We have been taking our vehicles to Knorr's for YEARS. Prior to starting our business my other half was part of their team. Now fast forward from 2011 to now..we get to be overly satisfied customers-every single time we are never disappointed. The absolute BEST family and service around!We love the Knorr family!

I highly recommend Knorr's. They are very professional, very helpful & give reasonable prices. Sophia is very nice and makes sure your car is fixed right. The mechanics are very good and take great care of your car and make sure all issues are resolved.Took my Ford edge in for a new alternator and new radiator. Runs like a champ now! I will continue to take my car there, but hopefully I won't need to!

My experience working with Knorr's Car Care was wonderful. They were honest about the condition of my car and transparent about the work required and prices. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted mechanic.

I took my 2005 Jeep Liberty to this place after several people have looked at it and failed to notice many different knoor's, was able to spot all the issues fix all my issues and I highly highly recommend their company take your car there if it needs anything they are very knowledgeable and very very thorough they are family owned and operated.I couldn't have asked for anything better. I do have a older car with a lot of miles but they were still able to take pride and care and that's what counts I highly recommend them please take your car there Sophia and Chris husband and wife family owned and operated.

A great family owned car care center who cares about your families safety. They service all of our vehicles to include our newest drivers vehicle. They completed a safety inspection on the used vehicle and determined the vehicle was safe and only needed minor maintenance. It's good to know there are honest people in the trade and not just part hangers.

I brought my 2017 grand caravan back to this place because I have been going here for 13 years with the other vehicles that I have had. They didn't do me wrong then and they didn't do me wrong this time. Very decent price and time frame and they also back their work up and even with a national warranty so you want if you're not in town you can go to one of the authorized service centers. Great place will recommend.

The most honest mechanic I have ever experienced! Chris is fantastic at diagnosing any car issue and his wife who manages the office is so polite and a pleasure to deal with any questions you may have. They have definately earned any of my mechanic needs for the future!

I took my car to Knorr s for a battery drainage issue, and the experience from beginning to end was impeccable. Sofia, the Office Manager who also answers the phone, was kind, courteous and informative. Once my car was ready to be picked up, they checked again before letting me leave that the problem was fixed, which I appreciated them going above and beyond. The mechanic was also incredibly nice and respectful. This place is great for your car care needs!

I brought my car to Knorr's after reading reviews about them being a family owned and operated shop and their trustworthyness. I'm glad I went to them, they will only fix what needs to be fixed. They are nice people and skilled at what they do. They will have my business from now on as they proved their trustworthyness just as the reviews had stated.

Reliable, reputable, and honest, This is Knorr's Car Care. You won't find a better auto shop in Pasco/Pinellas county, they are always knowledgeable, and are extremely thorough with everything they do. From the smallest jobs to total rebuilds, they got you.

Knorr's is the best auto care place around, everyone over here at golden nugget pawn uses them for all there automotive work. They are fairly priced and family oriented if you head on over tell them golden nugget pawn and jewelry sent you over!

This place is great! Usually I go to the dealership to get any work done, but I heard good things and decided to take my vehicle here instead. No regrets at all! Not only am I sure they saved me money, they got my issue fixed quick. Family owned and trustworthy.

Stellar service from Chris and Sofia. They are very honest and give their all to provide top customer service. Prompt service, clear communication, good faith estimate and top notch quality.You can hear it in their voice when you talk to such wonderful group of people.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KNORR S CAR CARE. When is the last time you could put the word "HONEST" in a review of a car repair business ????????? Probably never-but you can with Knorr ! Great staff who really know what they are doing at a fair price !

Had another fantastic experience at Knorr s Car Care Center today!My daughter drove 1000+ miles down to Florida from PA. Noticed she was having some braking issues. They took her vehicle right away, as it was a safety issue and she was driving with 3 children. The owner, Chris, personally looked the vehicle over, made some fixes and notated future work that would need to be done. Performed a safety check to ensure the vehicle was good to drive back the 1000+ miles home safely.Really really appreciate their sense of urgency and taking care of my family!!Thank you again and will be back!!Chris & Sofia, owners of Knorr s Car Care, make you feel welcomed & appreciated as a customer. Their service is outstanding, they treat you like family! Their mechanics are talented and always solve any mechanical issues. Reasonably priced too!Will continue having my vehicle serviced here!

The staff is friendly and professional and Sophia did an amazing job of communicating with me and keeping me updated on the condition of my car and what it needed. This place used to be the perfect place to get your car fixed! They would get you right in and care for your vehicle. Their reputation is still top notch and, as such, have built an impressive customer base. Unfortunately, I think because of the overabundance of new customers, quality has begun to decrease. Also, the time it takes to fix your car is twice as long as it used to be. That said, they are still better than many of the area chain stores. Once they figure out how to handle all this growth, perhaps these issues will be non-issues onc

I love this place! I have a landscape company and we are very hard on our trucks! They're all very meet up and they go through many hands and I have brought them stuff that really most mechanics win even mess with! And they have made it work and for what it is worth almost like new! Unbelievably fair prices to! Their family owned and operated business and the workers they got there or like part of the family too and when I say their workers there real crew! I was so satisfied with the job they did on one of my trucks that literally in the middle of the workday I stop the car shake his hand and tell them thank you I couldn't believe it was the same truck! I ve brought my Jeep Wrangler here several times for oil changes and alignments and was extremely pleased with the overall great service, enough to trust them with dropping in a new engine. Thank you Sofia for providing the quotes so quickly, getting me scheduled as soon as possible and following up with me throughout the project, all while being the sweetest person on the planet. Thank you Chris and the rest of the team for your accountability, working extremely hard and efficiently to get the job done and done right! My Jeep runs like I just pulled out of the dealership!! My decision is firm when I say I will be going here for whatever my personal or family vehicles may need. #Knorrs4Life

After my VW Golf GTI had an issue I was quoted $1800 from the local VW Dealership to have it repaired. Most shops shy away from this car and Knorr's car care worked with me and helped me get the correct parts from a third party manufacturer and installed them for me. This saved me $900. This shop is absolutely fantastic and the staff are extremely friendly. The advocated for the correct fix while allowing me to pursue the lowest cost parts.Once they fixed the issue that the dealership had diagnosed my vehicle still had the same problem. Their mechanics diagnosed the correct issue and were able to quickly fix it getting me back on the road. This shop is an absolute gem and I will keep coming back here as long as I can.This is a family-run local business and going to shops like this helps the local economy.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I love my mechanic because they are caring and sincere. Mrs.Sophia is very customer friendly she makes you feel welcome and comfortable leaving your car in good hands. They do everything to try to figure out whats going on with your car. They are not overly pricey which I'm so grateful for.

Honesty in this business (Car Care) is hard to find... well look no further these are the folks. They do what they say will do and actually try and save you money while doing it. Honest, hometown, family business.They are busy enough to reference you by a number but they also know your name! Chris was our guy but I found that everyone at this business knows their stuff.

Just a follow up to my previous review of this AMAZING company. My 2016 Kia soul is burning oil badly. Wouldn't go above 25 mph or 3000 rpm. They ran the codes for me, and gave me a full report to bring to the dealership so I can get an oil consumption test completed. I called at 8am and they had this done same day. They truly are an amazing company run by sweet, compassionate, and caring people. Will always recommend them to anyone needing work done on their cars. Thank you!!
