Cleveland at The Vs hop was very patient and fully explained things my car needed fixed. Altho, I found the repairs a little pricey in spots, changing light bulbs should NEVER cost as much imo....overall, I'm happy with the work done. My Avalon Hybrid is running fantastic and driving great!!

Straight forward, no haggling, honest. They gave our car a diagnostics with explanation and photos, it was very informative. From there we discussed the type of work we want to complete. The offices called us many times to talk back-and-forth about our options and what choice we wanted to make.

Roger, Cleveland and the team at The V Shop are the best! I took my mom's Lexus to them about 5 years ago. They got it running great. Both of my vehicles just ended their factory warrantee period. So, I took them in for service. Attention to detail is impressive, communication superb, and the final result is a vehicle in excellent repair and a bill that that is transparent and fair. I must also say, The V Shop facility is immaculate. I love that they send an invoice with photos and the details as to what needs attention. When you get your vehicle back, it's washed, vacuumed and tires shined. The V Shop has got to be the best mechanic shop in South Florida. I HIGHLY recommend The V Shop!

The guys at the V Shop were great! They have extremely reasonable prices, it s very clean, and they are friendly. I got two new tires and I was out within 30 minutes! I will be coming back to get my car serviced. If you re looking for a new mechanic check this great place out!

Took my car here because it was overheating and I initially trusted the 5-star reviews. They stated the thermostat and gasket needed to be replaced. ok cool, paid them $250. A month later, my car is overheating AGAIN. They stated it was the radiator cap and replaced it; gave them $90. Two and a half weeks later I brought my car in for the same issue (overheating) and they said the radiator was clogged and they would change it for $730. This car is 24 years old why on earth is it $730 to just change the radiator? Also, why wasn't this noticed the other two times I brought it in? Needless to say, this was disappointing and I regret giving them money. On the bright side, this gave me the courage to work on my car by myself.

Took my Range Rover to clean the throttle body. Supposedly they did the job and charged me $220. Asked the responsible gentleman at the V shop if they cleaned it, and he said yeah all good. After a couple of days the warning came up again on my dashboard. Took the car to other shop and guess what. Look at the pictures how my throttle body condition was after supposedly a good cleaning at V shop.Bad experience. Why they should lie . It was better if they can tell you,,, hey buddy we cannot deal with it , instead ripping you off.Definitely disagree with all the positive previous reviews people had left!

I took my son's car which need a ton of work. We weren't sure if they could fix it but they did an amazing job. The car is running like new. Easily one of the best mechanics in the Plantation-Broward area. Highly Recommended.

This place did such an amazing job taking care of my car. Loved when they do test drive before and after service. Staff were so nice and kind too! So happy I took a chance with Roger and his professional business after reading all his great reviews. He replaced my AC motor as well as power steering and brake issues.Roger quickly diagnosed issues but he was in no way pushy about needed repairs. He patiently explained things that needed attention and suggested other repairs not so urgent. I totally trust Roger and will go no where else for future auto issues. He did everything in one and a half days..always answered his phone and he was simply the best.You will not regret coming here.

I had my car towed to the V Shop because it wouldn t start. The V shop diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and replaced the starter expeditiously and I had my car back very quickly.Mark, the service manager was great to work with. All of the employees were friendly. Waiting area has coffee tea and water. Car was inspected,I was informed on what was wrong and the cost. Work was completed in a very timely matter .

