete s Towing. Thanks again Mr. Jon you ROCK!!!!!

I just want to say that I was stuck last night. And I had a previous towing company come I was not happy at the way that the guy spoke to me then we reordered a different company to come which was Pete's towing and Tim was just amazing he made me feel so comfortable I was worried about the car in my rims and he just totally put me at ease five stars for him

I wish I could leave less than a one star review! The service manager (Mike) was not only rude to me and my sister but took advantage of my sisters repair on her Jeep. He told her the job would be $1000 and that her insurance would not cover which was wrong and he did not submit until after he had done the repair which voided all but $261. This left her with a bill of over $665 which would have been covered if done properly! Also he charged up to double for some parts. I would recommend NOT using this repair shop for service on your vehicle. I can only assume the 5 stars are from friends, relatives or people they cut a deal with for the reviews.

I called AAA, and Pete s Towing took the service call. They were incredibly fast and thorough. I highly recommend this towing service and would use them again, with or without AAA. Great people to work with from their office staff to their drivers!! Thank you so much!

They punished us, because we wanted to use our AAA benefits. I called them (paying out of pocket) for 12 miles tow. They quote me $154 and the tow truck arrived in 18 mins! ... In the meantime my girl saved the day with her AAA subscription (free towing, promised 25 mins pickup), I kindly explain to the driver the situation and apologize for any inconvenience. The driver told me " if that's what you want, ok but because we are the AAA partner in the area, now it's going to take you hours..." They prologue our waiting period as much as they could, even the AAA representative told us over the phone that they don't return their call, and that they have to reschedule the pick up. Finally they show up after 3 hours... NOT professional.

Pete's towing came out within 35 minutes of my call. Adam was so professional and friendly. He made the process so easy I forgot I was having a bad day with a flat tire. Thanks so much

Kept on delaying my tow and then canceled without even telling me. When I tried to speak with a rep nobody answered or called back. Was waiting hours until I called AAA and spoke with a supervisor who had to have a different company come out. I ve had a good tow from Pete s in the past but this was a horrible experience.

I never submit bad reviews, but a word of warning, do not have Pete's Towing near your vehicle.Triple AAA sent them to tow my truck on Mar 30th, 3 weeks ago, the driver of tow truck was nice and courteous. But when he got my truck to the automotive shop, my window shade was broken. It wasn't broken when he took it. AAA said Pete's told them it was already broken.I've been ignored by Pete's Towing. They have never answered my calls, except for today a Dakota answered the phone, and I explained the problem, that I wanted to talk to the tow truck driver. He said their computer system didn't go back that far, and he had no clue who the driver was, and then he hung up on me! I'm very upset that they would lie about this damage done to my truck and being so rude to a customer..

I called AAA because my car wouldn't start at my home and Pete's Towing responded immediately, arriving within the hour. Mike was friendly, professional and made a quick bad battery diagnosis. Soon I was on my way.

Had a flat tire at my home . Called Pete s Towing . Tim was at my house under 20 minutes . He had the tire changed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call them in the future and let my friend and family know. Thanks again Tim .

I recently experienced an unfortunate incident at Pete's Towing and Recovery that raised some serious concerns about employee treatment. It involved the dismissal of a dedicated employee who had always demonstrated honesty, integrity, and the best intentions for the short duration they allowed him to be there.This employee, a father of five, was undeniably committed to the company's success and the well-being of his family. He consistently went the extra mile, striving to earn 5-star reviews for the company and being an outstanding team player. It's disheartening to see such dedication go unnoticed and unappreciated.The decision to terminate this employee, who was a good and honest man, leaves me questioning the company's values and priorities. It's essential for any organization to recognize and reward those who genuinely care about its success and uphold its principles. After all, we're human, we make mistakes. I hope Pete's Towing and Recovery reevaluates its approach to employee appreciation and support to ensure a more just and equitable workplace in the future.

I love this shop and highly recommend it! Ask for Mike. He's amazing and knows everything about vehicles. He's straight up and honest too. This shop is to awesome to go anywhere else. Thank you Mike for taking excellent care of my car. I'll be back with my next repair.

