Very poor service. I called about a fog light installation, they told me they will call back. I did not get any call, I went to their shop and ask about the installation, they said they will check the prices and then they will call me.NO CALLS , if you don t want to do the job just say it. Dont do business with this people

Supper helpful they installed a radio in my 2013 mustang gt and I was told it couldn t be fixed but these guys made it work super happy!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Great products and craftsmanship. My only complaint is that it took six weeks to have a simple sub box made. Other than that, these guys are awesome!Thanks Car Tune! Love the sound! Good work

Great place to get your car worked on and audio system , car alarms pretty much anything with Electronics they are very knowledgeable i would definitely recommend anybody to this audio shop great & honest experience

I've had two stereo systems installed in my trucks and both were done right! Installation was nice and tight! everything works perfectly with well balanced sound! Mark is very knowledgeable and doesn't push you to buy what you don't really need or wouldn't probably use. He will point out to you a great sound system for the type of music and budget you want to spend. Highly recommend!

Had an Alpine head unit installed in my Lexus SC 430. They are great, very informative and professional. They take pride in their work. Will use them to service my vehicles as well.

Highly recommend this place. Stopped in and spoke with a younger guy I believe the son of the owners who was their car stereo car. Even though he was busy he took plenty if time out to patiently answer all my very specific questions and finally helped me land on a decision for which 6.5" speakers to buy for one of my cars. He definitely knew his stuff and wasn't just trying to sell me more expensive stuff, in fact he was aiming cheaper. I ended on a nice pair on Rockford fosgate punch component series that sound phenomenal in my car. They have great prices there as well.

From the moment I called to get my car audio installed to the completion of the install, Mark is very knowledgeable about the products. He earned my business, he didn't push more expensive products just for a sale. I would recommend This Car audio to whom ever I come in contact with. The quality of the work was Top Notch. Good Job! I had a very satisfying experience with Car Tune. They quickly diagnosed and resolved my problem. I didn't feel like they were looking to fix things that weren't broken ( I have experienced that in the past) The owners and mechanics are very personable and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I just got a new car. Big box store messed up the install on my hide away subwoofer. Mark and the the guys figured out what was wrong, improved on what they had done and its safe and sounding great now. Thanks! Would recommend for audio and auto repair services.

I love Car Tunes literally. Very smart, outstanding customer service, extremely honest what more could you ask for. Born and raised in the area 40 years I know the area I never thought I d find an honest mechanic, my dad has always worked on my car as he was a mechanic my whole life so I never needed to go anywhere up till 8 years ago my dad is allergic to car parts and can t work on my car anymore. I never thought I d find a mechanic I could trust until I found Car Tunes Auto and thank god they are my mechanic I wouldn t trust anyone else. If your reading this to decide where to take your car and you don t go to Car Tunes you nuts just nuts.

I have a Jeep so the radio gets wet allot and have been to a bunch of car audio places. Hands down these guys are the best. Great quality of work and after installation they will hold your hand and show you how to use your new toy

The staff at Car Tune are super friendly and did an amazing job on my Mustang Cobra. I've had three different shops work on my car since I've owned it and it has never sounded as good as it does after "Junior" installed some new Rockford gear and tuned it. Great prices and great service!

Overpriced, gave us one quote and changed it when we went in to get the installation done. Owner was amazingly rude to the point we decided to go elsewhere. She even told us we don't need your business. They won't get it went to a facility on 19 that treated us much better and was better priced

i came here to get a new stereo in my car and I'm really pleased with what i left with. When i arrived my car was a mess, it was all tore up and had some issues. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They awnsered all my questions. The products for sale were nice and im happy with the one i picked. They had a nice waiting room and i was able to occupy my 4 year old while we waited. When it was time to see my car i couldn't believe it . it was all cleaned up and put back together. My new stereo sounds great and looks great and im so happy with it. I believe the price was very fair. the staff went above and beyond for me and i really appreciate that. its hard to find good service nowadays, i highly recommend this business!