This was my first experience with The V Shop, after reading many good reviews about them. I also had a great experience with them. While my car was being inspected, I waited in the office and could overhear the owner's interactions with other customers in person and on the phone. He is personable, kind, respectful and explains things thoroughly. I was surprised and delighted that they washed my car after it was done, which I really appreciated. Found this place on google and noticed they have great reviews. So I decided to give them a visit. I took my car in to get the transmission fluid changed. Mark and Roger were both very helpful and polite. They did a free inspection on the car for me and even cleaned the entire car inside and out for no charge. Definitely will be going back for future car maintenance.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

The V Shop as always does an amazing job on our cars. Best service in South Florida. Roger and his team are very professional and gives your car special attention. I brought my car in for a clutch replacement. They only had my car for 2 days, they did a great job and they charged me less than 1/3 of what the dealership would have charged me (no exaggeration)! They even showed me the condition of the old clutch and flywheel when I came to pick up my car so I knew this was a needed repair (I knew it anyway, but it was still comforting). I would definitely recommend The V Shop and should I need a mechanic again, I will be coming back to them.Service: Transmission

Roger and his team are very professional and thorough about all their work. They told me exactly what my 1966 mustang needed and they fixed everything accordingly. I highly recommend them. From antiques to brand new cars, these guys are the real deal.

Very seldom I will leave a review on a particular merchant. And this is one of those rare occasion. My experience with the V Shop in Plantation in Fl was awesome. The owner Mr. Roger didn't treat me like $$$ sings as other auto shops tend to do. As a matter of fact he advise me on the best and least expensive way for me to resolve my issue even though his advise did not generate any financial gains for him. I cannot express how grateful I am for the service provided by Mr. Roger and his team. And since I was not charge (not saying this would be your case lol) this is the best way I can repay Mr. Roger's kindness. Took my car to V Shop for full wipers replacement. V Shop did a great job! They recommend a brake fluid replace after an inspection, I told them to go ahead and do it. I m glad with my decision; my car was making a noise when I backups, no anymore since they change the brake fluid. The price for the full job was right. Highly recommend Roger and the V Shop staff.

Replaced ignition coil. So far, so good. As far as the repairs of June, too early to tell. There were a couple of curious finds by Roger (whom I like). One was a strange noise that I never heard, which he identified as a wheel bearing in need of replacement. The other being the air conditioning, which was blowing ice cold the week before. Other than that, it's too soon to tell. One last thing, the brakes feel no different than when I took it in for pads and rotors.. I've notified Roger of this fact. This is my one and only place for my car. I have been coming to the V shop since I had a Volvo yrs ago. Now several cars later. Same great service and same great owner. ROGER is the best. Good honest info about the car and reasonable prices. I always recommend and will always send folks here. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!

After purchasing my Land Rover at the end of my lease due to the current environment of high prices of new vehicles. I checked with the dealership on their prices for brakes. Then I checked for a mechanic online that serviced Land Rovers and found The V Shop in Plantation. After stopping by and talking to Roger, I brought my Rover in. Roger and Antonio were excellence in communicating what needed to be replaced and sent digital pictures of the issues. Once they were given the OK to complete the work, my vehicle was returned to me detailed and sanitized with new rotors, brake pads and a few different filters. Total positive experience and my new mechanic for any non leased vehicles owned by our family will be using The V Shop in Plantation. My A.C. was blowing warm in my old Benz. Roger discovered a bad compressor and replaced it. The new compressor ended up being defective which is not uncommon for the new compressors after I left the shop. I returned and he put in another new one at no charge which worked perfectly. Went in for a typical oil change but felt compelled to do a full inspection. The V shop always present an easy to read report and additional feedback just incase I had questions. I have been bringing my car to this shop for about 2 years and I highly recommend them. They are super professional and friendly. Their prices are competitive but for the work they do and more makes it worthwhile.Service: Engine repair

We were looking for a good auto repair shop and checked Yelp. We saw that The V Shop had great reviews and mentioned positive things about Roger. We took a chance and Roger did not disappoint! First of all, Roger answered the phone every time we called. Each time we called, he always gave us time to ask as many questions as we had. Once we finally got the car towed to his shop, he was in constant communication with us. After he examine the car, he let us know what it needed, which was much less than we had originally told him it needed. We were so happy to hear this and knew right then we were dealing with an honest guy. He made the process so easy for us! And he was the nicest, most genuine guy! When we finally went to pick up the car, it was not only clean, but completely disinfected! We drove off and the car never drove so good! Thank you Roger! Great job!
