About a month ago, I went here to see if they could help with a plastic engine cover underneath the car that was pulled loose by a parking stop. They told me that they couldn't fix it properly and directed me to a body shop. I was impressed by this because they did not want to do a shoddy repair, and sent me to the proper place. That means they do things the right way here.It was time for an oil change and I chose to return to here. I arranged for an appointment time and they were ready upon my arrival, no waiting. They did a great job with my oil change and tire rotation. They did every item of service they promised. At some places they forget to top off the fluids as promised. Not here! They did everything they were supposed to do, including filling my washer fluid.Great service here; they did everything as promised, on time, and all in about an hour. Definitely going to return.

I needed new tires last minute and decided to try this location. I m so glad I did. They truly exceeded my expectations. Anthony was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful! I ll definitely be back for any future service needed.

This team!!!! AMAZING!!!! Never would I ever thought I have a preference in a location to get work done. I do now! This location is beautiful, clean, and most importantly doesn't smell like tires. Gregg, Anthony and Gio were all amazing, professional, charismatic and made me feel taken care of. As a woman I'm always apprehensive when going to places like this because the reps are usually trying to scare me into an up sale or just weren't friendly at all. Gregg was very transparent and I could tell he was really looking our for me. It's a blessing to know that there are still people out here who view clients/customers as humans too.Thank you so much! You all have a client for life.

Great job guys! First time here and was real skeptical about going anywhere to get work done usually just go to the dealership to get it serviced! But these guys from start to finish made the process easy, quick and well informed, came in for oil, tires, rotation and alignment! Thanks again to management and team! Prices are about avg for repairs, but they are always helping out with deals.

I needed a last min oil change and Bosco is simply top tier when it comes to customer service. Very kind and welcoming, did try it haggle me which as a women we know happens a lot in car service places. I highly recommend coming to this tire kingdom.

I called at 3 PM on the Sunday looking for 4 new tires to be installed and aligned as I was mistreated at a pepboys. Boscoe the manager was extremely understanding and exceptional. He gave me the pricing over the phone and reassured me he would take care of my truck. I dropped my truck off at 3:20 and was picking up at 4:45. The mechanic/service engineer Kurt was nice, fast, and efficient. They have won over a repeat client with their exceptional service and professionalism. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here for future services!!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of getting new tires at this location, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Abby and Bosco took great care of me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. I made an appointment online and had 0 wait time. Five stars.

This Tire Kingdom is hands down my preferred location to visit! The team at 4200 Davie Road are always professional and courteous. I came in today for issues related to my tires. Greg and Gio assisted me today and not only were they thorough, but they also took their time to inform me and explain what the issue was. I have been coming here for years and my expectations have always been exceeded.

Great customer service here at the Tire Kingdom at 4200 davie road extension. The service on my car was done in a timely manner by Joelbis. Anthony was great and helped me decide what service was best for my car. He's a great person, and definitely cares about the customers experience ! I would definitely recommend coming here! My daughter & I were @ Tire Kingdom this afternoon 2-18-23, when I explain to you that our experience was exceeded exceptional service.. From the moment we walked in Bosco Silva greeted us with a smile & our experience ended with one as well. Joel Jares was amazing, he took great care of me with my Lexus GX 460. Oil Change, Tires rotated, New Brakes and great price and service, I have found a new place for all my car needs. I highly recommend this place and always ask for Joel he will take great care of you!

Bosch from Tire Kingdom is phenomenal! Caught a flat in the middle of a rainstorm on a Sunday. Costco had a 3+ hour wait and discount tire was closed. I had never been to Tire Kingdom but I must say I was blown away. From the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and Bosch was very open about my options, wait times, and possible repairs. Everything was very straightforward. From now on I ll be highly recommending Tire Kingdom on Davie Rd Ext

This people just do everything right, good prices, good customer service by all workers there, a real repair without delays. Even they have chargers for your phone and some free beverages. After a week and a half I can say they truly fix the problem with a sensor and a flat tire . Recommend this location.

Bosco(Manager)is so great and helpful! He checked and filled up our car s tires for free on SUNDAY! He already saved 2 of my cars! It is so hard to find a place which is open on Sundays with genuine customer service care! THANK YOU so much Bosco!!P.s we will try your Mexican restaurant suggestion!

Despite of being crazy busy, Bosco and his team really spends quality time with each client.Remember to be nice to these people, often they might be understaffed and working under high pressure to get things right for you. Your help is much appreciated, thank you!

This store's technicians and supervisors at Davie Road Extension, know what it takes to give good care for vehicles. I asked the supervisor (Tony Baruffi) what kind of tire would perform best for my 2002 BMW 325ci and he suggested the Continental Extreme Contact tires which made the car handle like a dream. I really appreciate the advice and would highly recommend for anyone looking for good quality tires....just ask Tony.

This place is absolutely unreliable and horrible !! I went here last week because my tire got a nail and I was running on fix and flat and the front door man checked it out and said that the nail in the tire was angled and that it needed to have a plug and not a parch and that they don t deal with plugs and sent me somewhere else !!!! So I went to this awesome place called a and m tires and the lady quickly took the tire out to see the nail damage and gave me a price upfront and quickly took care of the situation by parching the hole !!!! Also she did it in 20 minutes while the people at tire kingdom were going to have my car ready in 3 hours !!!!! Don t go to this tire kingdom ! They are a bunch of liars !!!!!! I am spreading word around for people to not go to this place !!!!!!!

I came here looking to replace the 4 tires for my wife's Honda CRV. Gregg explained very professional all the options according to my budget. Definitely I will come back here when i have to change my car's tires. Place is very clean and confortable to wait for it.
