I just moved to new port Richey 16 months ago and I ride old school shovelheads and these guys know all HD motorcycle. I ve bought parts there instead of jp cycles or drag specialties or v-twin cause hi-tech had the parts on shelf. I ve also gone to 3 different Harley shops nothing for old school.

Old school shop with Old school service.Very knowledgeable and well stocked with parts and not tshirts .And if they don't have it they will order promptly.

I would do a negative if I could. My son took his bike there 3 times trying to fix regulator and stator. He paid for new parts. Had issues with his bike battery shutting down after. Had to get towed several times. Took the bike back, they "fixed" a fuse only for the same issue to happen. He had to keep the bike on charger to get anywhere. This is his only form of transportation during a difficult family time. Fast forward, 3 mos later he gets enough money to go to a Harley dealer- low and behold the regulator was the original. After he said for a new one and for it to be replaced. DON'T GO HERE. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Called to ask for a part for my bike the man on the phone was really rude and yelled at me telling me he didn't have time to deal with my question. Will not be doing any business here ever.

Mechanical wise they are good owner of shop very nice an very savvy an helpful. But when we ask a question about apart to your mechanic he was very nasty to us an didnt know what we were taking about He didnt let us finish either about the shift linkage and other part. Your mechanic knew exactly what we were talking about after he showed us what part we said, so dont pertend i wll not buy apart or bring our bike beause of a mechanic attitude. P.s aa a woman i do know what i am talking about an so does my husband.we wanted to see if you any other parts.we needed besides the one part we bought.

Ross rebuilt my 50 pan transmission and welded the trans case as well. Prices were great and the workmanship was amazing. Ross is a guru for all old harleys and newer ones as well. Always gives me advise and great pricing on parts as well. Johnny is very helpful and is knowledgeable as well. Love this place. Thanks guys

Took my wife's bike in on Monday to have it looked at because of a noise..guys went thru it the very next day and found rattle.. did not charge me..will recommend them to all my fellow riders..not because they didn't charge me, but for the honesty and speed of service..you have gained a loyal customer today..

When it comes to Good, Cheap, and Fast, I've always head you can only get 2. Not with Ross and Hi-Tech. You get all three. Fair prices for outstanding work and done quickly. I recently took my bike to another shop and after spending close to $3,000 on it, I had to take it to Ross to get it right. Never should have cheated on him, and should have had him do the work in the first place. Lesson learned. Take your bike to Hi-Tech, you wont regret it...ever.

If you need work on an older Harley (which local dealership can't provide) I highly recommend this place. They treat you fairly, explain the repairs and don't overcharge and get ordered parts quickly. Just a good old bike shop.

Nice family owned and operated establishment. The owner is the absolute sweetest man n would give you the shirt off his back. Great place for friendly faces, great customer service & both mechanic's are A-1. I recommend this shop for all of your motorcycle needs and wants!

They have superior customer service! Only shop in town to put in the time to find and get everything I was looking for. They have a lot of parts and accessories to choose from. They also have qualified mechanics in their service garage. Check out Hi-Tech Custom Cycles for all your riding needs and must have accessories!

Hi- tech has quickly become my go-to spot after acquiring an old school shovelhead. These guys not only have hard to find parts, but offer great support with no attitude. If you ride vintage, or American in general, this is your place.

Ross and Johnny GD never disappoint, in the maintenance and repair of my Harley Davidson Sportster 883 XL. They re always friendly and never ever keep my bike for more than a day or so, (unless a part needs locating or is hard to find, which is rare).Either way, they always take good care of me and often try to make it easiest on my wallet by doing the best job for the least amount of $$. Never again will I take my bike to HARLEY, when Ross s Hi Tech is around to take care of my most prized possession!!

Took my bike there 3 times 1 tire 1 carburetor changed still ran rough 500.00took it back showed me black plugs 80.00 still ran rough took back said need to change filter? Then found bad module 300.00 more ! Still not rite after driving home. I got robbed! BEWARE!!
