Let me start by saying that a girl name. D Amanda called me and left me a message saying that they would take the battery core that I had dropped off and gave me store credit. And I went in today, purchased some blinkers for the motorcycle oil for the motorcycle came out to about $20 $10 off for the credit of the cool made me $010. I'm quite allright with that. It's still way overpriced items, but come on, man, it's the world we live in. Thank you again, Amanda.Autozone, you're not so bad, but you need to check your employees late at night.Because jazz don't really want to work.Anyways, I appreciate everything you did.Thank you for your time service.Have a good day

I called and ask Brian to make sure my battery s was on they charger first thing in the morning and he said my battery was charged I said there s no way it s charged if I dropped it off right before you guys closed I came in and got my battery got home and my battery was dead and not charged I had to catch another cab to auto zone because of him being lazy then when I get there he have the nerve to be rude and disrespectful and then he made fun of me carrying my batteries out the store mocking me I feel very insulted by his actions and I hope someone in corporate have a talk with him

My check engine light came on leaving work one day and I stopped in to see what was wrong with it and the manager and Andrew were so helpful and Andrew even worked on my car for me and fixed it! Thank y all so much for being so helpful and kind

Employees were very friendly and incredibly helpful, compared to the store on Grand and trouble creek it's a thousand times better and I'll definitely be going there the next time I need something

Ory was an absolute rockstar. He answered all of my questions and replaced my battery for me. Wouldn t even let me lift a finger. The world needs more people like him. 10/10, will be coming back to this auto zone for everything I need

Came down to see some family recently and stopped into the store because I needed help getting an oil filter and oil to do a change at home. Natalie was so helpful pointing me in the right direction, and making sure I had everything I needed. She has such a positive attitude. Thank you!

The workers here at this autozone location do not stop until you and your problems have been solved. Not only is everyone respectful, they are extremely educated on the subject matter and present themselves with the utmost confidence. ORY at the shop went above and beyond to assist me with my troubles today, if you want honest and friendly work, head straight to this location.

I'm a business owner, have an account with AutoZone.. Natalie store parts gal was vary polite , helpful with my purchase..store was short staffed today..a Sunday..under a lot of pressure of lots of waiting customers..she did her vary best to help everyone ..and myself..2 thumbs up to this hard working gal..the computer was acting up under the commercial side of things ,not her fault..it an ...I.T. issue. But did get my parts I needed for Monday, job ..again ty Steve

Your customer satisfaction person named Ory Dattoli went very much above expectations while finding a specialized part needed to fix a 2012 Chrysler 200 Limited. Again I am very impressed with Ory Dattoli he has changed my perception of AutoZone or at least the store there in Holiday, FL

Jason helped us put a battery in! Hes super friendly!And another worker helped even though they were on break! Helped cover the bare electric line with a rubber cover so nothing gets shocked!Thx so much! Helpful and respectful people!

Great service! They were able to run a diagnostic on my car and printed out the error code and what it meant. I was able to buy the parts from them to fix my car myself.

I have an e back tire fell off right in front of autozone and I could not figure out how to put it together and a young fellow that worked Came out on break and fixed it They let me work on an outfront and let me use the tools Very good people the manager's everything so I bought the tools I needed from there and i'd given them 10 star