Fair priced, didn t try to up sell me for anything. Very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of all the systems they have. Installed same day, I was there for just over 2 hours. Spent extra time showing me how to use everything. Great place!

My husband and I were very pleased and thankful for Car Tune Automotive, we've had an issue for several years with our suv and have tried and talked to other shops and got told the same thing over and over no one could help us, finally the last place we talked to recommended we call Car Tune Automotive and within a couple of hours our problem was solved. We are stress free and look forward to becoming regular customers!

The lady there is very rude. Lies to clients about the Interlok rules. Tells them they can only have service done there on their vehicle. I had work done at the dealership and they caused it to violate. When I called Smart Start they told me to bring my receipt with me to have it recalibrated and I would not be charged. When I went there she said I had to pay the $50 fee. I ended up going to another location and they did not have to charge me since it wasn't my fault. When I called Car Tune's to cancel my appointment and advise that I wouldn't be returning to that location and she said she already did because I wasn't going to come back. Horrible customer service!

They were very knowledgeable when it came to helping me set up my bass system in my car. They knew what components to pair up for the best sound possible. Not many people can say they have a Toyota Camry that bumps as hard as mine does

They were fantastic! I purchased an auto keyless entry from them in March. I was having problems and called them this morning. They said bring it in and we will look at it. They repaired it promptly and they did not even charge me. You could not ask for better service. I intend to recommend them to family and friends !

The absolutely worst experience of my life. Not to mention my interior was dirty after they finished cleaning it up.It took them 3 days do to a simple alarm system. The store smelled like death covered by fabreez. Do not shop at this location i had to bring my alarm to another shop and fix the alarm system

Best place around if you need a Smart Start Ignition device. Worth the extra drive if you are not local, trust me. Friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. So knowledgeable in fact, that I prefer asking them about protocols and laws pertaining to my situation instead of the DMV. Thanks for saving me from a huge potential headache!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a deck and 2 speakers installed in my truck. They managed to sneak me into schedule last minute and completed the job promptly. Mark explained the process thoroughly and was courteous.

The company told us it would not take them that long to install our new system and that they would need a deposit before they would do any work we made a deposit of $1000 and then the next day we dropped our car off around 11 am on 7/14/2016 and we called enterprise to rent a car for the day. We came back around closing time because we had not received a call and they asked if they could keep it overnight, we were very hesitant because we had work in the morning and wanted to return the rental car but were left with no choice the lady in the office laughed and said well luckily we got the rental, we did not find this so funny because we were told it would be 3 to 6 hours and then it would be finished. The lady said they would need 2 and 1/2 hours more after close to complete the installation, we wanted to stay and wait after hours but none of the employees wanted to work an hour after close. The lady at the front joked well just lie to your work and say your car broke down so we have more time to work on it. This was very aggravating to hear seeing at this time they had already had our vehicle 6 1/2 hours. My husband arrived there early morning 7/15/2016 and the car was still not completed he informed them many times he had work at 11 am and needed to get the work done as quickly as possible. They opened up at 8:30am it should have been finished by 10 10:30 latest as estimated they only needed 2 more hours to work on it. They had our vehicle for 24 hours and my husband was late to work and then they charged us an extra $120 on labor instead of the total being $1500 it came out to be $1620.98. I am extremely angry at this company! They wanted us to lie, they lied to us, and they charged us more. We agreed on what we wanted and they decided for us what we were going to get. This business is corrupt in their practices. I demand that we recieve a refund for the extra $120.98 that we paid because we did not ask for extra things. I also demand an apology for lying to me and my husband as well as the better business Bureau. I cant believe they would lie about their customers. I will never return to this company and I have informed my relatives and friends about their corrupt ways.

These people are incompetent! They have no idea what they re doing. They ll tell you one thing and they completely change it the next time you call! Do not recommend to anyone!
