GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!There is so many places to choose from. I would not recommend this one. Bought the wife a set of premium tires, paid top dollar, was screwed around and ripped off. On the scheduling it took two weeks to get the tires on. My wife picked the vehicle up but when I test drove it later on that same day I could immediately tell that the alignment wasn t done, which, according to the service manager was the whole reason I waited so long allegedly they were getting their machine calibrated. So I called, spoke to the fella who did the work, I asked him if he did the alignment, he said no, I asked him why, he replied that it did not come with my purchase! So I speak to Don, the person who I signed the contract and paid the money to. He says typically alignment doesn t come with the deal, I said well that s not what you told me, and that s the reason you told me I ve been waiting to get the tires installed because your machine was not calibrated, now here we are. He proceeded to set me a date to bring the vehicle in and get it lined up. This date got changed twice during which time the tires began to show ware on the front of the vehicle. I showed this to Don, voiced my concerns and he proceeded to tell me that there is nothing that he could do! Mind you This is how they treat the customer who spent top dollar for a set of tires to the tune of $2300. The whole reason I got new tires is because I got the whole front end suspension redone in the vehicle and it needed an alignment. Needless to say I went down the street to TIRE KINDOM, who got me two fresh tires for the front and lined the car up for me. I have filed a complaint with the tire manufacturer, the BBB and the OPR. This is my experience at this store. Like I said before, there is somany other choices, When your hard earned money is on the line, Don t waste it here. BUYER BE WARE.

I just moved into the area and I needed one of my Jeep's tires repaired. I was first greeted by Don, and then met Jeff. Honestly, I immediately felt like I was home. These to very traditional mechanics were great to talk to, and Don was awesome in repairing my tire. I needed these guys to be who they were, when they were. I had been discharged from AdventHealth North Pinellas days earlier after being treated for a very serious (and unexpected) heart condition. I came home to a flat tire which added to the stress I was already feeling from my health issues. Not only do I feel like I've found some mechanics I can trust (which is HUGE when you move to a new area and have a heart attack), but I feel like I might have made a couple of new friends. I can't recommend these guys - and this shop - enough!!

Great shop had an oil change manager attended me he's a great guy . And dint try to sell me a gazillion things .pointed out and showed me air filter which it needs . Told him I'd order it on Amazon. Told ne everything else is OK Lil oil leak pro from a seal keep an eye on it.. very professional and very honest .and that is appreciated I'm on a budget and don't have much .

I would strongly think twice About buying tires in this place. Spent the little $1700. Had a blemish in the tire, they will not honor. If I could give a negative 10 stars for taking care of their customers. I would do so.I'm not going to really complain. But they had my tire for over a month. And cannot do nothing for me trying to make me buy a nother tire.

This place is a joke he asked me if I had new tires I wanted four dismounted 4 Mount and balance and he goes because of liability I can't change your tires never in my life have I heard something like that

The only Auto Repair Shop that has never tried to screw me over. They are courteous and efficient, they get you fixed up and back on the road again.Through it all, they treat you like family. They have always remembered my name, the fact that I work overnights, and they ask about my children. They have never tried to overcharge by adding to the labor cost, on top of being one of the cheaper repair shops.I only wish I had found them years ago.

Told us that it would be donebonbdey ee dropped off we dropped at 8am. Bought 4 brand new tire 900 for 14 inches and waited for the call got the call way late saying they're going to have to go to Oldsmar to use the tire/balancing equipment in the morning

Had a small tire emergency on our rv. They told me to come on by, took a look at it for us and we were fine. No charge! So helpful and friendly. Going ba k there for all my tire needs!

This place is a rip off and untrustworthy. I guess they don't like repeat business, because I will NEVER go back there!I told them that I had a very slow leak in my tire, I put 36 psi in it and 3 hrs later my cars tire sensor is showing 13 psi. They checked 2x and said that they could not find a leak. When i asked what was the tire pressure, I was told they didnt check it, before they started looking for a leak.Then out of nowhere they tell me that they found a leak in the bead of my tire. They "fixed" it and said that my tire sensor would reset after driving it (the sensor showed 1 psi).The next day I went back, because my tire sensor was still showing 1 psi. Now they tell me that my sensor is bad. It was the sensor the whole time. Originally they never checked the pressure of the tire and they never checked the sensors.So they did not fix the issue I came for and they charged me for a made up issue and refused to admit their error. BEWARE!!!

