My experience with this shop was amazing. It was recommended to me by a friend. From my fist phone call with Richard to receiving my automobile back sooner than promised by technician Edward was a first. I have found a local gem in auto care. Price and service was fabulous. I could not be happier. Thank you to Richard and the crew. Stop in and talk to them, you won't regret it. Number one in my book!

My car could not drive because the shifter cable needed repair and was at home.they sent a tow truck for my car, free of charge, as long as I planned on using them to not only diagnose but also fix. They were very time oriented. They told me it would be ready by 3pm and it was. They even gave me a $100 discount in the end, which I was so grateful for. I have no complaints. Will definitely be using them again.

Richard was great. My company uses a competitor nearby fir our vehicles, they were booked for the rest of the month. That prompted me to call and glad i did. I had a misfire that i replaced plugs coil. Tried diy , same issue. He told me over the phone what it may be and a ball park for price. Got the car fixed (bad fuel injector and injector wire) fixed it fast, good price and i cant be happier with the customer service he provided. Happy customer. You can tell hes probably been dropping transmission s since high school. Knows what he is doing.

I am very happy with the experience I had at Milex Complete Auto Repair. They matched a quote for a brake job with a major repair company even though they said it was a low quote. Even though they called the company to check the price and were quoted a much higher price, they honored the original quote. You can t beat a company that is trustworthy. They re my new go-to mechanics and I highly recommend them.

Richard was WONDERFUL at Milex in Holiday, FL. We took her vehicle to Milex and Richard and his mechanics went out of their way to help fix the issues. Absolutely the worst service. These people charged us over $4000 to rebuild our transmission. They told us it would be a lifetime warranty. It's been two years, and we're having transmission problems again. When I called for the warranty, they said it was only a 12-month warranty. These people lie to your face and take advantage of you. We have Canadian plates, and I guess they never expected us to come back.

Richard is the BEST!! We could not believe how kind and honest Richard was and have never had that level of trust in any place!! His mechanics are also very knowledgeable. We definitely recommend Milex in Holiday, Florida!

I had gotten into a pickle with my car randomly making some grinding noise. I took it to another shop and they want $1900 to give me break pads and rotors for my old car. I was so shocked that I decided to call Milex.I talked with Richard and he hooked me up with brake pads and rotors for my car for only $500! For a mom of 2 and on a tight budget he beyond came through to help me!Thank you guys so much for your speedy work to get me in and out in the same day! I highly recommend this place for thr service and friendly help!

Some of the absolute nicest guys to work with! Walked in with a honda civic covered in transmission fluid and a cap issue, walked out with a perfect fix at a price lower than anyone in the area. Will be going to Milex exclusively moving forward!

Well I shopped around to find a transmission shop to do my TCM on my 2006 Nissan Frontier. Most of the places had horrible reviews, VERY expensive and take too long. Well I found Milex and decided I would give them call. I spoke with a very friendly Richard on the phone and he gave a good quote and great return time. So went and spoke with in person and asked when he was ready to get her started. Well he said "bring it down now"..so I drove it down and he got me a ride home. I will say I was little skeptic and nervous after I dropped it and after a phone call from Richard a few hrs later. But it turned out my worries were unfounded. They got truck done in under 3 days and right at the price we agreed. I drove the truck the next day on a over a 350 mile trip and ran great and shifted perfectly. I would highly recommend Richard and the staff at Mr. transmission. Very professional and friendly!!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My cars shifter stopped working Tuesday night, my husband called the dealership(who said it would be weeks before they could even diagnose the problem), my husband then found Milex and called them up, within an hour they had a tow truck at our house to bring my car in! I was able to pick my car up Wednesday afternoon. The price was amazing also! We will definitely be back in the future for all of our car needs. I couldn t be more grateful

Milex is awesome,I had a tiny leak after the work was done and the manager went out of his way to get me back in and took care of the problem which was a defective part, obviously that happens but the fast friendly service was so wonderful id recommend this place to anyone.

I went to get a free diagnostic test done on my air conditioner in my car called ahead not aware that a "Free Diagnostic Test" AS ADVERTISED IN THE WINDOW OF THE BUSINESS actually meant 175 up front non refundable. That is a terrible and shady business practice and I plan on leaving 1star reviews for your business on every yelp Google Facebook everywhere of note. Be better don't lie to people.