Thank you to Danny for coming to my aide this evening to change my very much blown out flat tire ... I am always impressed how quickly technicians can get the old off and spare on. As a Triple A member for 6 years now, the few times I've needed roadside help, I have always been greeted with friendly, professional, and kind service. They have very impatient drivers for this tow company. On a Sunday afternoon going in and out of traffic riding up on cars bumps rushing, so rude I would never recommend this company to anybody in Pasco County.

Garbage company hired a disposable wicked man. AAA sent them. My car shut off in a dark street and it was hard for the driver to find us so I went to a gas station near by. We waited 6 hours. When the driver arrived I told him my car is a few blocks away. He gave me a dirty look and said he's not helping, then left me and my family stranded. We just came from the hospital, our Aunt/Sister died. I had a little girl with me. It was very late at night. AAA couldn't find any other towing company. I had to abandon my vehicle. The driver is a wicked weirdo. Anyone who would do something like this is dangerous to defenseless women and shouldn't be walking the streets. And don't even pretend we weren't your customer. I called AAA and reported this and I intend to escalate this issue until it's resolved in a professional manner.

Was stalled on busy Belcher Rd. Jenna took my call and immediately took charge to expedite my call, and got a tow truck disparmtched. Charles was the tow truck driver. I had the pleasure of Cory responding to my AAA call. He was prompt, knowledgeable, kind and helped to alleviate any stress of the situation. He worked extremely hard to replace my beyond difficult battery. I truly appreciate it! Thank you to John, Mike and Jeremy at Pete's Towing & Repair in Holiday! My 2007 corvette suddenly overheated late in the day; despite having an already full schedule and nearing closing hours, they fit me in and got the car towed to their shop.Mike called the next morning and explained what repairs were needed to get the car driving. He advised on items that were not urgent, but would eventually need maintenance, so I could plan ahead. Mike knows his stuff! He is an expert in his field, honest and very professional. I highly recommend him!For the type of repairs that were done, the final bill was very reasonable and fair.Bonus: they have adorable shop kitties!Service: Car towing

Horrible and joke of a company . Their good reviews are definitely bought. Had a tow scheduled and said they would be there in 30mins. Waited 3hrs and realized they GHOSTED us. Really? I had a great experience with Pete's towing. I used them via AAA this week due to my battery died. Tyler at Pete's Towing was amazing! He was very professional and patient. I bought a battery and it was convenient I didn't have to go to Advanced auto to spend time buying battery. I highly recommend this company.Service: BatteryService: Battery

This company sent a man to us. We heard the name Tim or Tom it could be a shady alias. September 25th, 2023 at 10:30PM. We waited 4 hours. My vehicle got stuck on Trinity BLVD and Little Road. Since they couldn't find us we made it easy for him and I waited at the nearest gas station. Tim arrives at the gas station and when I told him follow me, he says he will not and is not helping me tonight. He refused to drive a few blocks to my vehicle. I just got out of the hospital where my Aunt died. I was with a little girl, my mother and my sister. He drove off and left us stranded with a big AAA sticker and Pete's towing sign. This boy who impersonated a man tonight deeply hurt a grieving family. He should be arrested, an evil person like this shouldn't be allowed to walk the streets. I will be pressing this issue until I get a satisfactory answer. You will hear from me shortly. I reported you to AAA and I'm just getting started.

I never post negative reviews but feel obligated to based on our experience. Worst customer service Ever. I truly hope AAA reconsiders contracting with them as they have been unreliable, untimely, unprofessional, rude and provided inaccurate information not once but Twice when I required AAA service. Jenna, who answers their phones, was extremely rude and unprofessional when it was clearly an error on their part both times. Please think twice before using this company.

I thought I had a tire problem, but it turned out to be a damaged inner core shield around the tire. I could not drive on it and was stuck. Kenneth was able to remove the shield and get me back on the road. He went above and beyond! Great job!

These people are really worthless, they are very irresponsible and super expensive, they made me waste 7 hours of my day, I had to arrive at work late and all because of the lies they told me, they are very irresponsible because they made me waste my time, my money and gasoline from so many laps we took to wait, I really do not recommend this place, it is the worst of the worst.
