Jonathan was great to work with and worked diligently to try to find exactly what we wanted. Although we did not find what we were looking for, Jonathan maintained communications in an extremely polite manner, never seeming hurried or discouraged that we did not buy from them. Thank you so much for all your efforts Jonathan! You have great products, it was just our narrow specifications that limited our choices. You were extremely helpful!!

Jonathan was great! My wife and I are looking to travel a bit for work and we needed an RV that would comfortably fit our family of 5. We found a great selection at this location and will be back in the coming months once we decide the travel life is for us. Thanks for the tours and info on financing Jonathan!

We were privileged to have Rich guide us through the multiple options available for a recreational vehicle. He was knowledgeable, patient and very personable as we toured and reviewed the attributes of the different RV options. Ultimately he helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family s needs and at an extremely good price. We came in with the intent of simply educating ourselves but ended up finding the perfect vehicle for us!

If you're shopping for a RV or travel trailer, Camping World is the right choice. And if you're looking for the best experience while doing so, Jonathan is your man! My boyfriend and I went to simply look at camping trailers in preparation for hopefully buying by the end of the year. I wasn't sure if anyone would be willing to take the time since we won't be purchasing right away. Jonathan helped us regardless and spent over an hour showing us the types of campers we're interested in. We were able to narrow down to the perfect one based on what we plan to tow it with. At this point we see no reason to shop anywhere else when the time is right.

Bought a new camper from them had problems from day one. Roof leak, mold, electrical problem, hot water heater problems, trim falling down, ac vent broke, ripped my flooring trying to fix something else, terrible communication. Lied to me. Its been 3 months to fix my floor and I still have no idea when it will be done. I cannot in good faith recommend camping world to any one.

Bought a new cougar 34TSB from Camping World in Holiday. The sales experience was fine, though I knew exactly what I wanted before I went there so there wasn't much for Eli to do. There were about 5-10 items on the punch list to fix before I picked it up. I was told this would take 2 days for them to fix/update. Weeks go by with no word from camping world, I start calling and get passed around from person to person with no answers and only false promises of call backs. Nobody had a clue as to what was actually going on. After weeks of waiting and continued back and forth, I finally get a call that it's ready to be picked up. I asked about the other items that needed to be fixed, which was mostly finish trim and other simple items and was assured by the service manager that they had all been fixed. The morning I was to pick up the trailer I called my salesperson, and was assured it was fixed. However, when I got the trailer home I discovered that not a single item from the punch list was fixed. This camping world is poorly run and disorganized from my experience. Next time I buy an RV I will search elsewhere.

Our experience working Richard at Camper World in Holiday, FL was excellent. We told him what we were looking for and he came up with a number of options. He is a very easy person to work with answering our questions and concerns.

My family and I just recently purchased a camper from the Holiday Branch. This experience from start to finish was amazing. Our sales man was Doug. He is a standup honest man that will put you at ease, answer all your questions, and help you save $ and time. It s was a no brainer to go with this branch for final purchase.

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. We dealt with Mark Bender and he was exceptional to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and was accommodating to all our requests. We highly recommend him and this Camping World.

I don't see how this store stays in business. We've gone a couple times getting help there is almost nonexistent. We went for a part this time and we were told the person in parts decided not to come I. To work. Why would you bot train a cross over person. Or why can't a manager help. Makes no sense to me. Very poor customer service. What a shame I is.

I went to buy a tool I needed for a travel trailer. They had it and much more. Very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the entrance driveway puts you in front of what might have been an original building that is locked. The entrance I needed was the next building over, which I thought was for RV sales, but also the parts, supplies, and tools store. Still, it's very worth the visit.

I would like to thank Dave the salesman who showed me the Nexus Wraith. Dave was great to deal with. He and the General manager Chris worked out a great deal. They are located in Holiday Florida, in Rt.19. The staff was very Courteous and friendly. I had a great experience there and would highly recommend them. Thanks, Dave and Chris.

Deceptive practices. They tell you that you are approved to get you in there. I wanted a slightly different model then they ran my credit an additional 2 times and approved me but now need 10% down when I was told 0 down and no payments for 3 months. I have heard from two others they did the same. Sales man was also piss poor. Was on his phone and computer the whole time after showing the 2 campers. Now my credit score is 6 points lower and no camper. Avoid them . There are other dealers.

Very cordial, very to the point. They helped in every way they could I needed to have a speedy buy because I had plans later in the day I was in and out within 4 ish hours same day buy. Richard bergmann gave me tips all the way through from financing to stuff about the camper highly recommend this location

The only reason I am giving one star is because you have to at least give one star. This establishment is not honest. They don't fully disclose things. Signature camper for this lot is Coleman and it's an inexpensive product but you get what you pay for. Very cheaply made. They don't remember conversations they have had with you, they don't give you what you ask for paperwork wise and they don't give you enough of comparison details. Beware! And maybe go to some other dealers to compare how they treat you. I almost made a huge mistake that would have been very costly.

Don t waste your time or money here. Most of the RVs here are extremely damaged. They only put bandaids on them to get people to buy them. Once the bandaid comes off, they ll make u jump thru hoops just to get the repairs done that YOU will have to pay for. All they want is your money. Also, IF you do purchase a unit, do not pay the extra money for the paint and fab because it s already applied before you get into finance. They ll just send it back to detail where it ll get hosed down really quickly then brought back to u 20-30 mins later. Nice little scam they ve been running for months! Don t pay for something that is already applied. Just don t say u don t want it until u get to finance. That way you ll get it for free. Also, homeless ppl hop the fence and sleep in the units as well as use the bathrooms and have relations in the units. It happens every night. This store in extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They just want your money and don t give a rats behind what happens afterwards. They cut every and any corner possible. IF you decide to make a purchase here, be sure to inspect your units THOROUGHLY!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

We visited Camping World in New Port Richey and Jonathan was super helpful and nice. There was no pressure, he showed us what we were interested in and gave us a lot of information. Ask for him if you stop in to check out their RV's.

This dealer has a nice inventory. Our salesperson, Mark, was super friendly and helpful. We are at the beginning stages so buying today wasn't going to happen. We will go back and see. what Mark has when we decide which type of RV is best for us.

Customer service is a Zero. And will nickel and dime you. Save yourself some stress and shop somewhere else. Love the camper but not worth the hassle.

I recently visited and purchased a 2024 Coleman travel trailer at the Holiday, Fl location and had a great experience !!! I was greeted by my salesman David Faedo who was friendly, professional and very eager to get me in and out having fun with purchase as quickly as possible along with answering all my questions and taking care of my needs . I was then given a walk thru of my trailer with Tim who was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable with every detail and answered all my questions . I then met with Michael Mursch in financing who met all my needs with a great attitude and got the job done quick with no hassle or problems . Jon Scott and Jeremy were awesome to assist me with in - store purchases of accessories along with installing my Bluetooth Trailer braking assist system on my SUV. I could not possibly have had a better experience other than if the RV were free !! Five stars Thanks