Sherry, Bill, and Daniel Are a fantastic team. I went to their auto place to get my car fixed due to engine and emission failure codes. I Bill recommended changing the fuel tank cap after Daniel did a full auto inspection. Followed his advice and everything is working perfectly. There was no charge to do the inspection to my amazement. If you want to find a trust worthy Down to earth business that truly cares about what they do and who they service, Miles Complete Auto Care is where you want to be. This is my go to please going. From when I entered the shop,good customer service. Truck was completed earlier than expected. Replaced readiator, thermostat and had coolant flush. Price was reasonable. Will be going back for smaller jobs I need done.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

My CV joint went and apparently it destroyed my rotors and needed new brakes as well. I've been unlucky to say the least for this whole year. At least they fixed it in one day. The price was expensive. But my car is fixed.

My 2012 Nissan armada dumped all the transmission fluid while out running errands and we found Milex by recommendation. We towed to Milex transmissions in Holiday, FL and thankful we did. They informed us we blew a hose and they were able to repair everything without any transmission damage. Thank you so much!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Richard and Fernando, and the whole team are truly amazing people. They care about their customers and are always willing to help in any way that they can, they have great prices and quality service. We were in and out for a tire rotation and oil change in less than 30 minutes. We were really down on our luck and they helped us be able to get a new car, when our car basically died. I will not ever go to another mechanic, there s no need when they have such amazing service.

Nice guys, reasonable prices. The only reason they don't get five stars is the front desk guy said I had 4/32 of rear brakes left. He also said they never pulled the wheels off. I have rear drum brakes. Couldn't check brake thickness without pulling the wheels.

I was nervous in choosing a company to replace my transmission in my newer GMC Denali. They were extremely professional from the beginning and provided a lot of knowledge that I was able to back up. They waved the 100$ fee in diagnosing my transmission issues so that I could think on it for a few days. On my way to their shop my transmission gave out and could no longer drive. They came and picked up my truck free of charge and had it completely replaced and fixed within days. Highly recommend talking with RichardService: Transmission repair

10/10 Recommend! This is hands down the best mechanic shop I ve been to. These guys are top notch customer service and very fair on pricing. Everyone is very knowledgeable. They do not make you feel stupid about your car questions. As a young female I appreciate their honesty and feel comfortable taking all my vehicles to them. The owner is also a great guy with a big heart!

I can't rave enough about the services provided by Richard and his staff. The entire staff is capable and professional. Had issues replacing my clutch. Took my car there at 11am on a Saturday. By 2pm the car was nearly complete with only fluid levels needing adjusted Monday morning. Quality and professionalism well above expectations. Continued to keep me informed during the repair process. Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need of a mechanic.

I checked multiple shops to fix my clutch, and they were by far the best value and super responsive. Did a great job, really friendly, trustworthy, and would go to again. Thanks guys.Edit a month later: car transmission blew. Took it to a mechanic and they said the transmission fluid was overfilled, which likely caused the transmission to blow. For a Toyota with 115K miles, seems odd my transmission would completely blow a month after this repair was done.

I cannot recommend Richard (The Manager) and this location strongly enough. After having dealt with a few dishonest mechanics in the past using this location was a breath of fresh air. Richard was great to deal with, he was honest with exactly what the problem was, quoted me exactly what I ended up paying and repaired the car in the time frame that he gave. The premises are clean the staff are friendly and I don't see how I could have had a better experience.Originally I had quotes from three other transmission shops, I went with this place due to Richards superior knowledge of the car that I have, which is a Volvo, some shops wouldn't even give me a quote due to the car being a little bit of a specialist vehicle, however, Richard knew the product well and I'm very happy with the repair and haven't had any more problems since the car was returned.Save yourself a lot of problems and give this place a call, if you're on the fence as to who to use for your repair, give Richard a call and talk to him before making any decisions.

This place is unique, friendliest, best service and their honesty is impeccable. I thought I had a problem with my brakes, called them he gets me right in checks my car out and says your brakes & roters are in great shape. I ask what's the charge for taking the time to look at my car he says "Nothing". Best service I've had in the 2 years I've lived here. Thank you!
