The service department has been excellent. Jorge handled two of my cars with such professionalism and expertise. This dealership has excellent service as well as, technicians. When other dealerships could not figure out the problem... Jorge had it resolved in 24 hours. Thank you Weston Nissan!

Just had to call the dealership because I came home today from some errands and found my pathfinder had leaked out almost all of the oil in it. I had my oil changed and tire rotated Saturday the 9th of September 23 and while at the dealership I noticed the techs were horsing around and pretty sure they never got around to rotating the tires. Now I have to have my pathfinder towed because it s still leaking there s barely any oil in the crankcase and the bolt in the oil pan is about 1/4 of the backed out.Update: After towing my vehicle to the dealership, Jorge made sure that everything was taken care of and that if anything else come up to let him know.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Weston Nissan has a great maintenance team. I service my truck every three to four months and the service is always great. I highly recommend you try them and find out for yourself, you won t be disappointed.

Ron in service is great. Professional, courteous & respectful. I greatly appreciate that. However, this pesky rattle in the back of my rogue is still an issue despite all his efforts. Not sure what to do now.

Very Disappointed.. I went for an oil change and tire rotation last April and thought that my tires were not rotated. This time I marked the tires. The first thing the service agent ( Jore Baez) told me is that I needed front tires. and a wheel alignment. I told him that I d hold off. He called me later in the day to say my car was ready. I asked: How Much? He said: oil change and tire rotation is $89. When I went to pick up the car the first thing I noticed was that my marked tires were not rotated but I was charged for it!I pointed it out to Mr Baez. He tried say that because the tires were worn that they didn t do the rotation ( so why did you charge me for it and have me walk out to door?).Shame on Jorge Baez and Shame on Weston Nissan!Unfortunately. I do not have the car with me to provide proof.

The previous visit I went to get my routine maintenance. I returned home tonfind they placed my oil incorrectly causing a leak. If I didn't catch it my engine would have had no oil and would need repairs. I had to miss work, call a tow truck, and get a simple issue resolved that I could not fix myself without violating the warranty. The oil also stained my driveway. All this due to a misaligned gasket they were either too lazy or didn't care to line up properly the could have ruined the car.

Went in for an engine oil and transmission oil change and with help of my Service Advisor Ms Fay who advised me of the available discounts my experience was very positive. The price was very reasonable and the service was quick and effective. I will be recommending Weston Nissan to friends and family.

Ashley the service advisor was very pleasant. She advised me of the recommended service my car needed and was very helpful the whole step of the way. I came in with an appointment to get two recalls fixed on my 2016 Nissan Altima. Everyone there was super friendly and I really liked how they let us know what the next step was and what to expect during our visit.The waiting area was very clean, relaxing, comfortable, and they had complimentary drinks, snacks, and vending machines available. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Our visit was about two hours in total but it was no problem waiting since everything was so comfortable! Excellent communication and friendly service all around. Best of all Nissan kept their word about the recall repairs being free of charge. And now I have peace of mind that my car has been fixed.Thanks Nissan!! I love my car and haven t had any major problems on it since purchasing it (knock on wood).

My 1st time here and the customer service over the phone was terrible. I drove 30mins here after finally getting the information I needed over the phone and being advised my battery was under warranty. Once I got checked in, the rep came to tell me the battery warranty expired 29 days ago and is not covered. I waited for the manager *Eddie *who was on lunch btw. I was then advised his lunch is over an hour and I've been waiting for an hour and a half. This is my 1st visit to this location and it will be my last

Great service from the time I purchased my Rogue. Loved the reminder that it was time for service because I m very busy and would have forgotten to schedule. When we pulled in for our appointment, everything was waiting and ready to go. Love the follow up calls from Rafael in sales even for just checking on routine maintenance. It s just great to know that I m still important to this dealership after the sale was finalized. I feel like good family. I highly recommend Weston Nissan.

Went for a total service. Was told the full of sludge and I needed a new for about 9000.00.Bought a new battery because the terminal had some corrosion. Nothing else was done. Went somewhere else. Had the engine checked added oil new brakes. Car is running fine. Also had a 9:00am. Was there until about 1:00 pm

Faye is wonderful!. I continuously leased from Nissan Weston for 12 years because of the service department not because of the sales department! After buying my car from Nissan I I still utilize the service department and they are still wonderful. The communication is outstanding.

I had a very stressful experience when my car battery died multiple times and by the 3rd time I jumped it, I drove straight to the Weston dealership where I did not have an appointment and was greeted the moment I pulled up and was talked through everything they had to do and had my battery replaced within the hour on a Friday afternoon. As I was alone, I was very grateful for the customer service and communication the dealership provided for me! Overall great experience and would highly recommend this dealership and all the employees to anyone!Services: Auto battery replacement, Installation

Frustrating that I spent over $600 and the problem is not fixed!!! The same problem warnings started 4 days after my car was there all day and paid to be fixed, but to no avail!!!Also frustrating that I never receive the calls the advisor says he made. I have no missed calls, no voice mails, yet he called to let me know the car was ready?Service: Electrical repair

I always have a very positive experience when I bring my car to Weston Nissian in Weston! Everyone is always very nice polite and professional too! My auto mechanic, Randy, does excellent work on my car! No one else but him works on my car! He is such a nice guy very pleasant too! He is an Excellent Mechanic! Extremely professional and friendly staff. They discuss with you the results of your inspection before they do any work on your vehicle and I never feel as if they re being dishonest or shady in their recommendations. The monthly maintenance coupons I receive are very helpful with keeping costs down and keeping my vehicle in optimal condition.