Right side Mike and Leone Goodyear in Holiday is the only place I'll bring my car in Pasco county. It's the attention to detail, quality work and reasonable prices with quick turnaround that will have me coming back.

I have had both of my vehicles serviced here for years and Vinney has always been upfront and honest. For long term customers he always tries to get you in right away. The prices are very decent and I have never had an issues with any work completed.

I came to Leone Goodyear to have some of my own tires placed on the vehicle as well as an alignment. I also had a leveling kit of my own I wanted placed on my vehicle, and I expected them to decline this request, but they were more than willing to put it on. Their price was far more affordable than local shops who tried to gouge me for this work to be done. I provided them with my own leveling kit, which happened not to fit properly. They communicated with the company I purchased my kit from and explained to them how it did not fit, although this company originally did not want to refund me. Vinnie showed extreme professionalism and stayed in constant contact with me until this issue was resolved. They had to keep my truck in their shop an extra day (sitting in a bay) until the new leveling kit arrived. They did not charge me any extra although it was my fault the entire issue with the leveling kit transpired, and once they received the proper part the installation was shockingly fast. He went over all of the potential issues with my new installed items and was knowledgeable about what he did. I will be recommending this company to all of my local friends/family and I will be going to them for all of my automotive needs. Thank you guys very much!

Made a simple call to ask if they would consider buying a tire from me, I have a brand new Goodyear assurance that has never been installed and before I could finish my sentence I got a "not interested " and hung up on. Came across very rude and inconsiderate and treated ke as if I was a scammer.

Very poor service, it seems like he didn t put new tire in my car and only put one tire . I went back to for him to measure the tire pressure and he said one was low . Ok I paid to get new tires in so that I don t have to go back again and you tell my tire now is low pressure and the sensor on my car was not reading the new tires he put in and I had to go back for 3rd time to fix it and he seem like he messed my car up and the sensor and very dishonest person working there . He didn t even give me soliton to fix the tires that I Purchased new . Really horrible. I regret going to this place . Dishonest and poorly employed people.Service: Tires

A few years ago, I went to around 4 different tire places to get a tire fixed and none of them gave me the time of day. I came here and Vinny was more than happy to get me right in and took care of me in minutes. I have been taking my 4 cars to him ever since. They are always helpful and straight forward. I would highly recommend them.

We had to have our RV tires replaced while on a Florida trip and Mike and the crew at Leone Goodyear accommodated our schedule and changed out our tires right away. They were very professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

I brought my rotors over to them to get cut and it took him an hour to tell me that he didn't have the adapters he needed to cut them. Friend of mine had a bad experience there several years ago and I should have listened to him and not went for any type of service. They don't do very much heavy mechanic work and it sure as hell don't know what the hell they're doing. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs but that's your decision.

Leone's is my new and now only place my car and I want to go for oil, tires, windshield wiper blades and anything else my car may need. Their showroom is clean and the owner, Nick, is right there up front and ready to answer any questions in a courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and non-threatening way. No pressure here and he will tell you like it is. I appreciate that. I have all the confidence the service will be done right and in a timely fashion. Good work to all at Leone's. You are all very professional and trustworthy. My money was well spent.

Not all tire places will let you bring your travel trailer in for tire replacement. I called in advance to make an appointment, and these guys were more than happy to swap out my tires. Chevy (the name of the guy who did my tires) also checked my bearing grease to make sure I had plenty for the next few months. I was very specific in them not using my torsion axls as points to lift, and they were totally cool working with me. Price was great, and now I have 5 new balanced tires on my rv. Super happy with both Vinnie and Chevy. Great experience.Service: Tires

Had a nail hole patched and in couple days had a wheel wobble. Took it back in for a balance check. They quickly rebalanced and no problems since. Great customer service and professionalism.
